Cansada de la insatisfacci\u00f3 que em provoquen les qualificacions trimestrals, cansada de veure alumnes que topen amb dificultats una i una altra vegada; cansada de prioritzar els continguts que s\u2019avaluaran a les PAU i de no poder dedicar massa temps \u2013concretament en la meva mat\u00e8ria, les matem\u00e0tiques\u2013 a tractar de donar-los temps, a ells, perqu\u00e8 gaudeixin m\u00e9s esbrinant i resolent situacions pel seu compte.<\/p>\n<p>Veuen el futur amb molta incertesa, i \u00e9s que unes d\u00e8cimes poden provocar que no puguin entrar a la carrera que volen. \u201cHeu de tenir un pla B\u201d, els dic, per\u00f2 un pla B sovint no \u00e9s el mateix, i tots ho sabem.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, s\u00ed, m&#8217;agradaria canviar el batxillerat actual.<\/p>\n<p>I qu\u00e8 vull canviar? Sobretot el tractament del temps. Perqu\u00e8 els continguts del batxillerat, el tastaolletes que es fa de totes les mat\u00e8ries que el conformen, s\u00f3n insuficients. Proposaria, doncs, un batxillerat de tres anys. Primer canvi.<\/p>\n<p>Seguir\u00e0 amb una major selecci\u00f3 dels continguts en funci\u00f3 dels estudis universitaris o de formaci\u00f3 professional que l\u2019alumne pretengui seguir. Caldria filar m\u00e9s prim en les modalitats. O disposar de m\u00e9s flexibilitat a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;escollir les mat\u00e8ries que es volen cursar. Crec que un dels canvis que es proposen ja va una mica en aquesta l\u00ednia i que ens hem de demanar: quines compet\u00e8ncies necessitaran desenvolupar? Amb quines mat\u00e8ries les poden aconseguir?<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, augmentaria el temps dedicat a l\u2019estudi i comprensi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, actualment insuficient, perqu\u00e8 assoleixin la comprensi\u00f3 lectora i l\u2019expressi\u00f3 escrita necess\u00e0ria en qualsevol estudi. Sense oblidar l\u2019orat\u00f2ria, ja que hem d\u2019aprendre a expressar el que pensem.<\/p>\n<p>Augmentaria les hores dedicades a la capacitat d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi i recerca de solucions davant d&#8217;una societat que canvia molt de pressa, sobretot per ensenyar-los a pensar per ells mateixos, i saber opinar i expressar les pr\u00f2pies idees amb esperit cr\u00edtic. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 fomentaria la creativitat, tan necess\u00e0ria en aquesta recerca. I, per \u00faltim i molt necessari, treballaria la gesti\u00f3 del temps amb els alumnes, perqu\u00e8 se&#8217;n t\u00e9 poc i no l&#8217;utilitzem prou b\u00e9 en la nostra societat.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, les aules, en l&#8217;actualitat, segueixen amb la mateixa distribuci\u00f3 que la que tenia la meva fa quaranta anys: preparades per una bona classe magistral.\u00a0L&#8217;aula hauria de ser un espai din\u00e0mic: un conjunt de taules per a discussions i treballs de grup, una prestatgeria amb llibres de lectura, ordinadors a l&#8217;abast de tothom amb una bona connexi\u00f3, una paret pintada com a pissarra on poguessin escriure, un lloc on estar f\u00edsicament m\u00e9s relaxats i, per qu\u00e8 no, potser una m\u00e0quina de caf\u00e8 per aquells que venen m\u00e9s adormits.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Canviar el batxillerat no ha de significar abaixar els nivells; al contrari, hauria de ser m\u00e9s exigent, per\u00f2 amb un format que ha de partir de la realitat dels adolescents i del m\u00f3n actual<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cal fer un treball exhaustiu amb els continguts de les mat\u00e8ries i una selecci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquells que hi permeten connexions. Sense repeticions. Amb la coher\u00e8ncia que implica un bon treball d&#8217;equip dels professors del grup. Encara que seguim noves metodologies, apliquem la ludificaci\u00f3 cercant motivar-los, o fem alguna t\u00e8cnica innovadora de nom angl\u00e8s, seguim basant la seva qualificaci\u00f3 en un mateix tipus d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3: els ex\u00e0mens o proves objectives. I si segueixen la tipologia del que faran a la PAU, millor. Aix\u00f2 ens deixa m\u00e9s tranquils a nosaltres i, tamb\u00e9, per qu\u00e8 no, a ells.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que un canvi de metodologia, si no va acompanyat per un canvi en el m\u00e8tode d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, no t\u00e9 massa sentit.<\/p>\n<p>Els <em>feedbacks<\/em>, tan importants, haurien de donar-los opci\u00f3 a millorar. Per\u00f2 el temps se&#8217;ns tira a sobre, i cap a la recuperaci\u00f3 falta gent.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnes molt competents, alumnes que fracassen ara s\u00ed i ara tamb\u00e9, alumnes que s&#8217;avorreixen enormement i que, tenint molta capacitat, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019enfonsen.<\/p>\n<p>I amb compte, perqu\u00e8 canviar el batxillerat no ha de significar abaixar els nivells. Al contrari, hauria de ser m\u00e9s exigent. Per\u00f2 amb un format que ha de partir de la realitat dels adolescents i del m\u00f3n actual. Per arribar a donar-los-en una altra. Que valorin la llengua, les matem\u00e0tiques o la filosofia perqu\u00e8 han ent\u00e8s la seva utilitat.
