Aquest programa facilita l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 dels infants al centre educatiu i a la ciutat, oferint suport i recursos per garantir-ne l\u2019\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic i social, ja que sovint aquest alumnat prov\u00e9 de contextos socioecon\u00f2mics o socioculturals vulnerables, fet que pot dificultar-ne la integraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte proporciona una atenci\u00f3 personalitzada tant a l\u2019alumnat com a les seves fam\u00edlies, ajudant-los en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019incorporaci\u00f3 al nou entorn escolar i a la societat d\u2019acollida. Entre les mesures de suport s\u2019inclou l\u2019acompanyament en el transport, la tramitaci\u00f3 de beques i ajuts i l\u2019acc\u00e9s a activitats extraescolars i comunit\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el programa contribueix a una distribuci\u00f3 m\u00e9s equilibrada de l\u2019alumnat vulnerable, evitant-ne la concentraci\u00f3 en determinats centres, en compliment del Decret d\u2019admissi\u00f3 11\/2021 i tamb\u00e9 respon als objectius del Pacte contra la Segregaci\u00f3, promovent escoles m\u00e9s inclusives i integradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a les fam\u00edlies en situaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s vulnerabilitat, el projecte ofereix el suport intensiu d\u2019una educadora social, que les acompanya i assessora en tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3. L\u2019educadora social esdev\u00e9 la persona de refer\u00e8ncia per a l\u2019alumnat i la seva fam\u00edlia al llarg del curs, vetllant per la seva adaptaci\u00f3 al municipi. Treballa en coordinaci\u00f3 amb el centre educatiu i altres serveis especialitzats, com l\u2019EAP, els serveis socials o la inspecci\u00f3 educativa. A m\u00e9s, detecta possibles necessitats de l\u2019alumnat o la fam\u00edlia i els deriva als serveis corresponents, com salut, ocupaci\u00f3, habitatge o tr\u00e0mits administratius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vulnerabilitat socioecon\u00f2mica i la incorporaci\u00f3 tardana s\u00f3n factors de risc per a l\u2019\u00e8xit escolar i el bon funcionament dels centres, per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s fonamental continuar gestionant de manera equilibrada la matr\u00edcula durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019incorporaci\u00f3 tardana, tal com es fa durant la preinscripci\u00f3, per evitar la segregaci\u00f3 escolar. Al mateix temps, cal compensar la manca de xarxa social que sovint tenen aquestes fam\u00edlies en arribar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els objectius principals del projecte s\u00f3n garantir una distribuci\u00f3 equilibrada de l\u2019alumnat, facilitar-ne l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 a l\u2019escola i la integraci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia a la comunitat, aix\u00ed com prevenir l\u2019absentisme, l\u2019abandonament escolar i les sol\u00b7licituds de canvi de centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Projecte d\u2019Acompanyament a la Matr\u00edcula Viva ofereix suport als infants i les seves fam\u00edlies durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 a un nou centre educatiu i a la ciutat. T\u00e9 com a objectiu substituir la xarxa de suport que aquestes persones encara no tenen, proporcionant-los un espai on expressar dubtes i inquietuds. Aquesta atenci\u00f3 personalitzada \u00e9s molt ben valorada tant per les fam\u00edlies com pels centres educatius, ja que aporta seguretat i tranquil\u00b7litat en aquest proc\u00e9s de canvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte est\u00e0 destinat a fam\u00edlies que arriben a Igualada fora del per\u00edode de matr\u00edcula i que es troben en alguna de les situacions seg\u00fcents: desconeixement de l\u2019idioma, dificultats socioecon\u00f2miques, manca d\u2019informaci\u00f3 sobre el territori i els seus recursos, abs\u00e8ncia de xarxa relacional pr\u00e8via a Igualada, desconeixement del sistema educatiu, dificultats en els tr\u00e0mits administratius, problemes de salut o barreres en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 cultural, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest acompanyament personalitzat no nom\u00e9s aporta tranquil\u00b7litat a les fam\u00edlies, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 fomenta un vincle de confian\u00e7a entre elles i el centre educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paral\u00b7lel, s\u2019ha desenvolupat el Projecte de Mobilitat Equitativa, que garanteix transport gratu\u00eft per a l\u2019acompanyant de l\u2019alumnat, facilitant aix\u00ed l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia al centre adjudicat encara que aquest es trobi lluny.
