Convicci\u00f3, molta convicci\u00f3 en la creen\u00e7a que l\u2019escola \u00e9s una eina de transformaci\u00f3 social, que cal apartar-se totalment del darwinisme social i creure fermament que el model d\u2019escola p\u00fablica que estan construint \u00e9s una eina per a la millora individual i col\u00b7lectiva; que \u00e9s una manera real de formar i d\u2019educar en i per a la democr\u00e0cia; que \u00e9s un element imprescindible, segurament el central, per reduir desigualtats socials.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-1222 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza.jpg\" alt=\"tiza\" width=\"220\" height=\"141\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza.jpg 1071w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza-1024x658.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza-768x493.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza-150x96.jpg 150w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2015\/11\/tiza-450x289.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 220px) 100vw, 220px\" \/>Any rere any, veiem com es van jubilant mestres de les nostres escoles, tenim el record d\u2019aquells que ja ho van fer un temps enrere. Elles i ells formen part d\u2019aquesta generaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica que va tenir el repte no gens f\u00e0cil de fer el pas d\u2019una escola nacional a una de p\u00fablica, per a la qual sempre han anhelat els qualificatius de <strong>qualitat<\/strong> i <strong>equitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La seva formaci\u00f3 com a estudiants es va fer, en la pr\u00e0ctica totalitat dels casos, sota els par\u00e0metres de la formaci\u00f3 franquista, d\u2019acord amb el nacionalcatolicisme imperant durant l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de la dictadura. Enrere\u00a0quedaven els sup\u00f2sits educatius d\u2019inici de segle i els republicans que es vinculaven als moviments pedag\u00f2gics m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats a nivell internacional. La realitat que s\u2019anava configurant cap a un nou m\u00f3n als anys seixanta els va fer obrir la ment i els va generar quelcom que sempre han portat molt endins com a persones i com a mestres: el sentit cr\u00edtic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els aires de canvi i el seu tarann\u00e0 els van fer veure que calia impulsar una transformaci\u00f3 radical en la societat i en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 vigents.<\/strong> Algunes escoles, molt sovint des del m\u00f3n cooperatiu i amb la complicitat de fam\u00edlies i mestres, van anar construint uns models pedag\u00f2gics totalment alternatius als del r\u00e8gim, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, actuant des de la m\u00e9s absoluta clandestinitat i mantenint, per\u00f2, les formes quan hi anava la inspecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Els plans de desenvolupament dels anys seixanta van fer que un bon grapat de persones haguessin de traslladar-se a grans ciutats on hi havia futur, molts cops lluny del lloc d\u2019origen i havent de viure en barris amb condicions i serveis molt precaris. Alhora, els pobles s\u2019anaven buidant i tot el que estava relacionat amb els valors rurals entrava en desprestigi. S\u2019anaven formant les bases per fer concentracions escolars.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>El context educatiu no era f\u00e0cil, hi havia precarietat de mitjans i alguns col\u00b7legues afins a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 propugnada pel r\u00e8gim, per\u00f2 la convicci\u00f3 era ferma, arrelada en els moviments pedag\u00f2gics de l\u2019escola nova.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La complexitat social conjuntament amb els aires de canvi pol\u00edtic van fer que el moviment ve\u00efnal s\u2019an\u00e9s articulant i les reivindicacions per millorar les condicions de vida i de feina creixessin. S\u2019estava creant un potent teixit associatiu. La regeneraci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 va ser una de les demandes priorit\u00e0ries. De seguida es va veure com una oportunitat d\u2019ascendir socialment. Molts mestres i moltes mestres es van posar al costat del moviment ve\u00efnal i van anar fent una escola que nom\u00e9s podia ser entesa des de l\u2019estreta construcci\u00f3 amb l\u2019alumnat, les fam\u00edlies i la comunitat. La creixent incorporaci\u00f3 de la dona a la feina va fer que l\u2019escola bressol fos reconeguda com una necessitat. La realitat de molts ensenyants de poble va fer veure l\u2019absoluta conveni\u00e8ncia de mantenir els centres docents on hi havia infants i que fossin alguns mestres els que es desplacessin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El context educatiu no era f\u00e0cil, hi havia precarietat de mitjans i alguns col\u00b7legues afins a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 propugnada pel r\u00e8gim, per\u00f2 la convicci\u00f3 era ferma, arrelada en els moviments pedag\u00f2gics de l\u2019escola nova.<\/strong> L\u2019infant es va anar posant al centre del proc\u00e9s educatiu, es treballava des del binomi de la llibertat i la responsabilitat, es tenia en compte l\u2019afectivitat i el gust per l\u2019est\u00e8tica. L\u2019entorn i el medi eren recursos dels quals l\u2019escola havia de gaudir. La llengua catalana havia de tenir car\u00e0cter vehicular i normal. Es va anar definint un model d\u2019escola p\u00fablica on la coeducaci\u00f3 s\u2019entenia com un fet natural de conviv\u00e8ncia i la la\u00efcitat esdevingu\u00e9 una pretensi\u00f3, en considerar que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 religiosa havia de correspondre a la comunitat de fe.<\/p>\n<p>El repte d\u2019educar no es creu que sigui una tasca individual, la dimensi\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva empodera, per aix\u00f2 s\u2019ha cregut fermament en el treball en equip a l\u2019escola, com tamb\u00e9 en la necessitat d\u2019associar-se, per formar-se i per construir conjuntament el model educatiu desitjat. <strong>Un model pel qual han estat treballant, des de les aules, amb convicci\u00f3 durant la seva carrera professional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quan tot just comen\u00e7ava aquest curs, ens deixava la Isabel Mu\u00f1oz Moreno, mestra que personifica la traject\u00f2ria i els valors que hem estat tractant fins ara. Nena emigrada d\u2019Andalusia que creix a Santa Coloma de Gramenet. Mestra entregada, vehement, compromesa que ho ha donat tot a les aules, a les escoles i als instituts per on ha passat. Mestra de mestres en la formaci\u00f3 i l\u2019acompanyament de col\u00b7legues. Professional inquieta que ha estat punt de refer\u00e8ncia per al moviment pedag\u00f2gic de la seva ciutat, per la Federaci\u00f3 de Catalunya i per la Confederaci\u00f3 Estatal de Moviments de Renovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica. Una traject\u00f2ria francament valuosa que ha estat aut\u00e8ntica gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019amor que ha mostrat en tot moment cap als seus, cap al seu alumnat, cap als col\u00b7legues, cap a la seva ciutat, cap a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 del seu pa\u00eds, cap a la professi\u00f3. Les mestres i els mestres de la transici\u00f3 ens han deixat, ens estan deixant, molta generositat mesclada amb bones dosis d\u2019utopia. Com b\u00e9 diu el fil\u00f2sof, i ells ho han pogut comprovar, aquella utopia tossuda que, <strong>quan avances deu passes, veus que l\u2019horitz\u00f3 se n\u2019ha allunyat deu m\u00e9s, per\u00f2 et d\u00f3na la certesa i la satisfacci\u00f3 d\u2019haver caminat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FONT:\u00a0<\/strong>Revista Guix n.419.
