{"id":2828,"date":"2024-11-07T15:43:14","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T14:43:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/artseducacio\/?p=2828"},"modified":"2024-11-07T15:43:17","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T14:43:17","slug":"arts-escola-i-societat-com-eixamplar-lhoritzo-cultural-de-cadascu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/artseducacio\/2024\/11\/07\/arts-escola-i-societat-com-eixamplar-lhoritzo-cultural-de-cadascu\/","title":{"rendered":"Arts, escola i societat: \u201cCom eixamplar l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 cultural de cadasc\u00fa?\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consell Nacional de les Arts i la Cultura (CoNCA) es pregunta des del 2022 qu\u00e8 pot fer el pa\u00eds per ampliar el nivell cultural de l&#8217;alumnat, reflexi\u00f3 de la qual en va sortir la <a href=\"https:\/\/conca.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits-dactuacio\/educacio-i-cultura\/Forum-de-les-Arts-a-lEducacio\/1r-Forum-de-les-Arts-a-lEducacio\/carta-de-les-arts-a-l-educacio\/index.html\">&#8216;Carta de les Arts a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3&#8217;<\/a>. Ara, aquest dimecres 30 d&#8217;octubre, va organitzar el <a href=\"https:\/\/conca.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits-dactuacio\/educacio-i-cultura\/Forum-de-les-Arts-a-lEducacio\/2n-forum-de-les-arts-a-leducacio\/index.html\">2n F\u00f2rum de les Arts a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3<\/a>, dedicat a continuar-s&#8217;ho plantejant. I exposant dos models internacionals possibles: el cas de Portugal i el cas de Fran\u00e7a. Estem pensant en mediadors culturals que puguin fer la feina\u201d, deien des de l&#8217;oest. I encara hi afegien: \u201cNecessitem transformar les &#8216;institucions&#8217; en &#8216;extitucions&#8217;: no nom\u00e9s s&#8217;han de trencar els murs de l&#8217;escola, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 els dels museus, dels teatres&#8230;\u201d. Des del nord, en canvi, parlaven de manera m\u00e9s institucionalitzada: \u201cCap operaci\u00f3 sense operador: cal una persona a temps complet que treballi l&#8217;aspecte educatiu de cada projecte art\u00edstic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La rauxa i el seny, agermanats anirem caminant i el &#8216;qu\u00e9 hay de lo m\u00edo&#8217;. Una tensi\u00f3 que ressona constantment en el debat catal\u00e0. Tant en un cas com en l&#8217;altre, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, hi havia una major o menor dotaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica que sustentava el projecte, i una voluntat pol\u00edtica ferma de promocionar-lo. A tall d&#8217;exemple, el comissari del Pla Nacional de les Arts de Portugal, Paulo Pires do Vale, explicava: \u201cEl 2019 vam idear un pla de cinc anys per aproximar les arts i la cultura als ciutadans en edat escolar. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s lent, que de temps, i quan dic temps no dic nom\u00e9s un cicle pol\u00edtic. De fet, estem ja en el tercer govern diferent, i el programa continua.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Portugal encara aquesta voluntat d&#8217;elevar l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 cultural dels seus \u201cciutadans en edat escolar\u201d precisament considerant-los com a aix\u00f2, com a &#8216;ciutadans&#8217;, no com a mers &#8216;alumnes&#8217;. \u201cSempre tot \u00e9s responsabilitat de l&#8217;escola. I no, necessitem canviar tot el poblat, tota la comunitat. Hi ha mesures del pla dirigides a tothom: a escoles, a empreses, a ajuntaments, a museus&#8230; No canviar\u00e0 res de forma sist\u00e8mica si nom\u00e9s pensem en l&#8217;escola\u201d, reflexionava Pires do Vale. \u201cCom podem ampliar l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 de possibilitats culturals de cadasc\u00fa?\u201d, es demanava com a pregunta marc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El pla t\u00e9 un primer objectiu estrat\u00e8gic: Ser sist\u00e8mic, incidir en tot el poblat. I un segon objectiu: ser inquiets, inter-disciplinar, trans-disciplinars. Cal pensar l&#8217;escola com un centre cultural professional, i tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;equipament cultural com un espai educatiu&#8221;, exposava.<\/p>\n<h3>Fran\u00e7a: 30 euros culturals per alumne<\/h3>\n<p>La mirada de Fran\u00e7a, en canvi, apareixia molt m\u00e9s compartimentada, molt m\u00e9s piramidal. I, alhora, molt m\u00e9s tra\u00e7able, escalable. El president de la Federaci\u00f3 Nacional d&#8217;Associacions de Directors d&#8217;Assumptes Culturals (FNADAC), Christophe Bennet, ressaltava que des del 2022 hi ha el comprom\u00eds d&#8217;invertir 30 euros per alumne de Secund\u00e0ria en accions culturals. Una &#8216;cultura&#8217; que s&#8217;ent\u00e9n que se sustenta sobre tres pilars: \u201cVeure, fer i interpretar.\u201d I, cada any, cada infant desenvolupa alguna acci\u00f3 de cadascun dels tres pilars, ja sigui en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;oferta escolar, l&#8217;extraescolar o b\u00e9 la peri-escolar. Tot, amb l&#8217;objectiu de \u201ccompensar les inequitats educatives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alhora, assenyalava una de les mancances de la rigidesa administrativa: \u201cNo pot ser que una Sc\u00e8ne Nationale no s\u00e0piga qu\u00e8 fan al seu costat. Primer cal que els diversos actors del territori es parlin, es coneguin&#8230; I que despr\u00e9s actu\u00efn conjuntament!\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Catalunya, en fase d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi<\/h3>\n<p>Just abans de la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ambd\u00f3s models, el director del nou programa Cultura i Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat, Sergi D\u00edaz, va exposar que es troben en fase de desplegament d&#8217;onze persones arreu de Catalunya que estaran ubicats als Serveis Territorials d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 per tal de monitoritzar qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant a les escoles del pa\u00eds quant a cultura: \u201cTenim la sensaci\u00f3 que un 25% dels 3.480 centres educatius desenvolupen algun programa d&#8217;arts.
