Sovint pensem que \u00abno est\u00e0 preparat per aprendre\u00bb o que \u00abencara no t\u00e9 prou maduresa\u00bb. Per\u00f2, potser, el que li passa \u00e9s m\u00e9s senzill i alhora m\u00e9s profund:&nbsp;<strong>encara no t\u00e9 cobertes les seves necessitats m\u00e9s b\u00e0siques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa m\u00e9s de mig segle, Abraham Maslow va descriure la jerarquia de necessitats humanes. En la seva famosa pir\u00e0mide, situava a la base les necessitats fisiol\u00f2giques (menjar, descans, salut), despr\u00e9s les de seguretat (protecci\u00f3, estabilitat), les d\u2019afecte i pertinen\u00e7a (sentir-se estimat i acceptat), les d\u2019estima (ser reconegut, sentir-se capa\u00e7) i, al cim, la d\u2019autorealitzaci\u00f3 (desplegar el propi potencial). Si un infant t\u00e9 gana, set, son o fred, no pot centrar-se en res m\u00e9s. Aix\u00f2 pot semblar obvi, per\u00f2 sovint oblidem que&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019aprenentatge passa per un cos satisfet i tranquil.<\/strong>&nbsp;Els h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, descans, higiene i moviment no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s rutines: s\u00f3n les bases del benestar i, per tant, del desenvolupament cognitiu i emocional. Quan l\u2019aula ofereix espais acollidors, ritmes previsibles i cura de les necessitats corporals, l\u2019infant se sent segur. I aquesta seguretat \u00e9s el primer pas per obrir-se al m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2, la feina de l\u2019educadora o educador d\u2019infantil no \u00e9s \u00abpreparar per a l\u2019escola\u00bb sin\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>garantir les condicions que fan possible aprendre despr\u00e9s<\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, ajudar a construir la base invisible sobre la qual es construir\u00e0 tot l\u2019edifici educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tasca de l&#8217;educadora o educador d&#8217;infantil \u00e9s ajudar a construir la base invisible sobre la qual es construir\u00e0 tot l&#8217;edifici educatiu<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La seguretat com a refugi emocional<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maslow situa la seguretat com la segona necessitat essencial. Per a un infant petit, la seguretat no es troba en els murs ni en les normes, sin\u00f3 en les persones. Un nen se sent segur quan sap que la mestra l\u2019escoltar\u00e0, que hi \u00e9s, que no desapareixer\u00e0 sense avisar, que no el jutjar\u00e0. Aquesta confian\u00e7a permet que el cervell deixi d\u2019estar en alerta i comenci a explorar.&nbsp;<strong>Un infant que no se sent segur no pot aprendre, perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 ocupat sobrevivint emocionalment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00f2 explica per qu\u00e8 l\u2019adult de refer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s tan important els primers anys. El vincle \u00e9s el pont entre la necessitat i el descobriment. La mirada, el to de veu, el gest, l\u2019ordre dels moments\u2026 Tot comunica seguretat o incertesa. Quan l\u2019educadora \u00e9s una pres\u00e8ncia estable, coherent i afectuosa, els infants s\u2019atreveixen a sortir del seu refugi per con\u00e8ixer el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019afecte i la pertinen\u00e7a: el poder d\u2019estimar i ser estimat<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despr\u00e9s de la seguretat, apareix una necessitat igualment poderosa:&nbsp;<strong>sentir-se estimat i formar part d\u2019un grup<\/strong>. L\u2019escola infantil \u00e9s, per a molts infants, el primer espai social fora de la fam\u00edlia. Aqu\u00ed aprenen qu\u00e8 \u00e9s compartir, esperar, ajudar, cooperar i, sobretot,&nbsp;<strong>ser amb els altres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a no es crea amb paraules, sin\u00f3 amb experi\u00e8ncies: un grup que s\u2019acull cada mat\u00ed, can\u00e7ons compartides, jocs cooperatius, rituals comuns. Quan els infants perceben que tenen un lloc, que la seva pres\u00e8ncia importa, es despleguen. Quan se senten rebutjats o ignorats, s\u2019apaguen. Per aix\u00f2,&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019aula d\u2019infantil \u00e9s sobretot una comunitat afectiva<\/strong>, no una aula acad\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019afecte no \u00e9s un complement de la pedagogia: \u00e9s la seva condici\u00f3. Nom\u00e9s un infant que se sap estimat pot arriscar-se a aprendre, a equivocar-se, a cr\u00e9ixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019autoestima com a primera compet\u00e8ncia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maslow parla tamb\u00e9 de la necessitat d\u2019estima: sentir-se valu\u00f3s i capa\u00e7. A infantil, aquesta necessitat es construeix a cada petit \u00e8xit. Quan l\u2019adult reconeix un esfor\u00e7 (\u00abt\u2019has cordat la jaqueta tu sol!\u00bb, \u00abhas ajudat el company!\u00bb), l\u2019infant sent que pot, i aquest sentiment \u00e9s un motor immens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No calen grans elogis, sin\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>mirades que valorin el proc\u00e9s m\u00e9s que el resultat<\/strong>. Si un infant percep que nom\u00e9s \u00e9s valorat quan \u00abfa les coses b\u00e9\u00bb, aprendr\u00e0 a evitar el risc. Per\u00f2 si ent\u00e9n que l\u2019error \u00e9s part de l\u2019aprenentatge, desenvolupar\u00e0 confian\u00e7a i curiositat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La base de la&nbsp;<strong>motivaci\u00f3 intr\u00ednseca<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s aprendre pel gust de descobrir, no per por ni per cap premi<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autorealitzar-se als 3 anys? S\u00ed, una mica cada dia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan Maslow parla d\u2019autorealitzaci\u00f3, es refereix al desig d\u2019expressar all\u00f2 que som. A infantil, aix\u00f2 es veu en cada dibuix, en cada joc simb\u00f2lic, en cada conversa absurda i meravellosa. Els infants es realitzen quan&nbsp;<strong>poden expressar el seu m\u00f3n interior sense ser jutjats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019escola infantil que dona espai a la creativitat, a l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 i a la iniciativa est\u00e0 ajudant els infants a con\u00e8ixer-se i a construir identitat. No calen grans projectes: cal temps, materials oberts i adults que s\u00e0piguen observar sense intervenir massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta autorealitzaci\u00f3 quotidiana no \u00e9s una meta, sin\u00f3 una actitud:&nbsp;<strong>aprendre \u00e9s descobrir-se<\/strong>. I cada infant ho fa al seu ritme, si t\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat i la confian\u00e7a per fer-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educar des de la base de la pir\u00e0mide<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maslow ens recorda que no podem comen\u00e7ar per dalt. No t\u00e9 sentit voler \u00abestimular la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia\u00bb o \u00abanticipar aprenentatges\u00bb si abans no hi ha calma, afecte i seguretat. A la primera inf\u00e0ncia, educar vol dir&nbsp;<strong>posar fonaments humans<\/strong>. Vol dir cuidar, acollir, mirar, parlar amb dolcesa, respectar el ritme de cada criatura. Vol dir entendre que el que avui sembla una simple rutina \u2013posar-se la bata, cantar, compartir un conte\u2013 \u00e9s, en realitat, un exercici de construcci\u00f3 emocional i social profund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019aprenentatge vindr\u00e0 despr\u00e9s, i vindr\u00e0 sol, perqu\u00e8 un infant que se sent segur i estimat t\u00e9 totes les ganes del m\u00f3n de con\u00e8ixer, tocar, provar, comprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La curiositat \u00e9s natural; el que cal \u00e9s no bloquejar-la amb inseguretat o pressa<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mirar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels objectius<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potser la lli\u00e7\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran que Maslow ofereix als docents d\u2019infantil \u00e9s aquesta:&nbsp;<strong>la tasca educativa no \u00e9s fer-los arribar m\u00e9s lluny, sin\u00f3 ajudar-los a sentir-se b\u00e9 on s\u00f3n.<\/strong>&nbsp;Els aprenentatges cognitius, emocionals i socials s\u2019entrellacen en aquesta etapa com mai m\u00e9s al llarg de la vida. I si la base \u00e9s s\u00f2lida, la resta creixer\u00e0 amb equilibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan un infant se sent segur, acollit i valorat, el m\u00f3n s\u2019obre com un joc immens.
