Models que la societat ha desenvolupat per regular la vida col\u00b7lectiva amb un objectiu clar: <strong>mantenir l\u2019ordre i contenir el conflicte<\/strong>. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit judicial, laboral o administratiu, aquest enfocament t\u00e9 sentit. Per\u00f2 la pregunta \u00e9s inevitable: <strong>\u00e9s aquest el model que ha d\u2019orientar l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca internacional ens obliga a matisar, si no a q\u00fcestionar, aquesta translaci\u00f3 directa. Les revisions sistem\u00e0tiques sobre clima escolar mostren de manera consistent que la conviv\u00e8ncia no es garanteix prioritzant mecanismes de control, sin\u00f3 construint <strong>condicions educatives que permetin aprendre a conviure<\/strong>. No \u00e9s un problema menor: metaan\u00e0lisis recents indiquen que els enfocaments centrats exclusivament en normes i sancions tenen un impacte limitat i poc sostenible sobre la conducta de l\u2019alumnat, especialment en contextos complexos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia d\u2019altres institucions, l\u2019escola no t\u00e9 com a finalitat principal mantenir l\u2019ordre, sin\u00f3 <strong>formar persones capaces de viure en comunitat<\/strong>. I aix\u00f2 implica assumir una idea de partida que sovint incomoda: <strong>el conflicte no \u00e9s una anomalia, sin\u00f3 una realitat inherent a qualsevol col\u00b7lectiu hum\u00e0<\/strong>. All\u00e0 on hi ha diversitat d\u2019interessos, valors i expectatives, el conflicte emergeix. El problema no \u00e9s la seva exist\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 <strong>com s\u2019apr\u00e8n a gestionar-lo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des d\u2019aquesta perspectiva, la conviv\u00e8ncia no es pot reduir a un conjunt de normes a complir, sin\u00f3 que s\u2019ha d\u2019entendre com un <strong>proc\u00e9s de construcci\u00f3 personal i col\u00b7lectiva<\/strong>. Les evid\u00e8ncies acumulades en les darreres d\u00e8cades apunten en aquesta direcci\u00f3. Programes de compet\u00e8ncia socioemocional i de millora del clima escolar \u2014avaluats en centenars d\u2019estudis\u2014 mostren efectes significatius en la reducci\u00f3 de conductes disruptives, per\u00f2 sobretot en el desenvolupament d\u2019habilitats clau: presa de decisions, empatia, resoluci\u00f3 de problemes i responsabilitat social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, aquestes mateixes recerques tamb\u00e9 adverteixen d\u2019un risc: no n\u2019hi ha prou amb activitats puntuals o discursos benintencionats. Els impactes m\u00e9s rellevants es produeixen quan aquestes compet\u00e8ncies es treballen de manera integrada en la vida quotidiana del centre: en la gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019aula, en les relacions entre iguals, en la coher\u00e8ncia de les normes i en el tipus de lideratge pedag\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>No n\u2019hi ha prou amb activitats puntuals o discursos benintencionats<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 ens situa davant d\u2019una distinci\u00f3 fonamental per a la pr\u00e0ctica docent. Podem optar per un model que entengui la conviv\u00e8ncia com un problema d\u2019ordre \u2014i, per tant, respongui amb mesures de control\u2014 o b\u00e9 per un model que la consideri un <strong>objecte d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>. En el primer cas, l\u2019alumnat apr\u00e8n a adaptar-se a una norma externa; en el segon, construeix criteris propis per actuar de manera aut\u00f2noma i responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest punt \u00e9s especialment rellevant en relaci\u00f3 amb el desenvolupament de l\u2019<strong>autonomia moral<\/strong>. Si l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que l\u2019alumnat \u00abes porti b\u00e9\u00bb, potser n\u2019hi ha prou amb sistemes de vigil\u00e0ncia i sanci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 si el que pretenem \u00e9s que entengui i assumeixi el sentit de la conviv\u00e8ncia, cal generar situacions en qu\u00e8 pugui <strong>analitzar, deliberar, prendre decisions i assumir-ne les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contextos educatius complexos, aquesta difer\u00e8ncia esdev\u00e9 encara m\u00e9s cr\u00edtica. Les dades mostren que els centres que milloren la conviv\u00e8ncia no s\u00f3n els que incrementen el control, sin\u00f3 els que aconsegueixen construir <strong>relacions de qualitat, sentit de pertinen\u00e7a i percepci\u00f3 de just\u00edcia<\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, aquells en qu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat no nom\u00e9s compleix normes, sin\u00f3 que les reconeix com a leg\u00edtimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Els centres que milloren la conviv\u00e8ncia no s\u00f3n els que incrementen el control, sin\u00f3 els que aconsegueixen construir relacions de qualitat, sentit de pertinen\u00e7a i percepci\u00f3 de just\u00edcia<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 no implica renunciar a les normes ni a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. Al contrari: implica entendre-les com a <strong>instruments educatius<\/strong>, no com a finalitats en si mateixes. La clau no \u00e9s si hi ha normes, sin\u00f3 <strong>com es construeixen, com s\u2019expliquen i com es viuen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, davant la possible introducci\u00f3 de mesures \u00abno educatives\u00bb \u2014sovint inspirades en l\u00f2giques externes a l\u2019escola\u2014, val la pena recuperar aquesta pregunta de fons: <strong>estem formant per conviure o simplement intentem evitar el conflicte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resposta no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s te\u00f2rica.
