En mig de la vor\u00e0gine d&#8217;estands amb l&#8217;allau d&#8217;ofertes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 superior, la proposta de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 convida a la pausa i la introspecci\u00f3: parar, respirar, reflexionar, fugir de la immediatesa de la tria. Orientar-se, recorden els organitzadors, &#8220;vol dir esbrinar el cam\u00ed a seguir o crear-ne un de propi. \u00c9s una compet\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria al llarg de tota la vida, quan transitem d\u2019una etapa a una altra, per afrontar canvis i davant moments vitals d\u2019inflexi\u00f3&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El muntatge expositiu consisteix en una casa tridimensional que desplega les seves parets en forma de panells i llindars articulats, creant un laberint multicursal per l&#8217;espai. El projecte s&#8217;ha ent\u00e8s com un espai reflexiu, centrat en la persona, com a subjecte que ha de transitar per un m\u00f3n canviant. I la necessitat de fer-ho amb br\u00faixola.<\/p>\n<p>Segurament el millor resum del muntatge l&#8217;ha fet Gemma Guasch, comiss\u00e0ria de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 juntament amb Josep Asunci\u00f3n: &#8220;Hem creat una met\u00e0fora de l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 com una casa i l\u2019eix troncal de l\u2019exposici\u00f3 \u00e9s confrontar-se amb aquesta casa. Tenim els somnis a les golfes i al soterrani el malestar per all\u00f2 que no som capa\u00e7os de fer. I al mig, la realitat. La casa \u00e9s el coratge, hi pots transitar, per les seves portes i finestres, que s\u00f3n les compet\u00e8ncies, i pots situar-te lliurement cap on vulguis anar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Un proc\u00e9s creatiu participatiu<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;exposici\u00f3 desplega els seus continguts per la casa, distribuint-los per c\u00e0psules independents que en realitat estan estretament interrelacionades, ja que tracten aspectes d&#8217;aquest m\u00f3n canviant, de l&#8217;autoconeixement de la persona, i de la navegaci\u00f3 que la persona fa per aquest m\u00f3n canviant.\u00a0Cada plaf\u00f3 es correspon a un dels temes de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3: somnis i realitats; un m\u00f3n canviant; qui ens orienta; les condicions de l&#8217;entorn; la tria; adquirir compet\u00e8ncies; l&#8217;itinerari vital; conviure amb l&#8217;\u00e8xit i el frac\u00e0s; un ecosistema en xarxa; formar-se al llarg de la vida; i la <em>infoxicaci\u00f3<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Els plafons tenen dues cares. En una hi ha una il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 que es correspon al tema del plaf\u00f3, i en l&#8217;altre hi ha texts i fotografies de les din\u00e0miques que es van fer en la fase processual pr\u00e8via a la exposici\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 va tenir lloc el 2017 i va incloure un proc\u00e9s creatiu i participatiu de proximitat a quatre municipis de la demarcaci\u00f3 de Barcelona (Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts, Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, Centelles i Badia del Vall\u00e8s). Aquest treball creatiu es va traduir en la organitzaci\u00f3 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JC-es7KfyY8&amp;t=0s&amp;list=PLssRY1dwztd2C7qYl77dmvDCmelGgzhA2&amp;index=2\">diversos tallers en els quals van participar 20 recents graduats en belles arts, il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 i disseny<\/a>. En sintonia amb aquesta intencionalitat orientadora es van triar persones per a les quals aquesta fos la seva primera experi\u00e8ncia professional i laboral.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-900 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2019\/03\/transitar3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"555\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Segons explica Jordi Plana, gerent de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 de la Diputaci\u00f3, \u201cvivim interconnectats en una xarxa que ens permet compartir, relacionar-nos i aprendre. Un node est\u00e0 connectat amb un altre, i aquest amb el seg\u00fcent i amb un m\u00e9s de manera infinita. El m\u00f3n \u00e9s local i global. La vida que ens rodeja \u00e9s un ecosistema en xarxa. Si observem el nostre entorn, veurem una comunitat en moviment permanent, un grup hum\u00e0 amb funcions molt diverses que ens pot orientar i ajudar a construir la nostra casa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cap vida t\u00e9 un itinerari predeterminat, sin\u00f3 que el cam\u00ed es fa caminant (com deia Machado). Els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLssRY1dwztd2C7qYl77dmvDCmelGgzhA2\">testimonis recollits<\/a> pels organitzadors corroboren aquesta idea. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OfI36PPh_O0&amp;list=PLssRY1dwztd2C7qYl77dmvDCmelGgzhA2&amp;index=12&amp;t=0s\">Pilar Soler<\/a>, de Vilafranca, no va poder estudiar de jove i ho va voler fer un cop jubilada, fins al punt que es va llicenciar en Hist\u00f2ria als 60 i doctorar als 72. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bRVCWTrZKw8&amp;t=0s&amp;list=PLssRY1dwztd2C7qYl77dmvDCmelGgzhA2&amp;index=9\">Marta Hern\u00e1ndez<\/a> estudia un cicle formatiu de comer\u00e7 a Badia del Vall\u00e8s, i ens explica que es penedeix molt de no haver-se tret l&#8217;ESO quan era jove, per\u00f2 segueix tenint somnis i vol redre\u00e7ar el rumb. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XHmuRF-n0Ro&amp;index=9&amp;list=PLssRY1dwztd2C7qYl77dmvDCmelGgzhA2\">Ricard Garcia<\/a> va ser camioner durant molts anys, especialitzat en el transport d&#8217;obres d&#8217;art, per\u00f2 amb la crisi l&#8217;empresa el va convidar a fer-se aut\u00f2nom o marxar, i va optar per la segona opci\u00f3, i des d&#8217;aleshores \u00e9s carnisser &#8220;i molt content&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, tampoc la visita t\u00e9 un itinerari preestablert. Cadasc\u00fa transita per la casa seguint camins diferents, com la vida mateixa. El full de sala est\u00e0 concebut com un mapa, amb propostes d&#8217;activitats i pistes de lectura a cadascun dels panells. No \u00e9s imprescindible seguir-lo per a comprendre l&#8217;exposici\u00f3, per\u00f2 \u00e9s una eina clau per anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la visita tradicional.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-897 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2019\/03\/Transitar2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1794\" height=\"1266\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Visites i activitats dinamitzades<\/h3>\n<p>A banda de les visites que cadasc\u00fa pot fer al seu aire, el programa tamb\u00e9 inclou visites interactives i activitats dinamitzades. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/es\/web\/transitar\/salo\">Durant tots els dies que duri el sal\u00f3<\/a>, se&#8217;n faran cinc pel mat\u00ed i cinc per la tarda (excepte diumenge, ja que el sal\u00f3 nom\u00e9s est\u00e0 obert pel mat\u00ed).\u00a0Aquestes s\u00f3n les activitats:<\/p>\n<h5><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-902\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2019\/03\/activitat1-300x247.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2019\/03\/activitat1-300x247.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2019\/03\/activitat1-150x123.jpg 150w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/extra\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2019\/03\/activitat1.jpg 423w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Activitat 1 &#8211; Les condicions de l\u2019entorn<\/h5>\n<p>La fam\u00edlia, els amics, les modes, l\u2019economia,&#8230; s\u00f3n factors que ens influeixen. Con\u00e8ixer l\u2019entorn i com ens afecta, en positiu i en negatiu, ens ajuda a enfocar el nostre projecte de vida. Hi ha compet\u00e8ncies \u201cdures\u201d (hardskills), que ens donen coneixements, destreses i habilitats, i tamb\u00e9 compet\u00e8ncies \u201ctoves\u201d (softskills), que ens donen adaptabilitat, creativitat o empatia. Si ens preguntem sobre els nostres somnis, realitats i malestars, obtindrem petites pistes per a con\u00e8ixer-nos millor i saber on som.
