Per aix\u00f2, la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona va decidir titular \u201cNous temps, noves necessitats\u201d la jornada celebrada per la millora cont\u00ednua a les escoles municipals de m\u00fasica i arts. Els professionals dels centres adherits a la Xarxa d\u2019Escoles Municipals de M\u00fasica i Arts (XEMMA) van poder reflexionar sobre la inclusi\u00f3 i el dret de tothom a la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodrigo Prieto, soci fundador i director de continguts de l\u2019Institut Diversitas, creu que \u00e9s molt important recon\u00e8ixer que la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica \u00e9s un dret de tothom. \u201cL&#8217;expressi\u00f3 art\u00edstica \u00e9s una dimensi\u00f3 dels \u00e9ssers humans, que contribueix al desenvolupament personal i social integral, i, per tant, no hauria de ser un privilegi d&#8217;uns pocs, sin\u00f3 un dret garantit per a tothom\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prieto va ser un dels convidats en el di\u00e0leg marc per establir la base te\u00f2rica de la jornada, juntament amb Ester Bonal, codirectora de Xamfr\u00e0, centre de m\u00fasica i escena. Les arts s\u00f3n eines d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 que contribueixen enormement a cobrir necessitats humanes com s\u00f3n la socialitzaci\u00f3 i el gaudi. Les arts copsen el m\u00f3n que ens envolta des d&#8217;un paradigma est\u00e8tic, igual com les ci\u00e8ncies ho fan des d&#8217;un paradigma pr\u00e0ctic. Ambd\u00f3s s\u00f3n necessaris per con\u00e8ixer-lo i entendre&#8217;l. \u00c9s des d&#8217;aquest coneixement i comprensi\u00f3 que aprenem a estimar i cuidar.\u00a0Arts i filosofia van de bracet, perqu\u00e8 cada interpretaci\u00f3 del que toquem, observem, escoltem, llegim, ballem, dramatitzem, ens convida a preguntar-nos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Barreres i reptes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que la conscienciaci\u00f3 ha crescut molt en els \u00faltims anys, encara queden moltes barreres, i la inclusi\u00f3 en l\u2019ensenyament art\u00edstic i en la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica encara est\u00e0 molt lluny del que hauria de ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonal recorda com ha canviat radicalment la realitat dels barris i pobles. \u201cLa fesomia, la diversitat de les persones que hi viuen, de lleng\u00fces que s&#8217;hi parlen, les realitats vitals dels seus habitants&#8230; La realitat \u00e9s canviant i ens hem endinsat\u00a0en el que en diuen un entorn VUCA (volatily, uncertanly, complexity and ambiguity) que afecta enormement el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tradici\u00f3 d&#8217;ensenyar i estudiar m\u00fasica enfocada a l&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;instrument ha estat la m\u00e9s arrelada al llarg dels anys, a les escoles de m\u00fasica. \u201c\u00c9s significatiu \u2013afirma Bonal- que, en altres lleng\u00fces europees, la m\u00fasica es <em>juga<\/em> (play, jouer, spielen&#8230;) mentre que al nostre pa\u00eds <em>s\u2019estudia<\/em>, una p\u00e0tina de seriositat que ha obviat la dimensi\u00f3 l\u00fadica i socialitzadora que aporta la m\u00fasica feta en grup. En aquest nou entorn, incert i canviant, les escoles&nbsp;de m\u00fasica i arts, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 els conservatoris professionals i superiors, han de fer un exercici de repensar-se i q\u00fcestionar-se la seva funci\u00f3 social i educativa, de manera connectada a la nova realitat (o m\u00e9s aviat realitats) que l&#8217;envolten\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta experta detalla que aquests canvis afecten tant l\u2019entorn urb\u00e0 com el rural. \u201cTenim realitats de barris densificats, en els que s&#8217;ha passat de sentir dues lleng\u00fces a 24 o 40, i que s\u2019han convertit en terra de pas, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 tenim zones disperses, rurals, on, si volem parlar de drets culturals, reducci\u00f3\u00a0de desigualtats d&#8217;oportunitats i equitat educativa, cal actuar-hi, tamb\u00e9 des de l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a les pr\u00e0ctiques art\u00edstiques i musicals per a tothom\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I el cert \u00e9s que l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les escoles d\u2019ensenyaments art\u00edstics pateix encara d\u2019un fort biaix. \u201cLes dades actuals \u2013afegeix Bonal-, deixen clar que moltes persones queden fora de l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;aquest acc\u00e9s, i si identifiquem les que en queden excloses, veiem que les causes s\u00f3n socioecon\u00f2miques, de bagatges culturals diversos (llengua materna inclosa), pel fet de tenir capacitats diferents o alguna discapacitat concreta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons considera Prieto, les barreres econ\u00f2miques sovint van lligades a les barreres culturals. \u201cLes escoles de m\u00fasica segueixen sent no nom\u00e9s un espai al qual no poden accedir les persones i col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s pobres de la societat, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 un lloc on no es tenen en compte les expressions art\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquestes persones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perspectiva de g\u00e8nere, interculturalitat i necessitats especials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les barreres socioecon\u00f2miques, doncs, s\u00f3n un dels espais clarament millorables en el dret a la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica per a tothom. Per\u00f2 hi ha altres reptes molt importants, des de la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i la diversitat sexual, fins a les necessitats educatives especials i la interculturalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre tots aquests reptes van poder reflexionar tots els professors assistents a la jornada, que van posar en com\u00fa experi\u00e8ncies de la seva realitat quotidiana laboral i la manera en qu\u00e8 s\u2019hi adaptaven des de la seva pr\u00e0ctica professional. Molts coincidien que els alumnes estan molt m\u00e9s acostumats que els professors a la realitat canviant i \u201cl\u00edquida\u201d actual, i que vivien amb molta normalitat q\u00fcestions com la diversitat sexual i la interculturalitat. Els professors expressaven els seus dubtes sobre com compaginar la feina di\u00e0ria amb les creixents necessitats educatives especials dels seus alumnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com explicava Bonal, aquesta feina de superar in\u00e8rcies en les maneres de fer \u201c\u00e9s un treball personal de cada professor, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 un treball col\u00b7lectiu, de claustre, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt lent, perqu\u00e8 implica debatre sobre quin \u00e9s el nostre paper com a professors i com a escola\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Codi deontol\u00f2gic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2, assegura que caldria tenir molt clar el codi deontol\u00f2gic educatiu. \u201cTenir clar quins s\u00f3n els valors amb els quals ens comprometem des dels espais educatius (art\u00edstics o cient\u00edfics) des del segle XXI. Al cap i a la fi, es tracta d&#8217;un posicionament, \u00e8tic i pol\u00edtic, lligat a la lluita per la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats i a l&#8217;\u00e8tica. Citant el professor Jos\u00e9 Maria Valverde: \u00abEst\u00e9ticas hay muchas, pero \u00e9tica, una\u00bb. Si reconeixem uns\u00a0drets humans i culturals que subscrivim, exigim i exigim-nos reivindicar-los i dur-los a la pr\u00e0ctica des del m\u00f3n educatiu. Tenim molta responsabilitat, deixem una emprempta molt forta en els nostres alumnes. Visibilitzem referents diversos, per exemple en el professorat, o en la relaci\u00f3 amb la comunitat, o amb el que oferim? Estudiem nom\u00e9s partitures del marc occidental, i si fem barreges o oferim continguts minoritzats s\u00f3n un contingut ex\u00f2tic que oferim un cop l\u2019any?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per tant, una manera de millorar les barreres relacionades amb la interculturalitat i superar els prejudicis racistes estaria relacionat amb el mateix acc\u00e9s a les escoles, segons Prieto. \u201cCaldria assegurar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a les escoles de m\u00fasica i arts de les persones migrades de pa\u00efsos del Sud global. I, a m\u00e9s, incorporar en aquestes escoles professorat d&#8217;or\u00edgens i g\u00e8neres diversos. D\u2019aquesta manera se superaria la poca diversitat existent entre professorat i alumnat que viuen quotidianament aquestes escoles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dimensi\u00f3 social i comunit\u00e0ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dimensi\u00f3 social i comunit\u00e0ria de la pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica fa que sigui un espai molt propici per a impulsar la inclusi\u00f3 com un factor quotidi\u00e0 a reivindicar. Treballar la inclusi\u00f3 hauria de ser senzill en un camp com la m\u00fasica i l\u2019art, que ens ajuda a incorporar la diversitat com un valor al qual aspirar en la nostra vida i la nostra feina. Rodrigo Prieto ho exemplifica aix\u00ed: \u201cSi posem atenci\u00f3 a les grans obres i \u00e8xits en la hist\u00f2ria de la m\u00fasica i les arts esc\u00e8niques descobrirem que la majoria s\u00f3n fruit de barreges improbables d&#8217;estils provinents de llocs i d&#8217;autores diverses&#8230; Aix\u00f2 expressa clarament la riquesa de la diversitat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, el fet art\u00edstic i musical ajuda i molt. \u201cLa m\u00fasica, l\u2019art, entusiasma \u2013assegura Bonal. L\u2019objectiu del professor ha de ser que l\u2019alumne surti de classe cantant la can\u00e7\u00f3 que acaba de tocar en el clarinet, que surti amb passi\u00f3 i entusiasme. I als alumnes els \u00e9s igual que aquella can\u00e7\u00f3 vingui d\u2019aquest pa\u00eds o d\u2019aquell\u201d. Per aix\u00f2, tant els experts com els assistents a la jornada coincidien en la necessitat d\u2019obrir la mirada, con\u00e8ixer la societat que ens envolta i con\u00e8ixer-nos a nostres mateixos. \u201cHem d\u2019incloure tot \u2013 afegeix Prieto- i que hi hagi espai per les coses <em>d\u2019aqu\u00ed<\/em> i les <em>d\u2019all\u00e0<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al cap i a la fi, com conclou Bonal, \u201cla m\u00fasica i les arts esc\u00e8niques com el teatre, la dansa o el circ, generen un plaer individual i col\u00b7lectiu, que ens encomana desig, desig de gaudir a trav\u00e9s de fer-ho i de fer-ho b\u00e9. Aquest desig esdev\u00e9 motivador per seguir i perseverar perqu\u00e8 ens aporta benestar. Les arts temporals permeten, a m\u00e9s, que persones diferents, amb habilitats diferents i fent coses diferents treballin alhora, i que el resultat sigui molt m\u00e9s ric que la suma de les parts per separat.
