{"id":1350,"date":"2016-05-05T06:56:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-05T06:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/?p=1350"},"modified":"2024-05-13T18:30:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T16:30:22","slug":"transicions-a-la-renovacio-pedagogica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/2016\/05\/05\/transicions-a-la-renovacio-pedagogica\/","title":{"rendered":"Transicions a la renovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hem percebut que, sota un mateix paraigua, estan emergint unes maneres de ser, de fer i d\u2019organitzar-se molt interessants que, alhora, coexisteixen amb unes altres de m\u00e9s conegudes.\u00a0Cal matisar que, dintre d\u2019aquest qualificatiu de \u00abconegudes\u00bb, s\u2019hi inclou un bon grapat de maneres de pensar i d\u2019actuar, at\u00e8s que la virtut que sempre han tingut els moviments ha estat saber-se adaptar i treballar sobre el territori sota unes bases ben s\u00f2lides d\u2019ideologia educativa i de comprom\u00eds pedag\u00f2gic i social.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2016\/04\/morpho-peleides-318552_960_720.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1351\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1351 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/grao\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2016\/04\/morpho-peleides-318552_960_720-300x198.jpg\" alt=\"morpho-peleides-318552_960_720\" width=\"167\" height=\"110\" \/><\/a>Aquesta vegada, la tem\u00e0tica tractada abordava un lema que tota educadora, tot educador, podem compartir: <strong>\u00abUna educaci\u00f3 per a un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s just\u00bb<\/strong>. Escrivim aquestes l\u00ednies unes quantes setmanes despr\u00e9s dels terribles atemptats de Brussel\u00b7les, els quals nom\u00e9s evidencien el dolor, la desra\u00f3, la incomprensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Unes quantes setmanes despr\u00e9s de la constataci\u00f3 que els murs s\u2019eleven cada vegada m\u00e9s per a les persones migrants que han d\u2019arriscar la seva vida i la de les seves filles i fills per fugir de la barb\u00e0rie de la guerra.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L\u2019actualitat ens fa palesa la necessitat de tenyir l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de valors molt diferents, i no pas entesa solament en l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ampliant-ne els l\u00edmits al m\u00e0xim cap a la societat, la pol\u00edtica i l\u2019economia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A la Trobada, de manera molt modesta per\u00f2 alhora contundent, real i vehement, s\u2019hi van afrontar diversos temes molt importants al nostre m\u00f3n actual. L\u2019ecofeminisme, un dels moviments amb veu insuficient i intermitent en la nostra hist\u00f2ria, va evidenciar que hauria de tenir un paper rellevant en la consci\u00e8ncia educativa i en les pr\u00e0ctiques quotidianes. La finitud del nostre planeta, la limitaci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries primeres, l\u2019exhauriment de les fonts d\u2019energia f\u00f2ssils, la crisi de la cura a la nostra gent gran, el poc valor atorgat al treball que es vol considerar no productiu, la primacia del que \u00e9s quantitatiu per damunt del que \u00e9s qualitatiu\u2026 Tot aix\u00f2 ens est\u00e0 conduint a les desigualtats considerades globals, per\u00f2 que cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s locals i que m\u00e9s sovint viuen \u00e9ssers propers a nosaltres.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta mirada permet que tingui lloc quelcom imprescindible a la nostra societat i a la nostra educaci\u00f3: disposar d\u2019instruments per a la comprensi\u00f3. I, si les llegim detingudament, podrem identificar i entendre moltes coses que ens estan passant i que la l\u00f2gica del nostre sistema educatiu ha anat recollint. Aquest proc\u00e9s de conscienciaci\u00f3 permet requalificar la nostra escala de valors i modificar la nostra acci\u00f3 docent i ciutadana. A la Trobada, s\u2019hi van poder con\u00e8ixer experi\u00e8ncies esperan\u00e7adores que van en aquest sentit.<strong> Una escola oberta a la comunitat, una xarxa de centres que estimulen l\u2019aprenentatge cooperatiu, un projecte que fomenta la utopia pragm\u00e0tica i un altre projecte que aviva la pr\u00e0ctica de l\u2019ecologia a les escoles de l\u2019entorn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La lectora o el lector pot pensar que es tracta de solucions arxiconegudes per a problemes complexos. Avui dia, vivim davant d\u2019una confusi\u00f3 evident en refer\u00e8ncia al llenguatge. Els diversos discursos pedag\u00f2gics actuals contenen aquestes paraules, per\u00f2 els significats i les praxis poden ser diferents o fins i tot radicalment oposats.<\/p>\n<p>El denominador com\u00fa en la renovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica \u00e9s ampli i s\u00f2lid, tal com s\u2019ha pogut apreciar, per\u00f2 aquesta trobada va tenir i va contenir un ingredient il\u00b7lusionador: la pres\u00e8ncia de moviments emergents. Mestres molt joves, amb inquietuds did\u00e0ctiques i socials compartides, amb uns sistemes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 molt flexibles, amb estils de comunicaci\u00f3 i de coordinaci\u00f3 nous, amb una mirada docent que no pot ser concebuda sense els altres agents educatius -la majoria s\u2019articula amb les fam\u00edlies, els agents comunitaris, uns altres professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, etc.-, amb f\u00f3rmules alternatives de formaci\u00f3 que treballin en la l\u00ednia del que s\u2019ha descrit, amb f\u00f3rmules creatives de presentaci\u00f3, uni\u00f3, reuni\u00f3, etc., amb una incre\u00efble facilitat per integrar-se i compartir amb xarxes noves, etc.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de la Trobada va plantejar el dilema dels somriures i ll\u00e0grimes, emulant la llegend\u00e0ria pel\u00b7l\u00edcula. Aquest text ha intentat recollir la met\u00e0fora, per\u00f2, com a participants en els tres dies de treball intens, ens n\u2019anem amb un somriure ben ampli, perqu\u00e8, des del nostre modest punt de vista extern, <strong>creiem que podem donar la benvinguda a la renovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica del segle XXI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FONT:<\/strong> Revista Guix n. 424 (Maig 2016).
