He trobat que explica les idees i els temes amb un llenguatge encara v\u00e0lid avui dia. I les reflexions que es fa s\u00f3n plenament actuals pel meu parer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Qui se\u2019n recorda avui de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de classe?<\/b> Se\u2019n parlava i es discutia a l\u2019inici de la transici\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica (ja tinc uns quants anys). Avui es parla d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 i de canvis que potser s\u00f3n un xic superficials, no van a l\u2019arrel. M\u2019agradaria llegir o escoltar als que impulsen xarxes innovadores una orientaci\u00f3 semblant a la de l\u2019autor de la carta. Ens est\u00e0 passant com a la hist\u00f2ria del pr\u00edncep de Salina, que va donar suport a Garibaldi per mantenir els seus privilegis? <b>Que tot canvi\u00ef perqu\u00e8 tot segueixi igual<\/b>. La <i>Carta<\/i> en fa refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Podem intentar ajudar a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i adolescents perqu\u00e8 impulsin un m\u00f3n diferent i millor o b\u00e9 per animar-los a adaptar-se amb possibilitats d\u2019\u00e8xit al m\u00f3n i a la societat actuals. Per aconseguir un canvi de deb\u00f2 haur\u00edem de plantar cara al sistema econ\u00f2mic neoliberal que ens domina i que est\u00e0 impregnant l\u2019ensenyament de mercantilisme i de molt de m\u00e0rqueting.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>Els sistemes d\u2019ensenyament europeus estan pensants per mantenir la societat classista que <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/notes-proves-examens-pensats-per-mantenir-la-societat-classista-que-tenim\/\"><b>tenim<\/b><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Estan pensats per evitar la igualtat, per fer a les persones competents en els treballs que els toqui, treballs d\u2019elits per uns pocs, treballs sense qualificaci\u00f3 per a una majoria. Ser competents amb una visi\u00f3 individualista i no de cooperaci\u00f3 pot portar a la competitivitat, a lluitar per passar per damunt de les altres persones. En aquesta l\u00ednia hem de recordar que una <b>innovaci\u00f3 escolar no pot estar recolzada per responsables empresarials de recursos humans<\/b>. No pot animar l<b>\u2019emprenedoria<\/b> que afavoreix l\u2019esfor\u00e7 individual en detriment de la col\u00b7lectivitat.<\/p>\n<p>Repeticions, abandonaments, no acreditacions&#8230; s\u00f3n els mecanismes que, com denuncien des de Barbiana, es fan servir per consolidar l\u2019estratificaci\u00f3 social i dificultar enormement qualsevol intent d\u2019ascensor social. Es justifica l\u2019estat de les coses amb la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7. <b>\u00c9s possible esfor\u00e7ar-se quan les condicions de vida (fam\u00edlia, habitatge, recursos, alimentaci\u00f3&#8230; ) no s\u00f3n favorables?<\/b>\u00a0Qu\u00e8 fa el sistema d\u2019ensenyament per pal\u00b7liar o compensar les desavantatges del seu alumnat? Amb l\u2019excusa de greuges comparatius i d\u2019una igualtat que no t\u00e9 res d\u2019equitat, se\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/educar-i-avaluar-per-a-quina-societat\/\">susp\u00e8n<\/a> a nois i noies que no poden aprendre amb les mateixes condicions que els que aproven amb poc esfor\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 el seu entorn els ho permet, els ajuda. On est\u00e0 la transformaci\u00f3 que afavoreix els desafavorits? Tothom t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s als aprenentatges, es diu. Tothom? A<b>l 20% que no acredita l\u2019ESO per qu\u00e8 li passa?<\/b> \u00c9s un problema de les metodologies tradicionals o innovadores? O b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no s\u00f3n de la classe social per la qual estan pensats els curr\u00edculums? Qui els elabora, qui pensa l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i les metodologies?<\/p>\n<p><b>De quina classe social som majorit\u00e0riament els mestres i profes? <\/b>Sabem de deb\u00f2 qu\u00e8 els passa a les persones que perden la feina, l\u2019habitatge, que no tenen un futur clar? L\u2019escola els ajuda o els acaba d\u2019ensorrar?<b> Al nostre pa\u00eds una tercera part de les persones s\u00f3n pobres o b\u00e9 estan en risc de ser-ho. Una quarta part dels infants no tenen totes les necessitats b\u00e0siques cobertes. Segurament molt pocs mestres o profes pertanyem a aquests col\u00b7lectius<\/b>. Se\u2019ns fa m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil entendre les situacions que viuen dia a dia una part significativa de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>I per completar les reflexions: es diu molt que l\u2019educaci\u00f3, l\u2019ensenyament \u00e9s una responsabilitat de tota la comunitat, no nom\u00e9s de l\u2019escola; per tant<b>, la transformaci\u00f3, per ser de deb\u00f2, ha d\u2019implicar l\u2019entorn social del centre escolar. <\/b>Cal la implicaci\u00f3 de la xarxa associativa del poble o barri, cal la participaci\u00f3 activa de les persones de la comunitat. No nom\u00e9s les associacions de fam\u00edlies, que tamb\u00e9, \u00e9s clar, sin\u00f3 de les associacions que lluiten per transformar la societat, \u00a0els esplais, les associacions de ve\u00efns, plataformes de desnonats per la hipoteca, marees grogues i blaves, col\u00b7lectius d\u2019ajuda als que passen gana, que lluiten per millorar la sanitat, sindicats o altres organitzacions que lluiten perqu\u00e8 tothom tingui feina i una feina digna que permeti viure en condicions&#8230; Als anys 70 i 80 es tenia present, es volia coordinar escoles i instituts amb les associacions sindicals i pol\u00edtiques, amb els moviments socials que volien transformar&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>L\u2019escola transformadora ha d\u2019acompanyar els moviments socials que lluiten per canviar la societat.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Podem intentar ajudar a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i adolescents perqu\u00e8 impulsin un m\u00f3n diferent i millor o b\u00e9 per animar-los a adaptar-se amb possibilitats d\u2019\u00e8xit al m\u00f3n i a la societat actuals.
