Article d\u2019Aina Tarabini, publicat a la revista \u201cun viatge compartit\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/lectoresilectors.diarieducacio.cat\/\"> AMB LA TEVA SUBSCRIPCI\u00d3<\/a> far\u00e0s possible deu anys m\u00e9s de periodisme al servei de la comunitat educativa<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons el Gran Diccionari de la Llengua Catalana el concepte de \u201ccohesi\u00f3\u201d fa refer\u00e8ncia a \u201cl\u2019acci\u00f3 i efecte d\u2019adherir-se o d\u2019unir-se les coses entre elles\u201d. En totes les seves accepcions (des de la f\u00edsica i qu\u00edmica, la ling\u00fc\u00edstica, la sociologia, etc.), les paraules que apareixen per definir aquest terme tenen a veure amb aspectes com <em>unitat<\/em>,<em>&nbsp;lligam,<\/em>&nbsp;v<em>inculaci\u00f3<\/em>&nbsp;i <em>col\u00b7lectivitat.<\/em>&nbsp;I \u00e9s que aquesta \u00e9s la q\u00fcesti\u00f3: la dels vincles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca ha demostrat \u00e0mpliament que la vinculaci\u00f3 escolar i la confian\u00e7a s\u00f3n dos aspectes clau per a l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu. El vincle del professorat amb l\u2019alumnat i les altes expectatives en vers el seu aprenentatge s\u00f3n, de fet, elements cabdals d\u2019una pr\u00e0ctica pedag\u00f2gica socialment justa. Perqu\u00e8 el lligam entre professorat i alumnat no es genera en el buit sin\u00f3 en el marc de pr\u00e0ctiques de respecte mutu i suport social, orientades a garantir un aprenentatge profund i amb sentit per a tots els i les estudiants. El vincle es genera en i a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019aprenentatge. De fet, hi ha una relaci\u00f3 circular entre ambd\u00f3s processos: s\u2019apr\u00e8n a trav\u00e9s del vincle i el vincle genera aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest vincle, per tant, no s\u2019ha d\u2019entendre de forma na\u00eff i\/o individualista, sin\u00f3 com un element clau per avan\u00e7ar cap a la just\u00edcia relacional a l\u2019escola i a la societat. I \u00e9s que sense just\u00edcia relacional no hi ha just\u00edcia social, i aix\u00f2 implica posar les cures al centre de l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa. El feminisme fa anys que ens ensenya que els \u00e9ssers humans som inherentment interdependents i que els afectes tenen una significaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i pol\u00edtica que va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les accions individuals. La import\u00e0ncia de la dimensi\u00f3 emocional de l\u2019escola, de fet, \u00e9s, \u00e0mpliament reconeguda i \u00e9s sabut que &nbsp;aquesta cobra un paper especialment rellevant en contextos de major vulnerabilitat social on, a vegades, l\u2019escola \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic espai de protecci\u00f3 i esperan\u00e7a per a infants i joves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La vinculaci\u00f3 escolar i la confian\u00e7a s\u00f3n dos aspectes clau per a l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca tamb\u00e9 demostra que la percepci\u00f3 de relacions de suport, respecte, cura i confian\u00e7a amb el professorat \u00e9s una dimensi\u00f3 clau per entendre l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia escolar de l\u2019alumnat. \u00c9s m\u00e9s, la qualitat de les relacions humanes, no nom\u00e9s amb el professorat, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 amb les companyes i companys afavoreix el benestar de l\u2019alumnat i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la seva motivaci\u00f3, autoestima i rendiment escolar. No nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2, sin\u00f3 que un bon clima escolar millora el benestar del professorat i, alhora, la seva efic\u00e0cia, apoderament i motivaci\u00f3 en vers l\u2019exercici de la seva professi\u00f3. De fet, el benestar d\u2019alumnat i professorat s\u00f3n dues cares de la mateixa moneda. Per ensenyar i per aprendre cal <em>estar b\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;i <em>sentir-se b\u00e9,<\/em>&nbsp;i per aix\u00f2 calen unes condicions -materials, organitzatives, temporals- que ho facin possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segregaci\u00f3 escolar tensiona fortament el sistema educatiu catal\u00e0 i limita el benestar d\u2019alumnat i professorat, en particular, d\u2019aquells centres que concentren m\u00e9s problem\u00e0tiques socials. Als centres socialment m\u00e9s desafavorits \u00e9s on l\u2019alumnat presenta m\u00e9s necessitats de suport educatiu vinculades a situacions de pobresa i exclusi\u00f3 social. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s precisament en aquests centres on m\u00e9s necessaris s\u00f3n els espais de reflexi\u00f3, treball en equip, formaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del professorat amb altres professionals i agents de l\u2019entorn. \u00c9s en aquests centres, com d\u00e8iem, on sostenir els vincles \u00e9s m\u00e9s necessari que en cap altre lloc. No obstant aix\u00f2, la recerca demostra que \u00e9s en els centres de major complexitat social on hi ha menys estabilitat del professorat i menys percepci\u00f3 de recursos, suport i reconeixement per part de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3. \u00c9s, doncs, urgent lluitar contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar en base a un marc de just\u00edcia social que posi el benestar de professorat i alumnat al centre de l\u2019acci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica. Aix\u00f2 implica desplegar pol\u00edtiques s\u00f2lides de &nbsp;redistribuci\u00f3, reconeixement, representaci\u00f3 i cures. S\u00ed, de cures tamb\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 tornant a l\u2019inici, sense cura no hi ha just\u00edcia, benestar ni cohesi\u00f3 possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Diari de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3: deu anys en defensa de la COHESI\u00d3.
