Tal com s\u2019apunta des de la mateixa Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/\">OMS<\/a>), \u201cl&#8217;estr\u00e8s afecta tant la ment com el cos. \u00c9s positiu tenir-ne una mica, perqu\u00e8 ens ajuda a executar les activitats di\u00e0ries, per\u00f2 quan l&#8217;estr\u00e8s passa a ser excessiu t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies f\u00edsiques i ps\u00edquiques\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la pand\u00e8mia, els professionals de la psicologia han constatat un augment continuat de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, i les condicions econ\u00f2miques i socials que cada cop demanen m\u00e9s de les persones, tamb\u00e9 la transformaci\u00f3 de les relacions, molt m\u00e9s virtuals que presencials, hi tenen molt a veure.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer semestre d\u2019aquest any, es varen tramitar 380.000 baixes m\u00e8diques a Espanya, en les quals l\u2019estr\u00e8s, l\u2019ansietat i la depressi\u00f3 varen ser les causes. Nom\u00e9s al mes de maig, 58.000 persones varen rebre la baixa laboral per aquest tipus de trastorn. S\u00f3n algunes de les dades compartides aquest passat cap de setmana a Tarragona en el marc de la celebraci\u00f3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cop.es\/convencioncop\/\">VI Convenci\u00f3 del Consell General de la Psicologia<\/a> davant d\u2019unes 800 persones, 500 d\u2019elles presencialment i la resta que ho varen seguir en directe de manera virtual.<\/p>\n<p>Les altes xifres de baixes laborals per afectacions a la salut mental deixa ben clar que l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al benestar psicol\u00f2gic \u00e9s avui una necessitat real. Cal prendre consci\u00e8ncia de l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia de salut sense salut mental.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa sensaci\u00f3 constant de no tenir temps suficient per a assolir compromisos, tant de feina com personals i familiars, de no arribar mai als objectius \u00e9s actualment molt com\u00fa\u201d. Ho explica la psic\u00f2loga Pilar del Pueblo, coordinadora de la divisi\u00f3 de Psicologia del Treball, les Organitzacions i els Recursos Humans (PTORH) del Consejo General de Psicolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A banda de rec\u00f3rrer a un professional de la psicologia per desfer aquesta sensaci\u00f3 constant de \u2018no arribar\u2019 que passa factura al nostre cos, com afirmen des de l\u2019OMS, \u201ces pot aprendre a bregar amb l\u2019estr\u00e8s per a sentir-nos menys aclaparats i millorar el nostre benestar f\u00edsic i mental\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La primera premissa -ens recorda la psic\u00f2loga Pilar del Pueblo-, per evitar que qualsevol situaci\u00f3 ens estressi m\u00e9s del compte ens la va donar el fil\u00f2sof grec Epicteto, que va dir: \u201cNo ens afecta all\u00f2 que ens succeeix, sin\u00f3 qu\u00e8 ens diem respecte a all\u00f2 que ens succeeix\u201d. Per tant, relativitzar all\u00f2 que vivim, per aclaparador que ens sembli, pot ser una gran contribuci\u00f3 al nostre benestar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut ofereix des de la seva p\u00e0gina web la desc\u00e0rrega d\u2019una publicaci\u00f3 que ens situa en els s\u00edmptomes de l\u2019estr\u00e8s i ens ofereix eines per aplicar reductors de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, en forma de senzilles accions.<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/docs\/default-source\/mental-health\/sh-2020-spa-3-web.pdf?sfvrsn=34159a66_2#:~:text=En%20tiempos%20de%20estr%C3%A9s%2C%20haz%20lo%20que%20importa,recomendaciones%20de%20la%20OMS%20sobre%20gesti%C3%B3n%20del%20estr%C3%A9s.\">En tiempos de estr\u00e9s, haz lo que importa. Gu\u00eda il\u00b7lustrada<\/a><\/em> ens situa en moltes de les situacions en les quals podr\u00edem esmentar les dificultats personals (per exemple, conflictes amb els \u00e9ssers estimats, solitud, falta d&#8217;ingressos, preocupaci\u00f3 pel futur), els problemes a la feina (com ara conflictes amb els companys, alt nivell d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia o inseguretat laboral) o l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;amenaces importants en la comunitat (per exemple, viol\u00e8ncia, malalties, falta d&#8217;oportunitats econ\u00f2miques). En la presentaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest manual, la directora del Departament de Salut Mental i Ab\u00fas de Subst\u00e0ncies de l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut, D\u00e9vora Kestel, ens recorda que \u201cqualsevol persona, en qualsevol lloc, pot experimentar nivells alts d&#8217;estr\u00e8s\u201d. Sobre la base de les dades cient\u00edfiques disponibles i de nombroses proves de camp, aquesta guia proporciona informaci\u00f3 i habilitats pr\u00e0ctiques per ajudar a les persones a fer front a l&#8217;adversitat.<\/p>\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 i atenci\u00f3 plena, amb t\u00e8cniques com les del <em>mindfulness,<\/em> ajuden a reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s. En el dia a dia, fent qualsevol tasca, prestar atenci\u00f3 al que s\u2019est\u00e0 fent, \u00e9s la consigna per a mantenir una ment en el moment present, impedint aix\u00ed que la ment pugi al tren dels pensaments negatius.<\/p>\n<h3>Llibres adients<\/h3>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, organitzar-se b\u00e9 totes les hores del dia, saber prioritzar qu\u00e8 fer a cada moment, i posar en valor tot all\u00f2 que ja hem aconseguit i no centrar-nos en el que manca o en all\u00f2 que ha sortit malament, contribueixen, i molt, a evitar o reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s. En paraules de la psic\u00f2loga Alba Orteu, \u201cplanificar les tasques que hem de fer, posant-les en una llista, ens allibera el cervell de preocupaci\u00f3 sobre tot el que hem de fer, mentre que a la ment tot junt se\u2019ns fa una muntanya\u201d. Orteu, que es va especialitzar en l\u2019\u00e0rea de coneixement de Psicologia Social, recomana com a gran ajuda tamb\u00e9 la lectura del llibre <em>Elogio de la lentitud<\/em>, de Carl Honor\u00e9 (RBA).<\/p>\n<p>Un altre llibre que aterra de ple en aquesta afectaci\u00f3 creixent en la nostra societat \u00e9s <em>Estr\u00e9s encubierto. El s\u00edndrome invisible que amenaza tu vida <\/em>(Instituto Estr\u00e9s). La seva autora, Koro Cantabrana, dirigeix l\u2019Institut de l\u2019Estr\u00e8s i \u00e9s cofundadora del Humans First Institute, fa diana en aquells que senten que ho tenen tot sota control, per\u00f2 que tal vegada no s\u00f3n conscients de com pot arribar a ser d&#8217;invisible l\u2019estr\u00e8s i no per aix\u00f2 menys perill\u00f3s per al benestar emocional i f\u00edsic de la persona.
