Els estudiants de la Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 han de tenir una veritable vocaci\u00f3 per la futura professi\u00f3 que desenvoluparan. \u00c9s probable que no la tinguin quan comencen els seus estudis, per\u00f2 aqu\u00ed est\u00e0 la tasca del professorat, fer que aconsegueixin. Han de fer-los reflexionar i fer-los conscients de per qu\u00e8 volen ser docents, per\u00f2 abans han de provocar que es facin la seg\u00fcent pregunta: &#8220;realment vull ser docent?&#8221; Cal ser conscient del que exigeix \u200b\u200baquesta professi\u00f3 i quines han de ser les capacitats i habilitats a nivell personal que es necessiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pel que fa a la perspectiva social, aqu\u00ed l&#8217;Estat t\u00e9 m\u00e9s protagonisme. L&#8217;escola no nom\u00e9s ha de transmetre coneixements, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s una gran eina per formar persones. Han d&#8217;imperar els valors democr\u00e0tics i constitucionals, per sobre de qualssevol altres. A m\u00e9s ha de preparar a les futures generacions per viure en societat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s important que des de la universitat es formi els docents en aquest tipus de valors. Els futurs docents transmetran all\u00f2 que s&#8217;anomena curr\u00edculum ocult, \u00e9s a dir, a trav\u00e9s de la seva forma de pensar i actuar tamb\u00e9 estaran ensenyant i transmetent valors. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s molt important la necessitat que aquests docents adquireixin uns coneixements i valors d&#8217;acord amb el sistema democr\u00e0tic, social i constitucional que regeix el nostre pa\u00eds. Per\u00f2 per a aix\u00f2 \u00e9s indispensable que hi hagi un pacte educatiu que fixi uns principis i unes funcions per les quals es desenvolupi el nostre sistema educatiu. Un pacte totalment consensuat i acceptat per tota la societat. Un pacte que faci que els docents se&#8217;n sentin orgullosos i l\u2019assimilin com a propi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La perspectiva acad\u00e8mica es concreta a trav\u00e9s de les habilitats i coneixements t\u00e8cnics que els docents han de tenir. Aqu\u00ed, la conviv\u00e8ncia entre la teoria i la pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s clau per a l&#8217;\u00e8xit. Aquesta \u00e9s una de les mancances de l&#8217;actual formaci\u00f3 docent, perqu\u00e8 encara que \u00e9s cert que hi ha bastants moments de pr\u00e0ctica, no tenen l&#8217;enfocament suficient per desenvolupar el treball en el futur, ja que, en moltes ocasions, la c\u00e0rrega te\u00f2rica no est\u00e0 massa connectada amb la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s indispensable que es faci molt \u00e8mfasi en l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat. Quan parlem de diversitat no ens referim nom\u00e9s a l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats educativos especials, sin\u00f3 que tothom som diversos. Hi ha diferents ritmes d&#8217;aprenentatge, diferents interessos, diferents motivacions, &#8230; \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que l&#8217;ensenyament i l&#8217;aprenentatge s&#8217;han d&#8217;adaptar als diferents tipus d&#8217;alumnes que ens podem trobar.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>L&#8217;escola no nom\u00e9s ha de transmetre coneixements, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s una gran eina per formar persones.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aqu\u00ed entra en joc la metodologia, realment es posen en pr\u00e0ctica les metodologies que s&#8217;ensenyen a les aules? \u00c9s a dir, experimenten els alumnes de les facultats d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 aquestes metodologies que s&#8217;estan ensenyant? En moltes ocasions no. \u00c9s primordial que es pugui experimentar personalment la posada en pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;aquestes metodologies alhora que s&#8217;ensenyen. No oblidem que la mem\u00f2ria biogr\u00e0fica juga un paper important en les nostres vides i que tendim a repetir el que vivim (en moltes ocasions es repeteixen les mateixes classes que vam rebre quan \u00e9rem nens).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No \u00e9s suficient parlar de gamificaci\u00f3 o aprenentatge cooperatiu (per ressaltar alguns exemples), cal procurar que els futurs docents visquin una classe on s&#8217;apliquin aquestes metodologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un altre dels aspectes que el sistema universitari ha de potenciar \u00e9s el de la relaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies. A part de treballar en les habilitats socials necess\u00e0ries per tractar amb elles, \u00e9s imprescindible posseir uns coneixements t\u00e8cnics que ajudin a preparar reunions i entrevistes de tutories, com comunicar-s&#8217;hi, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En relaci\u00f3 amb tot l&#8217;exposat, \u00e9s important que s&#8217;aprengui de models de formaci\u00f3 del professorat com el finland\u00e8s. La pr\u00e0ctica durant la formaci\u00f3 docent ocupa un lloc privilegiat i no \u00e9s un simple tr\u00e0mit. Tot al contrari, s\u00f3n conscients del paper que ocupa l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i del seu poder per formar les futures generacions i crear ciutadans i ciutadanes amb preparaci\u00f3 per poder viure en societat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dels quatre moments que tenen de pr\u00e0ctiques durant la seva carrera universit\u00e0ria, en tres han de passar per les escoles d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 elemental espec\u00edfiques de formaci\u00f3 del professorat, conegudes com escoles normals. Per al quart moment poden triar qualsevol escola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquests centres espec\u00edfics de pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n part de la Facultat d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed els futurs docents reben formaci\u00f3 en t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge directament dels propis docents i en una aula real. Tot est\u00e0 bastant controlat i aquesta formaci\u00f3 no es deixa a la lliure elecci\u00f3 d&#8217;un docent que transmet el seu propi punt de vista de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, ja que aquests docents tutors s\u00f3n seleccionats per la mateixa universitat i formats per a aquesta funci\u00f3. El que aqu\u00ed es transmet \u00e9s una visi\u00f3 d&#8217;estat, una manera comuna d&#8217;entendre l&#8217;educaci\u00f3. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n considerades com un entrenament en la pr\u00e0ctica docent intensiva i de qualitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquestes escoles normals (i com a part de la formaci\u00f3) realitzen experiments i investigacions que despr\u00e9s s&#8217;estendran a la resta de centres educatius.
