Per\u00f2, a qu\u00e8 ens referim quan parlem d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 \u201cbasada en evid\u00e8ncies\u201d? Fonamentalment al fet que, a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;escollir entre diverses estrat\u00e8gies educatives, \u00e9s aconsellable decantar-se per la millor recolzada per la recerca.<\/p>\n<p>Conscient de la vocaci\u00f3 transformadora de la major part de mestres i professors \u2013aix\u00ed com de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 que suposa impulsar programes generadors de canvi a les aules\u2013,\u00a0 EduCaixa ha decidit dirigir el seu treball en aquesta direcci\u00f3 i emfasitzar en la labor transformadora mitjan\u00e7ant la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;evid\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 ha situat en l&#8217;eix de la seva intervenci\u00f3 l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de programes educatius, entenent l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 no com a mecanisme de control sin\u00f3 com a base imprescindible d&#8217;impuls de pr\u00e0ctiques educatives transformadores. \u00c9s a dir, no es tracta de mesurar si l&#8217;alumne aconsegueix determinats objectius, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;esbrinar si les mesures educatives que s&#8217;han aplicat serveixen per aconseguir els objectius marcats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canvi de paradigma en avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En els \u00faltims 20 anys tots els Estats de la UE han anat incorporant l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 dels seus sistemes educatius com una obligaci\u00f3 legal, per\u00f2 la major part ha enfocat aquesta eina com un mesurament de resultats dels alumnes. Aquesta aproximaci\u00f3 obre una bretxa en la comunitat educativa que observa amb recel aquest plantejament que, d&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 ha servit per obrir el debat sobre com millorar la qualitat de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, en els \u00faltims anys l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;est\u00e0 movent a un enfocament m\u00e9s centrat en l&#8217;aprenentatge i en les pr\u00e0ctiques de cada escola en funci\u00f3 del seu entorn i dels seus recursos, valorant tot com a conjunt, tal com assenyala la Comissi\u00f3 Europea en el seu informe anual <em>Education and Training Monitor<\/em> sobre els sistemes educatius europeus. En la seva edici\u00f3 de 2016, informa que \u201cen alguns pa\u00efsos les avaluacions externes no nom\u00e9s estan dirigides a trobar les febleses en l&#8217;acompliment de les escoles, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a potenciar la visibilitat de les bones pr\u00e0ctiques que es duen a terme en molts centres\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;est\u00e0 movent. Igual com s&#8217;estan movent les escoles, de manera individual i, cada vegada m\u00e9s, de manera col\u00b7lectiva, compartint pr\u00e0ctiques, enfocaments, metodologies i, en definitiva, aprenent uns d&#8217;uns altres. Un bon exemple d&#8217;aix\u00f2 ho podem trobar en Escola Nova 21, impulsat pel Centre Unesco, la Fundaci\u00f3\u00a0Jaume Bofill, la UOC i la pr\u00f2pia EduCaixa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 rigorosa de qualsevol acci\u00f3 transformadora \u00e9s una oportunitat \u00fanica perqu\u00e8 tot aquest impuls que surt de les aules es tradueixi en una veritable millora de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, fins a aquest moment, el sistema educatiu espanyol no ha tingut mecanismes d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 tant del professorat \u2013excepte en el seu acc\u00e9s\u2013 com de la direcci\u00f3, malgrat que aix\u00ed ho contempla la llei. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de programes educatius constitueix tamb\u00e9 una oportunitat perqu\u00e8 els professionals puguin avaluar el seu acompliment, detectar els seus encerts i on tenen marge de millora.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia Aloc\u00e9n, directora de l&#8217;\u00c0rea d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Educativa de la Fundaci\u00f3 Banc\u00e0ria \u201cla Caixa\u201d resumeix aix\u00ed aquesta nova fita de EduCaixa: \u201cVolem contribuir a la transformaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, ser generadors de transformaci\u00f3 sobre tres pilars: el desenvolupament de compet\u00e8ncies del Marc Europeu, l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de programes per generar evid\u00e8ncies i la transfer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquestes evid\u00e8ncies\u201d.\u00a0Aquesta iniciativa, precisa Aloc\u00e9n, es dirigeix principalment a professorat i directors, pel que \u201cels proposem que ens presentin els seus programes per avaluar-los i poder generar aix\u00ed un repositori d&#8217;evid\u00e8ncies, d&#8217;accions que funcionen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En la mateixa l\u00ednia, Arantxa Ribot, Project manager d\u2019EduCaixa anima als centres educatius: \u201cSi tens una idea, un programa, que creus que transforma, apunta&#8217;t\u201d. Afegeix, a m\u00e9s, que \u201cno podem fer una intervenci\u00f3 educativa sense pensar a avaluar-la\u201d i que \u201cl\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una eina de millora, ens obliga a definir all\u00f2 que fem i on volem arribar. Tamb\u00e9 ens permet fer un diagn\u00f2stic diferencial i dissenyar un pla de treball concorde a ell. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 ens diu qu\u00e8 fem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 un altre tamb\u00e9 ho pugui utilitzar; \u00e9s clau per transferir aix\u00f2 a la resta de la comunitat educativa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revoluci\u00f3 educativa \u00e9s aprendre avaluant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la cultura de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i la cultura de l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia, EduCaixa\u00a0pret\u00e9n contribuir a la millora del sistema educatiu. Els centres que desitgin formar part d&#8217;aquesta aventura proposada per EduCaixa\u00a0hauran de tenir en compte una s\u00e8rie de requisits que necessiten complir els programes a avaluar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desenvolupar una o diverses compet\u00e8ncies del Marc Europeu.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar-se en Infantil, Prim\u00e0ria, ESO, Batxillerat o FP de Grau Mitj\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Ser programes propis, no la implantaci\u00f3 de metodologies registrades.<\/li>\n<li>Basar-se en models o teories pedag\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n<li>Ser avaluables, escalables\u00a0i transferibles a altres centres, amb el prop\u00f2sit de \u00a0crear un repositori d&#8217;accions amb impacte demostrat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 d&#8217;impacte dels programes seleccionats anir\u00e0 a c\u00e0rrec de grups de recerca espanyols amb el finan\u00e7ament de la Fundaci\u00f3 Banc\u00e0ria \u201cla Caixa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta iniciativa, i a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 com a eina i motor, EduCaixa\u00a0vol contribuir a que l&#8217;impuls transformador dels docents es tradueixi en una veritable transformaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i en un mitj\u00e0 de propagaci\u00f3 d&#8217;accions d&#8217;impacte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EduCaixa convida els centres a sotmetre a avaluaci\u00f3 els seus programes educatius amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019impulsar \u201cun repositori d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies\u201d sobre les accions que funcionen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":294,"featured_media":583,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"tipo":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-582","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-general"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
