Dep\u00e8n de cap a on el vulguem transformar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>La formaci\u00f3 inicial<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Es vol continuar insistint en un paradigma tecnocr\u00e0tic, burocr\u00e0tic, on el pes cau en els resultats finals? O es vol anar cap a un model cr\u00edtic, reflexiu, transformador?<\/p>\n<p>Revisem els programes d\u2019estudi de les carreres de magisteri o dels cursos de formaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica per als llicenciats.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>La formaci\u00f3 en i des de la pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les escoles infantils fa m\u00e9s de cinquanta anys que duen a terme un esfor\u00e7 de reflexi\u00f3 sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives: de reflexi\u00f3, d\u2019an\u00e0lisi, d\u2019estudi, d\u2019argumentaci\u00f3, de discussi\u00f3 i de posada en pr\u00e0ctica. I que despr\u00e9s d\u2019analitzar si aix\u00ed es millora l\u2019atenci\u00f3 als infants qualifiquen la proposta.<\/p>\n<p>Milers d\u2019articles, pon\u00e8ncies, formacions, seminaris, escoles d\u2019estiu, confer\u00e8ncies, xarxes, grups de treball ho confirmen.<\/p>\n<p>Revisem la bibliografia.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Treball en equip<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El treball en equip \u00e9s l\u2019altra variable clau per poder parlar de democr\u00e0cia, projectes educatius coherents, participaci\u00f3, respecte&#8230; Com es poden abordar propostes de canvi a partir de la reflexi\u00f3 i l\u2019argumentaci\u00f3 conjunta si els espais i els temps per fer-ho s\u00f3n m\u00ednims?<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat aquests inconvenients, hi ha equips de l\u2019etapa 0-6 i molt\u00edssims del 0-3 que s\u2019impliquen amb el comprom\u00eds de l\u2019oferta p\u00fablica, amb els infants, amb les fam\u00edlies i amb la comunitat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic amb una tasca. \u00c9s la defensa dels drets dels infants. \u00c9s el valor de l\u2019ensenyament p\u00fablic com a motor de canvi. \u00c9s el valor de promocionar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a la cultura dels ciutadans que conformen la seva comunitat educativa. N\u2019hi ha milers d\u2019exemples: a les ciutats, als pobles petits&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>No s\u2019hi val a confondre els grans canvis amb la timidesa d\u2019algunes renovacions<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes de les variables (ja no parlem de les que s\u00f3n absoluta responsabilitat de les administracions) que podrien garantir i promoure canvis realment innovadors. I les escoles bressol p\u00fabliques, majorit\u00e0riament, han fet aquests canvis i continuen intentant fer-ne.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u2019hi val, a no mirar aquesta hist\u00f2ria acumulada i confondre els grans canvis amb la timidesa d\u2019algunes renovacions.
