En aquest sentit, \u00e9s una activitat acomplerta que\u00a0presenta un projecte i que, per tant, s&#8217;exposa que se li pregunti sobre quin \u00e9s el\u00a0grau de consecuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest projecte. Les investigacions internacionals destapen el fet que fins i tot en \u00e0mbits tan centrals com ara la lectura, el sistema educa-tiu no aconsegueix els seus objectius per a tothom. Per tant, es tendeix a insistir-hi i a avaluar de manera m\u00e9s cont\u00ednua i rigorosa el seu grau de realitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, aix\u00f2, que vist amb una mica de perspectiva, sembla perfectament\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 13px\">simple i racional, suscita un gran nombre de perplexitats o de diverg\u00e8ncies. Per\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">comen\u00e7ar: de quina natura s\u00f3n els objectius de l&#8217;escolaritat de base? Es tracta\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">nom\u00e9s de les capacitats generals com ara la lectura i els coneixements disciplinaris?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">O b\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 cal desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies transversals o disciplin\u00e0ries?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">S&#8217;han de transmetre valors, fer interioritzar normes, forjar actituds, desenvolupar\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">una relaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica amb el coneixement, amb la llei, amb els altres? Fins a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">quin punt s&#8217;han d&#8217;imposar els mateixos objectius de formaci\u00f3 a tots els alumnes?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La redacci\u00f3 dels textos per marcar els objectius de l&#8217;escola sempre topa\u00a0amb la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 del grau d&#8217;abstracci\u00f3 que \u00e9s convenient. La pregunta \u00e9s com es\u00a0pot anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les generalitats dif\u00edcils de precisar (per exemple, \u00absaber\u00a0expressar-se\u00bb o \u00absaber situar en el temps\u00bb) sense caure en una mir\u00edada d&#8217;objectius\u00a0detallats com ara \u00abcon\u00e8ixer el condicional d&#8217;un verb irregular\u00bb o \u00absaber\u00a0els rius d&#8217;aquesta regi\u00f3 o d&#8217;aquella altra\u00bb?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es plantegen altres preguntes relatives a la traducci\u00f3 dels objectius\u00a0en recorreguts de formaci\u00f3 distribu\u00efts al llarg de nombrosos anys: com s&#8217;han de\u00a0declinar els objectius de la fi de l&#8217;escolaritat en objectius intermedis per permetre\u00a0progressions raonades? Cal preveure objectius intermedis per a cada any escolar\u00a0o b\u00e9 es preferible nom\u00e9s definir-los per a cada cicle d&#8217;aprenentatge de\u00a0dos, tres o quatre anys? Els objectius s\u00f3n suficients per guiar la planificaci\u00f3 dels\u00a0continguts o de les activitats o b\u00e9 cal traduir-los en programes tot i sabent que\u00a0aquests \u00faltims permeten estandarditzar les activitats i els continguts treballats\u00a0en el dia a dia i, a la vegada, dispensen temps d&#8217;una refer\u00e8ncia constant als objectius\u00a0de fi de cicle?<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 passem ara a preguntes m\u00e9s did\u00e0ctiques: com es poden tenir en\u00a0compte els objectius en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de les activitats? La idea aparentment\u00a0m\u00e9s racional \u00e9s treballar un objectiu de manera intensiva i, a continuaci\u00f3, passar\u00a0al seg\u00fcent. Aquest procediment ha triomfat en l&#8217;anomenada \u00abpedagogia per\u00a0objectius\u00bb cap all\u00e0 als anys setanta. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 va ser fins que es va veure que\u00a0s&#8217;apartava de situacions d&#8217;aprenentatge m\u00e9s riques, m\u00e8todes actius, pedagogies constructivistes i procediments de projecte i d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3, ja que nom\u00e9s\u00a0l&#8217;exercici escolar tradicional pot tancar-se en un sol objectiu.<\/p>\n<p>Els procediments\u00a0actuals no estan tan dirigits a una finalitat i ens condueixen a servir-nos d&#8217;objectius\u00a0com ara graelles de lectura dels aprenentatges efectivament treballats, tant si s&#8217;han anticipat com no en detall. Tanmateix, sense renunciar a una diversitat\u00a0de procediments, podem evitar la dispersi\u00f3? Seria especialment m\u00e9s\u00a0assenyat treballar alguns objectius de manera m\u00e9s intensa, per exemple seguint\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 13px\">el ritme d&#8217;una organitzaci\u00f3 modular en qu\u00e8 cada m\u00f2dul se centra en un objectiu\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">definit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de les relacions entre objectius i avaluaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s possible eludir-la: com podr\u00edem nom\u00e9s apreciar el grau de consecuci\u00f3 d&#8217;un objectiu a final\u00a0de cicle i no la progressi\u00f3 cap a aquest objectiu? I, a m\u00e9s, com podr\u00edem formular\u00a0els objectius de manera que puguin ser compresos pels alumnes i permetre&#8217;ls\u00a0situar-se en relaci\u00f3 amb els objectius de la formaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s que en relaci\u00f3 amb altres alumnes?<\/p>\n<p>Totes aquestes preguntes complexes no tenen res d&#8217;estrany. Concerneixen\u00a0les finalitats de l&#8217;escola, la seva traducci\u00f3 en continguts, el control dels seus\u00a0efectes, i la selecci\u00f3 i diversificaci\u00f3 dels itineraris. Els problemes sempre s\u00f3n t\u00e8cnics\u00a0i ideol\u00f2gics a la vegada.
