No fa tant que volien prohibir els smartphones dins l\u2019escola. La meitat de les bronques pol\u00edtiques per l\u2019escola eren batalles per posar uns reis o altres al curr\u00edculum. En acabar les classes, moltes fam\u00edlies omplien les agendes dels fills i filles amb multitud d\u2019activitats extraescolars. Un grup significatiu i en bona part ocult de grups familiars no sempre podia pagar una activitat extra de l\u2019escola. Molts pares i mares ni sabien ni tenien gaires ganes de saber all\u00f2 que els seus fills feien a l\u2019aula, etc. etc&#8230; I, de cop, s\u2019ha apagat el llum. I, quan s\u2019ha tornat a encendre, la realitat \u00e9s diferent. I, quan mirem d\u2019intuir el futur, si tenim ganes de mirar, entreveiem una educaci\u00f3 que hauria de ser diferent, en una escola diferent.<\/p>\n<p>Quina \u00e9s l\u2019escola que, despr\u00e9s de la intensa experi\u00e8ncia de confinament, sense poder fugir dels fills haurien de desitjar, compartir i construir les fam\u00edlies? Quina \u00e9s la realitat familiar que haurien de considerar les escoles per poder educar ensenyant? Quines s\u00f3n les pol\u00edtiques d\u2019inf\u00e0ncia (inclosa l\u2019escola) que han de posar en marxa les administracions locals? La llista de les preguntes i la recerca de respostes podria ser molt llarga. Pensant des de la l\u00f2gica municipal, del territori, apuntar\u00e9 algunes idees per poder anar construint junts (continuar algunes dels iniciatives anteriors que corren el risc de ser considerades secund\u00e0ries i desapar\u00e8ixer) la nova educaci\u00f3, la nova escola que necessitem.<\/p>\n<p>Ja ten\u00edem clar que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 es dona a l\u2019ampli de la vida di\u00e0ria infantil i adolescent. S\u2019educa, d\u00e8iem, a indrets i contextos diferents i l\u2019escola \u00e9s un d\u2019ells. Ara necessitarem, encara m\u00e9s que abans, que no es tanqui una ludoteca, que al casal de joves es pugui jugar al Fortnite i que els adolescents entrin en relaci\u00f3 amb els educadors no formals. I necessitarem que aquests nois i noies, que aquests dies han apr\u00e9s a aprendre de manera diferent, vegin com tot all\u00f2 que es pot aprendre fora de l\u2019aula t\u00e9 valor dins l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<p>La crua realitat ens ha fet descobrir que tenien poca idea de la vida real de molts nois i noies (expedients escolars amb apunts sobre possibles dificultats per\u00f2 poca cosa de la vida de la llar; expedients socials plens d\u2019indicadors de risc i res del clima afectiu del dia a dia dels infants,&#8230;). El futur raonable ens ha de portar a garantir que tot infant o adolescent pot tenir f\u00e0cil acc\u00e9s a un adult no familiar en qui confiar. La realitat ens ha recordat la precarietat educativa de moltes inf\u00e0ncies i ens ha obligat a descobrir la solitud educativa, afectiva, de molts, sense tenir a l\u2019abast altres adults que donen seguretat. Els diferents professionals de cada territori, mestres i profes inclosos, han de construir una relaci\u00f3 efectiva (m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la pervertida expressi\u00f3 del treball en xarxa) per poder ocupar-se de manera singular de cada infant, no per parlar dels problemes familiars.<\/p>\n<p>La precarietat familiar (sovint tamb\u00e9 precarietat econ\u00f2mica) ens hauria de portar a revisar i intensificar els sistemes de suport educatiu. No ens ha de dur a corregir suposades incompet\u00e8ncies sin\u00f3 a resoldre junts impot\u00e8ncies. Iniciatives com, per exemple, el Programa Enxaneta del Consell Comarcal d\u2019Osona, demostren que l\u2019acompanyament complementari dels infants i les seves fam\u00edlies per a les activitats escolars permet reduir la desigualtat escolar que les diferencies socials provoquen.<\/p>\n<p>La segregaci\u00f3 escolar (ja ten\u00edem en marxa un projecte de decret de matr\u00edcula que tractava de mitigar-la) ha ressorgit aquest dies amb rostre digital. Algunes fam\u00edlies no tenien ni tenen determinades pantalles ni les corresponents connexions. Haurem d\u2019incloure entre les prestacions socials el wifi potent familiar. Per\u00f2, no ens enganyem. La gran desigualtat est\u00e0 en els usos i en els suports. En pantalla, paper o veu, recordem que hem de convertir l\u2019escola i totes les propostes educatives locals en sistemes de compensaci\u00f3 de les desigualtats socials familiars. Hem de construir xarxes locals de compensaci\u00f3 educativa (no recursos espec\u00edfics pels que tenen problemes a casa i a l\u2019escola).<\/p>\n<p>Port\u00e0vem un parell de cursos parlant i practicant \u201cinnovaci\u00f3\u201d educativa. Ara, hem descobert, si m\u00e9s no, que sovint aix\u00f2 de l\u2019escola diferent nom\u00e9s arribava a algunes fam\u00edlies (quedaven fora les obsessionades per l\u2019\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic i aquelles a les que no ens molest\u00e0vem d\u2019ajudar a saltar la dist\u00e0ncia cultural entre la escola nova i la seva vida). A cada territori haurem d\u2019ordenar els recursos perqu\u00e8 la majoria de les fam\u00edlies puguin entendre qu\u00e8 fem a l\u2019escola i qu\u00e8 poden aportar elles. La majoria dels professionals de l\u2019escola han d\u2019estar disposats a compartir educaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>Seguiria i seguiria&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, el m\u00e9s urgent \u00e9s garantir que els recursos territorials precaris destinats a ocupar-se de la inf\u00e0ncia no desapareguin (a tota crisi pressupostaria \u00e9s el primer que cau), que mentre duri el confinament es dediquin a mantenir les refer\u00e8ncies amb infants i adolescents tancats i que comencem a planificar amb els professionals de l\u2019escola com fer junts l\u2019acompanyament educatiu de cada infant. Acabar\u00e9, per\u00f2, fent un recordatori b\u00e0sic: pensant en els infants i adolescents no s&#8217;hi val tot.
