{"id":3230,"date":"2017-02-26T05:00:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-26T04:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/rosasensat\/2017\/02\/26\/biblioteca-escolar-qualitat-beq-servei-lexit-educatiu\/"},"modified":"2024-10-27T21:40:17","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T20:40:17","slug":"biblioteca-escolar-qualitat-beq-servei-lexit-educatiu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/2017\/02\/26\/biblioteca-escolar-qualitat-beq-servei-lexit-educatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"La biblioteca escolar de qualitat al servei de l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_1139\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1139\" style=\"width: 2592px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/02\/escola-Sant-Josep-El-Pi-d.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1139 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/02\/escola-Sant-Josep-El-Pi-d.jpg\" width=\"2592\" height=\"1944\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1139\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Escola Sant Josep &#8211; El Pi de l&#8217;Hospitalet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Des de fa uns mesos estem immersos en una mena de tornado pedag\u00f2gic molt emocionant que, amb m\u00e9s o menys encert, permet que es parli de noves maneres d\u2019ensenyar i es plantegi com aprenen els infants, com experimenten, com es fan preguntes, com relacionen conceptes matem\u00e0tics, com col\u00b7laboren entre ells, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest debat trobo a faltar la pres\u00e8ncia de la biblioteca escolar. \u00c9s conegut que, en general, a les escoles no hi ha hores per a les tasques de catalogaci\u00f3, esporga, pr\u00e9stec, compra de documents, recomanacions, programaci\u00f3 i altres necessitats que requereixen una aportaci\u00f3 de temps (i s\u2019ent\u00e9n que aquest &#8220;no hi ha temps&#8221; no es pot traduir com &#8220;no ens interessa&#8221;) i d\u2019energia.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes aportacions de mestres implicats en experi\u00e8ncies innovadores m\u2019agraden per originals, d\u2019altres fa anys que s\u2019implementen, i m\u2019adono que l\u2019argumentari es podria relacionar amb el que s\u2019ha anat promovent des de les biblioteques escolars, sovint per part de mestres entusiastes capaces d\u2019encomanar la seva passi\u00f3 i el seu convenciment en les bondats de la biblioteca escolar.<\/p>\n<p>El concepte de &#8220;biblioteca escolar&#8221; sempre ha estat present, i ha tingut moments d\u2019euf\u00f2ria: a la Rep\u00fablica, als anys vuitanta, i, m\u00e9s recentment, el 2005 amb el \u00abPuntedu\u00bb, que durant tres cursos va dotar de mitja jornada les escoles (tres cursos, ah!, queden lluny del que recomana Howard Gardner quan diu que per avaluar un projecte cal que passi una d\u00e8cada com a m\u00ednim). Ara estem en un moment d\u2019&#8221;anar fent&#8221;, i es percep un cert cansament i declivi. El debat \u00e9s atiat nom\u00e9s per algunes veus, com les del grup Bibliom\u00e8dia, format per mestres i professors capa\u00e7os d\u2019encomanar il\u00b7lusi\u00f3; nom\u00e9s cal veure la fant\u00e0stica <a href=\"http:\/\/grupbibliomedia.blogspot.com.es\/2017\/02\/jornada-de-bibliomedia.html\"><strong>jornada<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0que han preparat per a l\u201911 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Un aprenentatge no \u00e9s significatiu ni \u00fatil si no tracta temes que preocupin<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sento comentaris sobre educar en el valor de la <strong>col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/strong> i penso que justament aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que s\u2019aconsegueix llegint hist\u00f2ries antigues com \u00abEls m\u00fasics de Bremen\u00bb i tamb\u00e9 amb \u00e0lbums il\u00b7lustrats com <em>De qu\u00e8 fa gust la lluna?<\/em>, que a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s ens recorda Plat\u00f3, ens endinsa en la cosmogonia hind\u00fa i ens mostra una manera d\u2019actuar allunyada de la competitivitat.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es parla d\u2019<strong>emocions<\/strong>, i en aquest punt els contes que tracten sobre la por, l\u2019enveja, l\u2019amistat, etc\u00e8tera, s\u00f3n una bona eina per mostrar les pautes de conducta que ens fan reflexionar sobre els nostres propis comportaments. <em>El monstre de colors<\/em> o <em>Endevina com t\u2019estimo<\/em> ofereixen tantes possibilitats de conversa, obren tants camins, que les mestres de cicle infantil se\u2019ls han fet seus i han esdevingut un magn\u00edfic cabdal de recursos per afrontar les situacions que es produeixen a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1140\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1140\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/02\/escola-Sant-Josep-.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1140 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/02\/escola-Sant-Josep--300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1140\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Escola Sant Josep &#8211; El Pi de l&#8217;Hospitalet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Que l\u2019aprenentatge ha d\u2019estar <strong>connectat al m\u00f3n real<\/strong> \u00e9s un altre dels missatges que es llencen. S\u2019ent\u00e9n que un aprenentatge no \u00e9s significatiu ni \u00fatil si no tracta temes que preocupin. Si es vol explicar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la crisi humanit\u00e0ria que pateixen els refugiats, la lectura d\u2019<em>Amic meu<\/em> o <em>Emigrantes<\/em> aportar\u00e0 una mica de llum; si el que ens amo\u00efna s\u00f3n els brots racistes, llavors <em>El autob\u00fas de Rosa<\/em> \u00e9s lectura imprescindible; si volem saber de sexualitat, <em>S\u00f3c la Jazz<\/em> ens ofereix una visi\u00f3 diferent, etc.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>De la mateixa manera, podem anar relacionant els conceptes que es discuteixen amb accions experimentades amb \u00e8xit en escoles on la <strong>biblioteca escolar de qualitat<\/strong> \u00e9s valorada i potenciada per l\u2019equip de mestres i rep el suport dels familiars. En aquestes biblioteques escolars es fan lectures motivadores, lectures que estiren la corda exigint un esfor\u00e7 de comprensi\u00f3, lectures que es relacionen amb altres lectures, en definitiva, lectures per a la vida, per a l\u2019ara i tamb\u00e9 per al dem\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si la biblioteca est\u00e0 viva, esdev\u00e9 un laboratori de primera magnitud<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si la biblioteca est\u00e0 viva, esdev\u00e9 un laboratori de primera magnitud \u2014tal com assenyalen tots els estudis des de fa quaranta anys; vegeu el <a href=\"http:\/\/scottishlibraries.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/SLIC_RGU_Impact_of_School_Libraries_2013.pdf\">darrer<\/a>, que es va publicar a Esc\u00f2cia el 2013\u2014<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>en qu\u00e8 la lectura i l\u2019escriptura, la narraci\u00f3 oral, la conversa i la recerca d\u2019informaci\u00f3 afavoreixen tots i cadascun dels punts que s\u2019assenyalen com a necessaris per a uns infants que ning\u00fa no sap en quin m\u00f3n viuran.<\/p>\n<p>La biblioteca escolar \u00e9s facilitadora de les eines que permeten que els nois i noies se\u2019n surtin, que autoregulin les seves necessitats, que tinguin maneres de trobar informacions i que la seva \u00abexperi\u00e8ncia adaptativa\u00bb, en paraules de Jennifer Groff, sigui reeixida.<\/p>\n<p>M\u2019agradaria que des de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 educativa es don\u00e9s un impuls real a les biblioteques escolars. No \u00e9s dif\u00edcil; nom\u00e9s cal que hi hagi una dotaci\u00f3 de personal amb un nivell adequat, finan\u00e7ament econ\u00f2mic, revisar l\u2019horari escolar per flexibilitzar-ne l\u2019acc\u00e9s, dissenyar un programa de gesti\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 dels resultats i poca cosa m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Els mestres que no han tingut l\u2019oportunitat de disposar d\u2019una bona biblioteca a l\u2019escola potser no entenen que aquest equipament \u2014si est\u00e0 ben at\u00e8s i disposa de bons materials i horaris adequats\u2014 es correlaciona amb l\u2019augment del rendiment acad\u00e8mic.
