Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s indiscutible. Per\u00f2 com es fa per canviar una escola que no compleix el seu objectiu fonamental, que \u00e9s aconseguir que els nens i nenes aprenguin a actuar\u00a0 de manera aut\u00f2noma? Segons Roser Salavert, doctora en lideratge i tecnologia educativa, experta en gesti\u00f3 educativa a la ciutat de Nova York amb una llarga experi\u00e8ncia a fer funcionar escoles que no funcionen, en barris complicats de la ciutat, les eines del canvi s\u00f3n senzilles, perqu\u00e8 no costen cap diner, per\u00f2 han de ser emprades de forma constant i sistem\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Es pot comen\u00e7ar per una cosa senzilla i petita que consisteix a compartir els petits \u00e8xits de cada professor: compartir-los a les reunions dels equips docents, en comptes de tractar altres temes que no ajuden a avan\u00e7ar i millorar. D\u2019aix\u00f2 ella en diu \u201crefor\u00e7ar l\u2019\u00e8xit\u201d, i es tracta que aquests petits \u00e8xits individuals animin altres companys a actuar en la mateixa direcci\u00f3 i a imitar certes pr\u00e0ctiques que han estat exitoses.<\/p>\n<p>Roser Salavert constata que l\u2019escola ha canviat, i com a mostra ha fet un recull de les paraules clau del programa d\u2019aquesta 49a Escola d\u2019Estiu: entorns d\u2019aprenentatge, protagonisme dels infants, treball per projectes&#8230; I quines difer\u00e8ncies hi ha entre l\u2019escola d\u2019ahir i aquesta escola d\u2019avui? Segons ella, ahir la pregunta que ens plantej\u00e0vem els docents era: qu\u00e8 hem d\u2019ensenyar? Mentre que avuila pregunta \u00e9s: com ho hem d\u2019ensenyar. El m\u00e8tode a seguir \u00e9s \u201cla pedagogia de l\u2019aprenentatge responsable\u201d, en qu\u00e8 la responsabilitat de l\u2019aprenentatge recau tant en el mestre com en l\u2019estudiant.<\/p>\n<p>I si anem m\u00e9s enll\u00e0, l\u2019important no \u00e9s com s\u2019ensenya, sin\u00f3 com s\u2019apr\u00e8n, \u00e9s a dir, es tracta de convertir les t\u00e8cniques d\u2019ensenyament en eines d\u2019aprenentatge. Per fer aquesta escola d\u2019avui el perfil del mestre ha de complir unes caracter\u00edstiques, segons estableix Salavert. En primer lloc ha de con\u00e8ixer cada alumne, per saber com fer-lo avan\u00e7ar. I aix\u00f2 que sembla obvi, no sempre es fa. En segon lloc, ha de tenir un bon domini de la mat\u00e8ria.\u00a0 \u00c9s important, en tercer lloc, que utilitzi l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 com a eina formativa, amb l\u2019objectiu de guiar el progr\u00e9s de l&#8217;estudiant. Com a quart requisit, ha de tenir uns h\u00e0bits de reflexi\u00f3 sobre la practica. I en darrer lloc, ha de ser actiu i participar en comunitats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Un docent, mai pot treballar sol. La feina en equip \u00e9s la que d\u00f3na forma a tot el treball de l\u2019aula, al treball del centre. Compartir amb els companys i formar un equip de treball per crear projectes comuns \u00e9s important per donar coher\u00e8ncia a la feina que es fa l\u2019escola, organitzada des del punt de vista dels que aprenen.
