Aix\u00f2 situa Espanya com el segon estat de la Uni\u00f3 Europea amb una major taxa d\u2019abandonament escolar prematur, nom\u00e9s superat per Malta. A Catalunya les xifres s\u00f3n encara m\u00e9s preocupants, ja que es va arribar al 17,4% l\u2019any passat.nnDesafortunadament, aquesta situaci\u00f3 encara \u00e9s m\u00e9s greu en els contextos socioecon\u00f2micament desfavorits. Save The Children<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a> estima que el 36% dels joves amb rendes m\u00e9s baixes abandonen el sistema educatiu, triplicant el n\u00famero dels que tenen rendes m\u00e9s altes.n<\/p>\n<h4>El paper de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 com a factor preventiu de l\u2019abandonament escolar<\/h4>\n<p>nEntre les possibles solucions a l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur, l\u2019OCDE<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a> destaca l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 professional, aix\u00ed com la formaci\u00f3 i el suport permanent als professionals que treballen directament amb els alumnes. En aquesta l\u00ednia, recomana diverses mesures perqu\u00e8 la labor de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 tingui un impacte positiu:nnD\u2019una banda, que els centres comptin amb un orientador cada 200 alumnes, una meta molt allunyada de la realitat a Espanya on la mitjana d\u2019orientadors \u00e9s d\u20191 per cada 750 alumnes.nnPer altra banda, recomana que els centres educatius ofereixin als estudiants m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre el m\u00f3n professional. Aix\u00ed i tot, l\u2019informe <em>Dream Jobs<\/em> de l\u2019OCDE<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a> afirma que el 50% dels alumnes enquestats en 41 pa\u00efsos redueixen les seves expectatives professionals a tan sols 10 feines, moltes d\u2019elles molt tradicionals, malgrat que el nombre d\u2019opcions \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s divers.n<\/p>\n<h4>El projecte Xcelence &#8211; Escoles Que Inspiren<\/h4>\n<p>nAmb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019abordar aquesta problem\u00e0tica des de l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3, durant el 2020 la Fundaci\u00f3 Empieza Por Educar (ExE) i la Fundaci\u00f3 Bertelsmann van unir forces per dur a terme el projecte Xcelence-Escoles Que Inspiren. Aquesta iniciativa potencia l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 en els centres inspirant-se en el model d\u2019\u00e8xit brit\u00e0nic <em>The Good Career Guidance <\/em>de la Fundaci\u00f3 Gatsby, basat en bones pr\u00e0ctiques internacionals.nnAquest projecte ofereix a les escoles un model de refer\u00e8ncia i un instrument d\u2019an\u00e0lisi, Xcelence, que proporciona un diagn\u00f2stic capa\u00e7 de detectar les millores necess\u00e0ries per aconseguir una orientaci\u00f3 de qualitat en el centre. Xcelence facilita la coordinaci\u00f3 interna i externa entre els agents implicats en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3, la vinculaci\u00f3 de les assignatures amb \u00e0mbits professionals i experi\u00e8ncies en contextos laborals. Tot aix\u00f2 per a estimular en l\u2019alumnat els seus \u00e0mbits d\u2019inter\u00e8s i projeccions de futur.nnLa clau per l\u2019\u00e8xit del model implica integrar a tota la comunitat educativa en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 dels estudiants oferint una responsabilitat compartida entre tutors, orientadors, equip directiu i el conjunt del professorat. El projecte proporciona eines a les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019entorn de l\u2019alumnat per ajudar a entendre el context de desenvolupament i projecci\u00f3 professional i ofereix la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per potenciar les vocacions, reconeixent el seu potencial independentment de les seves circumst\u00e0ncies socioecon\u00f2miques.nnPer aconseguir-ho, el projecte Xcelence &#8211; Escoles Que Inspiren impulsa la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un nou rol docent, el Coordinador\/a d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gies Acad\u00e8mic-Professionals (CEAP) que s\u2019encarrega de dissenyar i coordinar, tan interna com externament, l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 del centre. Aquest nou plantejament ajuda al fet que el sistema d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 migri cap a un model m\u00e9s transversal, estrat\u00e8gic i integral.nnDurant el curs 2020\/21 el projecte ha sigut implementat en 20 centres educatius de Catalunya i 25 de Madrid. Per mesurar l\u2019impacte en els centres, s\u2019ha dut a terme una avaluaci\u00f3 externa per part del departament d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 i Educaci\u00f3 de la UNED i els resultats indiquen que la provisi\u00f3 de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 en els centres participants ha millorat en totes les 10 \u00e0rees clau que proposa el model Xcelence. Aquestes dades ens animen a seguir treballant en aquesta l\u00ednia i, per aix\u00f2 mateix, aquest curs escolar ja s\u2019est\u00e0 implementant el projecte en m\u00e9s de 80 centres nous entre totes dues comunitats.nn<figure id=\"attachment_1548\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1548\" style=\"width: 801px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1548 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2021\/11\/10-claus-XCELENCE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"801\" height=\"648\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1548\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les 10 \u00e0rees clau del model Xcelence<\/figcaption><\/figure>n<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>n<\/p>\n<h4>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre la comunitat educativa com a clau de futur<\/h4>\n<p>nEl valor del treball en xarxa regional \u00e9s una de les propostes competitives d\u2019aquest model en la seva implementaci\u00f3 a Catalunya. El projecte fomenta la implicaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, patronals, empreses i entitats locals per oferir una millor perspectiva a les fam\u00edlies, centres i els mateixos alumnes de l\u2019entorn professional i econ\u00f2mic del seu territori.nnL\u2019\u00e8xit i la sostenibilitat del projecte passa per l\u2019apropiaci\u00f3 i transfer\u00e8ncia del mateix a l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica. En aquesta l\u00ednia cal destacar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 estreta amb els ajuntaments de Terrassa, Lleida, Viladecans, Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, L\u2019Hospitalet, Granollers i Tarragona que posicionen l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 com un element clau pel desenvolupament personal i professional dels joves i garanteix l\u2019equitat educativa i social de la seva ciutat.
