{"id":4654,"date":"2024-12-03T09:52:33","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T08:52:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/educaciolocal\/?p=4654"},"modified":"2025-12-02T12:51:57","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T11:51:57","slug":"com-acompanyar-les-dificultats-dintegracio-sensorial-en-els-infants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/educaciolocal\/2024\/12\/03\/com-acompanyar-les-dificultats-dintegracio-sensorial-en-els-infants\/","title":{"rendered":"Com acompanyar les dificultats d\u2019integraci\u00f3 sensorial en els infants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La informaci\u00f3 sensorial que els infants reben de l\u2019entorn i del seu propi cos, impacta directament en la seva maduresa global, en el seu benestar emocional, en la seva autonomia i en el seu aprenentatge.&nbsp;Aquest proc\u00e9s neurol\u00f2gic de processar (registrar, modular, interpretar i organitzar) la informaci\u00f3 sensorial i generar respostes adaptades, l\u2019anomenem&nbsp;Integraci\u00f3 Sensorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan l\u2019ambient \u00e9s adequat i els sistemes sensorials funcionen correctament, el cervell dels infants es nodreix de tots els est\u00edmuls que rep, i pot madurar adequadament. I \u00e9s important saber que no nom\u00e9s es tracta de processar la informaci\u00f3 que rebem dels cinc sentits b\u00e0sics (tacte, gust, vista, olfacte i o\u00efda), sin\u00f3 que tenim tres sistemes sensorials m\u00e9s, que s\u00f3n essencials i s\u00f3n el moviment (sistema vestibular), la propiocepci\u00f3 (m\u00fasculs i articulacions) i la intercepci\u00f3 (les sensacions que ens arriben dels \u00f2rgans interns: gana, son, respiraci\u00f3, batec del cor o cansament).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Trobem un nombre creixent d\u2019infants amb&nbsp;dificultats d\u2019integraci\u00f3 sensorial, el seu sistema nervi\u00f3s no pot nodrir-se de les experi\u00e8ncies sensorials quotidianes<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes dificultats poden manifestar-se en dues grans \u00e0rees. En primer lloc, en l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 en la intensitat de les respostes de l\u2019infant: que pot ser molt actiu, no ser conscient del perill, mostrar-se molt dispers, lent o passiu; o tenir moltes pors i moltes hipersensibilitats, o ser molt explosiu, descontrolat i tamb\u00e9 impulsiu. Tamb\u00e9 poden manifestar-se en l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 en la coordinaci\u00f3 motriu i en l\u2019aprenentatge de noves habilitats: pot presentar descoordinaci\u00f3, caure sovint a terra, descontrolar la for\u00e7a, no tenir precisi\u00f3 en la motricitat fina, o mostrar una alteraci\u00f3 en les habilitats de joc i d&#8217;interacci\u00f3 social o dificultats de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certament, ens trobem davant un nombre creixent d\u2019infants que presenten&nbsp;dificultats d\u2019integraci\u00f3 sensorial, i aix\u00f2 vol dir que el seu sistema nervi\u00f3s no pot nodrir-se de les experi\u00e8ncies sensorials quotidianes i que requereixen un context espec\u00edfic i adaptat, que faciliti el processament de la informaci\u00f3. Per aquest motiu,&nbsp;les condicions ambientals que ofereix l\u2019escola, s\u00f3n claus per a poder optimitzar el seu desenvolupament y el seu benestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A totes les escoles ens trobem amb infants que presenten aquestes dificultats de processament sensorial. Quan aquestes alteracions no estan associades a cap altre diagn\u00f2stic, poden ser acompanyades des de l\u2019escola ordin\u00e0ria. Per fer-ho, cal tenir suport dels equips terap\u00e8utics externs, i \u00e9s imprescindible que les escoles ordin\u00e0ries puguin rebre formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica, perqu\u00e8 s\u00e0piguen aplicar els recursos adequats per afrontar les necessitats sensorials de l\u2019alumnat. \u00c9s en aquest context educatiu, quan l\u2019any 2016 comencem a parlar de la import\u00e0ncia de crear escoles sensorialment intel\u00b7ligents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 \u00e9s important destacar que sovint, aquestes dificultats de processament sensorial estan associades a&nbsp;alteracions del desenvolupament com el TEA, que requereixen d\u2019una escolaritzaci\u00f3 especialitzada, que faciliti uns entorns m\u00e9s regulats a nivell sensorial, i permetin treballar en grups redu\u00efts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>El context d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 especial posa en evid\u00e8ncia la necessitat que els professionals rebin una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e9s en aquest context d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 especial, que s\u2019ha posat en evid\u00e8ncia la necessitat que els professionals de les escoles rebin una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica sobre com ha de ser l\u2019acompanyament sensorial dels alumnes. Per aquest motiu, des de l\u2019any 2023 els equips de les escoles municipals d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial van comen\u00e7ar a rebre suport formatiu per a fer que les escoles d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial estiguin sensorialment m\u00e9s adaptades.
