Tamb\u00e9 em vaig adonar de la desconnexi\u00f3 entre all\u00f2 que s\u2019ensenyava al temari i les compet\u00e8ncies rellevants que els joves necessitem per prosperar a la societat. Em preocupava la incapacitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 per generar aprenentatges per afrontar els reptes del present i maximitzar les oportunitats del futur,per construir els l\u00edders, pensadors i professionals necessaris per transformar el continent i el m\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 explicava <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/news\/message-youth-transforming-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019estiu passat<\/a> a Nacions Unides la nigeriana Victoria Ibiwoye. Des de l\u2019Agenda 2030 i els seus 17 Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS) \u2013una crida urgent a l\u2019acci\u00f3 conjunta per fer indissociables progr\u00e9s, sostenibilitat i just\u00edcia\u2013, Ibiwoye, que avui lidera una fundaci\u00f3 i \u00e9s representant jove a la iniciativa multilateral <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdg4education2030.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ODS-Educaci\u00f3 2030<\/a>, evidenciava que la transformaci\u00f3 educativa \u00e9s condici\u00f3 de possibilitat per transformar el m\u00f3n en qu\u00e8 vivim.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, al document de la UNESCO <a href=\"https:\/\/unescocat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Educaci%C3%B3-per-als-objectius-de-desenvolupament-sostenible.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Educaci\u00f3 per als ODS<\/em><\/a>, on s\u2019indiquen els objectius d\u2019aprenentatge per a cada ODS, es remarca que una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat que capaciti per respondre els reptes globals, \u201cexigeix un canvi de l\u2019ensenyament a l\u2019aprenentatge. Demana una pedagogia transformadora i orientada a l\u2019acci\u00f3, que promogui l\u2019aprenentatge aut\u00f2nom, la participaci\u00f3 i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 a la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, la interdisciplinarietat, i l\u2019enlla\u00e7 entre l\u2019aprenentatge formal i no formal\u201d. I afegeix: \u201cNom\u00e9s aquests plantejaments pedag\u00f2gics faran possibles les compet\u00e8ncies clau necess\u00e0ries per a promoure el desenvolupament sostenible\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el confinament per frenar la pand\u00e8mia, m\u00e9s del 90% dels alumnes de tot el m\u00f3n han hagut de quedar-se a casa, i ens hem adonat de les enormes limitacions dels nostres sistemes educatius per ser inclusius i orientadors i possibilitar el desenvolupament integral de cada un dels nois i noies. Perqu\u00e8 el problema que precedeix a l\u2019acc\u00e9s a internet \u00e9s l\u2019aproximaci\u00f3 educativa. Les escoles i els sistemes que havien avan\u00e7at cap a models d\u2019aprenentatge integral, col\u00b7laboratius, centrats en els nois i noies, i en com la tecnologia pot ajudar-hi, estan en millor posici\u00f3 per fer front a les condicions del confinament. Per\u00f2 en aquells on tristament no es batalla per possibilitar l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de cada infant, l\u2019acc\u00e9s a internet no dur\u00e0 la soluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cal donar resposta a la urg\u00e8ncia prenent tamb\u00e9 decisions de futur. Aquestes setmanes excepcionals, ens trobem entre l\u2019Escil\u00b7la reaccion\u00e0ria que ens diu que collem els infants per acabar temari i examinar-los, i la Caribdis corporativista que diu que deixem els infants en pau i donem el curs per acabat. Cap dels dos extrems no t\u00e9 en compte que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un b\u00e9 com\u00fa, i que la formaci\u00f3 integral de cada infant \u00e9s, a m\u00e9s d\u2019un dret individual, una necessitat social. La pand\u00e8mia ha evidenciat les desigualtats educatives, per\u00f2 ja hi eren molt abans. No podem deixar a la seva sort els infants que m\u00e9s ho necessiten: cal <a href=\"https:\/\/obrimeducacio.cat\/manifest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">obrir l\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, els dos extrems esmentats no tenen en compte que, com <a href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000244219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">afirma<\/a> la UNESCO, \u201cl\u2019escenari educatiu del m\u00f3n actual est\u00e0 patint una transformaci\u00f3 radical pel que fa als m\u00e8todes, el contingut, i els espais on aprendre\u201d, donat que \u201cl\u2019acc\u00e9s a diverses fonts de coneixement est\u00e0 expandint les oportunitats per a l\u2019aprenentatge, que pot ser menys estructurat i m\u00e9s innovador\u201d. Pensar doncs com respondre a les necessitats emocionals i cognitives de tots els infants despr\u00e9s del confinament fa necessari actualitzar l\u2019escola i articular-la amb altres entorns d\u2019aprenentatge: refor\u00e7ant els que existeixen del m\u00f3n associatiu i social i promovent-ne de nous.<\/p>\n<p>Ens cal doncs alinear tots els esfor\u00e7os a fer confluir el triple repte de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de qualitat avui: el repte d\u2019una educaci\u00f3 que posi tota l\u2019acci\u00f3 docent i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 escolar al servei de la formaci\u00f3 integral de cada infant (escola inclusiva, orientadora i equitativa); el repte de garantir aprenentatges significatius, rellevants i amb sentit per a cada noi i noia (personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge) que els capacitin per viure i <a href=\"https:\/\/unescocat.org\/portfolio-items\/transformar-leducacio-per-transformar-el-mon-en-que-vivim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">transformar<\/a> el m\u00f3n d\u2019avui (ODS); i el repte de concebre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com un proc\u00e9s al llarg de tota la vida, que requereix aprenentatge aut\u00f2nom, flexible, col\u00b7laboratiu i comunitari (Educaci\u00f3 360).<\/p>\n<p>Justament, la directora del International Bureau of Education (UNESCO) va <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbofill.cat\/publicacions\/future-curriculum-transforming-teaching-learning-and-assessment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">presentar a Barcelona<\/a> les grans compet\u00e8ncies que els curr\u00edculums competencials de tot el m\u00f3n haurien de generar per donar resposta al m\u00f3n d\u2019avui i de dem\u00e0. I l\u2019Alian\u00e7a Educaci\u00f3 360 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educacio360.cat\/recursos\/7-competencies-vida-lleure-educatiu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">va mostrar<\/a> com aquestes macrocompet\u00e8ncies tamb\u00e9 es generen, de manera flexible i complement\u00e0ria, en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no formal. I \u00e9s que l\u2019esfor\u00e7 que fan el m\u00f3n municipal i social en plantejar una educaci\u00f3 de 360\u00ba t\u00e9 sentit en tant que est\u00e0 directament vinculada a la generaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes compet\u00e8ncies per a la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Si en les dif\u00edcils setmanes de confinament estem aprenent la import\u00e0ncia de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, de la cultura cient\u00edfica, de la creativitat i el m\u00f3n <em>maker<\/em>, de l\u2019art que ens conforta o de l&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3 vinculada als valors ciutadans de conviv\u00e8ncia (ant\u00edtesi de l\u2019obedi\u00e8ncia acr\u00edtica dels soldats), tamb\u00e9 haurem de prendre consci\u00e8ncia que el seu aprenentatge requereix d\u2019un ecosistema local que pivoti sobre escoles i instituts posats al dia, per\u00f2 que vagi molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0: una xarxa \u00e0mplia i estructurada d\u2019oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge per a tothom. Hi ha a cada barri, a cada municipi, moltes Victoria Ibiwoye de dem\u00e0 que aquestes setmanes no tenen ni tan sols l\u2019escola; i el seu futur, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019aquest estiu, dep\u00e8n de que ho fem possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El confinament ha posat sobre la taula les limitacions dels nostres sistemes educatius i ha evidenciat desigualtats educatives preexistents.
