Per\u00f2 si es fa servir de manera incorrecta, esdev\u00e9 molt destructiva. En el seu llibre\u00a0<em>El poder de l\u2019ara<\/em>\u00a0(Viena editorial) explica molt b\u00e9 idees que ens ressituen envers el nostre propi pensament per a no caure en el parany de viure \u00fanicament a trav\u00e9s d\u2019ell que, com diu, pot ser una pres\u00f3, un lloc inc\u00f2mode si no el sabem controlar, sobretot si la nostra persona s\u2019hi barreja. Tolle diu: \u201cen el moment en qu\u00e8 som capa\u00e7os de situar-nos per sobre del nostre pensament, observant qui pensa, sense identificar-nos amb el pensador, s\u2019activa un nivell de consci\u00e8ncia superior i t\u2019adones que el pensament nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una petita part de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia\u201d. Afegeix que \u201cla bellesa, l\u2019amor, la creativitat, l\u2019alegria i la pau interior sorgeixen de m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la ment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El pensador alemany, autor d\u2019aquest llibre sobre el\u00a0<strong>benefici de poder concentrar-nos en l\u2019instant present com a ant\u00eddot del patiment<\/strong>, fa diana en all\u00f2 que\u00a0<strong>no ens permet ser feli\u00e7os: preocupar-nos pel que ha de venir encara i recrear-nos en el dolor de viv\u00e8ncies inc\u00f2modes i traum\u00e0tiques que ens han passat<\/strong>, per\u00f2 que rememorant ens retornen la viv\u00e8ncia del malestar.\u00a0<strong>En el veritable present, en la viv\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s n\u00edtida i pura de l\u2019instant en el qual som, no hi pot haver patiment<\/strong>. La temen\u00e7a sobre all\u00f2 que podria arribar o el disgust del que hagi pogut passar, el present no ho contempla. I com diu Ekachart Tolle, \u201cdavant de la incertesa, viu l\u2019aqu\u00ed i l\u2019ara\u201d. De fet, \u00e9s el moment present l\u2019\u00fanic en el qual podem actuar, controlar, incidir. El passat ja no hi \u00e9s i el futur encara no ha arribat.<\/p>\n<p>Per qu\u00e8 marques de xocolata han fet servir el moment present per acompanyar la dol\u00e7or dels seus productes? Milka ho va fer amb la seva Lila i Choco Pause i les barretes de Kit-Kat de Nestl\u00e9 varen esdevenir sin\u00f2nim de pausa: Fem un Kit-Kat? Obrir un par\u00e8ntesi enmig de les cab\u00f2ries i reunions de treball, per descansar una estona de la feina i airejar el cervell no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un esl\u00f2gan publicitari, \u00e9s saludable i ajuda a reprendre l\u2019activitat amb m\u00e9s energia.<\/p>\n<h3>Atenci\u00f3 plena<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La respiraci\u00f3 i la concentraci\u00f3 en el moment present s\u00f3n a la base de la disciplina del\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>mindfulness<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>que s\u2019aplica com a t\u00e8cnica per a augmentar el rendiment quan s\u2019estudia, perqu\u00e8 la ment s\u2019allibera de \u2018soroll\u2019 que ve del mateix pensament. Fer el que s\u2019est\u00e0 fent, amb plena consci\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s garantia del millor procedir en la realitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parcdesalutmar.cat\/ca\/hospitals\/hospital-del-mar\/\">l\u2019Hospital del Mar<\/a>, s\u2019ha format llevadores per oferir la t\u00e8cnica del\u00a0<strong><em>mindfulness\u00a0<\/em>a dones embarassades per millorar el seu benestar i el dels seus nadons<\/strong>. Han evidenciat b\u00e9 que d\u2019aquesta manera es redueix l\u2019estr\u00e8s de les gestants. Han vist que l\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena \u00e9s una alternativa v\u00e0lida per ajudar les dones embarassades en un moment en el qual no es poden prescriure molts f\u00e0rmacs per no afectar el beb\u00e8, per\u00f2 en el qual els trastorns mentals -durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s i el postpart- presenten una elevada prevalen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia a l\u2019Hospital del Mar ha pogut demostrar que\u00a0<strong>aquesta t\u00e8cnica t\u00e9 efectes beneficiosos, no sols reduint l\u2019estr\u00e8s, l\u2019ansietat i la depressi\u00f3<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en la reducci\u00f3 de patologia obst\u00e8trica, reduint en un 29% el nombre de nounats amb baix pes en n\u00e9ixer i en un 26% complicacions com la incid\u00e8ncia de la preecl\u00e0mpsia.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Hospital de la Mar \u00e9s el primer centre de l\u2019Estat que ofereix un programa de\u00a0<em>mindfulness<\/em>\u00a0per a les dones embarassades que duen a terme el seu seguiment en el centre i en els centres d\u2019atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria vinculats (PASSIR). Durant els primers mesos de 2023, el Servei d\u2019Obstetr\u00edcia i Ginecologia ha format en aquesta t\u00e8cnica nou llevadores, que ja han comen\u00e7at a utilitzar els principis d\u2019aquesta\u00a0<strong>pr\u00e0ctica basada en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena i conscient en el moment present per a ajudar les dones gestants a millorar el seu benestar emocional i mental.<\/strong>\u00a0L\u2019objectiu general \u00e9s dotar els i les professionals d\u2019eines per poder millorar el benestar de la mare, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al beb\u00e8 i les relacions interpersonals de manera simult\u00e0nia, mitjan\u00e7ant un entrenament de consci\u00e8ncia plena o\u00a0<em>mindfulness<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Segons explica la llevadora Georgina Piques, cap de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la salut sexual i reproductiva del PASSIR del Servei d\u2019Obstetr\u00edcia i Ginecologia de l\u2019Hospital de la Mar, \u201cl\u2019embar\u00e0s \u00e9s un moment vital, de molts canvis, en el qual les dones poden sentir malestars com a pors o estr\u00e8s, i un increment de trastorns com l\u2019ansietat i la depressi\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s un per\u00edode en el qual cal fer especial atenci\u00f3 amb la presa de f\u00e0rmacs o fitoter\u00e0pia. El\u00a0<em>mindfulness<\/em>\u00a0se\u2019ns presenta com una intervenci\u00f3 segura i efica\u00e7 en aquest moment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, una t\u00e8cnica com\u00a0<strong>el\u00a0<em>mindfulness<\/em>\u00a0pot resultar d\u2019utilitat en la seva salut mental perinatal en les dones embarassades<\/strong>, com ja s\u2019ha demostrat en diverses experi\u00e8ncies internacionals, amb bons resultats en pa\u00efsos com Anglaterra, el Canad\u00e0 i Austr\u00e0lia. \u201cHi ha evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica que demostra els seus beneficis en la reducci\u00f3 de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, fet que comporta una millora de salut de la mare i tamb\u00e9 de la seva criatura\u201d, afegeix.<\/p>\n<p>A Catalunya, gaireb\u00e9 una de cada cinc dones veu afectada la seva salut mental en aquest moment de la seva vida. Els trastorns m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n la depressi\u00f3 i l\u2019ansietat, fet que pot afectar la seva salut f\u00edsica, provocant preecl\u00e0mpsia o altres patologies, i la del beb\u00e8, amb m\u00e9s prematuritat i sota pes en n\u00e9ixer. Tamb\u00e9 pot afectar el neurodesenvolupament dels nounats despr\u00e9s del part.<\/p>\n<p>A part del\u00a0<em>mindfulness<\/em>, les dones que segueixen el seu embar\u00e0s a l\u2019Hospital de la Mar, tamb\u00e9 tenen a la seva disposici\u00f3 altres activitats destinades a millorar el seu estat f\u00edsic i mental, com s\u00f3n tallers de ioga i d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic adaptat a embarassades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ment -diu Eckart Tolle- \u00e9s un instrument superb, si s\u2019utilitza correctament.
