Ara b\u00e9, el fet m\u00e9s important al qual tot educador haur\u00e0 de donar especial rellev\u00e0ncia ser\u00e0 l\u2019aprenentatge dels alumnes, ja que educar en temps d\u2019incertesa significa ser capa\u00e7 d\u2019adaptar els aprenentatges tenint en compte les diferents realitats socials, culturals, econ\u00f2miques, higi\u00e8niques i sanit\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Educar en temps d\u2019incertesa significa ser capa\u00e7 d\u2019adaptar els aprenentatges tenint en compte les diferents realitats socials, culturals, econ\u00f2miques, higi\u00e8niques i sanit\u00e0ries.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aix\u00ed doncs, els professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 hauran de ser capa\u00e7os d\u2019entendre que l\u2019escola no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s un espai f\u00edsic on s\u2019evoquen coneixements que generen aprenentatges per a l\u2019alumnat, i que l\u2019escola \u00e9s la vida mateixa de l\u2019hom\u00ednid (l\u2019infant est\u00e0 capacitat per establir relacions socials en tots els \u00e0mbits vitals: fam\u00edlia, amics, mestres, educadors socials, professionals del lleure, etc.). Per tant, no podem centrar-nos, des de la visi\u00f3 que \u00e9s un projecte de la modernitat il\u00b7lustrada, a catalogar l\u2019escola dins d\u2019un edifici amb la funci\u00f3, reductora i simplista, d\u2019oferir sabers, coneixements, experi\u00e8ncies i aprenentatges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aix\u00ed que educar en temps d\u2019incertesa no \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil, ja que sovint es converteix en un proc\u00e9s de triangulaci\u00f3 constant: aprendre per tal de desaprendre, i, per conseg\u00fcent, a trav\u00e9s del desaprenentatge tornar aprendre. Els professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 hauran de construir processos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge canviants, movibles i, per sobre de tot, que puguin ser executats en diferents contextos (l\u2019escola com a espai f\u00edsic, la llar entesa com a refugi de confinament social, la natura, el carrer urb\u00e0, etc.). I, en la mateixa direcci\u00f3, haurem d\u2019ensenyar a l\u2019alumnat l\u2019aprenentatge, constant i s\u00f2lid, de conviure amb la incertesa de ser educats en la mateixa incertesa dels esdeveniments socials, culturals, econ\u00f2mics i sanitaris. Educar a trav\u00e9s de la incertesa \u00e9s un dels reptes m\u00e9s importants en l\u2019actualitat, ja que si l\u2019alumnat apr\u00e8n a aprendre en la incertesa ser\u00e0 capa\u00e7 de conviure-hi amb harmonia i de crear i assolir experi\u00e8ncies educatives de qualitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>El conjunt dels docents del nostre pa\u00eds hauran d\u2019entendre l\u2019aprenentatge com un artefacte no r\u00edgid i capacitat per canviar constantment.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per tant, el conjunt dels docents del nostre pa\u00eds hauran d\u2019entendre l\u2019aprenentatge com un artefacte no r\u00edgid i capacitat per canviar constantment, ja que els esdeveniments actuals ens faran modificar, de manera estrepitosa i incessant, les nostres propostes d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge generadores de coneixements. Hem d\u2019entendre l\u2019aprenentatge com \u00abun proc\u00e9s d\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de coneixements, habilitats, trets o pautes culturals com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019estudi, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia o l\u2019ensenyament\u00bb (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diccionari d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, 2011:39). I, sense cap mena de dubte, el mestre o professor del segle <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">xxi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ha d\u2019estar capacitat per entendre l\u2019aprenentatge en qualsevol \u00e0mbit vital del subjecte, ja que reduir-lo nom\u00e9s a l\u2019estament escolar seria un gran error pedag\u00f2gic i educatiu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aix\u00ed doncs, el professional de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de ser coneixedor de tota la multiplicitat de variants que permeten l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges dins d\u2019un \u00e0mbit educatiu: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge assistit per ordinador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (el subjecte \u2014infant, adolescent, jove i adult\u2014 haur\u00e0 de con\u00e8ixer i, a la vegada, aprendre a fer servir l\u2019aparell inform\u00e0tic de manera s\u00f2lida i \u00e0gil sabent utilitzar els recursos digitals i discernint les informacions de les xarxes cibern\u00e8tiques).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge associatiu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(el professional de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del seu enginy i creativitat, haur\u00e0 de crear interrogants rics per tal que els subjectes generin respostes fruct\u00edferes als est\u00edmuls interrogatius creats pel docent).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge basat en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(des d\u2019una mirada deweiana, el docent haur\u00e0 de crear processos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge a partir d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies significatives on el subjecte sigui capa\u00e7 d\u2019aprendre coneixements a partir de la seva pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge basat en problemes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (l\u2019alumnat apr\u00e8n en societat a partir de la formulaci\u00f3 d\u2019un problema, generat pel docent mateix, que ha de ser resolt de manera experiencial).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge basat en projectes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (el professional del sector educatiu haur\u00e0 d\u2019apostar per la creaci\u00f3 de propostes educatives que recullin la interdisciplinarietat de les \u00e0rees curriculars i incorporin coneixements de gran rellev\u00e0ncia).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge compartit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (compartir coneixements i experi\u00e8ncies significa crear coneixements conjunts, i per tant el compartiment d\u2019aprenentatges configura, des de l\u2019\u00e0mbit pedag\u00f2gic, la troballa del constructivisme social).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge cooperatiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (el docent ha d\u2019incentivar el fet de treballar de forma cooperacional, ja que el subjecte de l\u2019\u00e8poca actual haur\u00e0 d\u2019estar preparat per treballar de manera grupal tot sabent compartir i generar coneixement).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge electr\u00f2nic <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(ensenyar l\u2019\u00fas adequat de les xarxes socials i la mutiplicitat d\u2019aplicacions inform\u00e0tiques \u00e9s un dels reptes m\u00e9s importants en l\u2019actualitat del m\u00f3n educatiu).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge m\u00f2bil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (\u00e9s de gran rellev\u00e0ncia, al m\u00f3n educatiu, no prohibir els tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils dins dels recintes educatius, ja que, com a docents, hem de potenciar el m\u00f2bil amb una finalitat educativa. Per tant, \u00e9s important no censurar, sin\u00f3 que hem d\u2019intentar apostar per la utilitzaci\u00f3 del m\u00f2bil a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una mirada immersa en l\u2019aprenentatge constant i actiu).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge permanent i transversal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (s\u2019ha d\u2019ensenyar als subjectes que continua havent-hi aprenentatges al llarg de la vida i de manera transversal dins del cicle vital del conjunt de les masses socials). I, finalment:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>L\u2019aprenentatge significatiu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(el professional educatiu ha d\u2019ensenyar a relacionar els coneixements nous amb els coneixements anteriors; aix\u00ed l\u2019alumnat ser\u00e0 conscient de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 conceptual de les seves pr\u00f2pies experi\u00e8ncies).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En definitiva, educar per a l\u2019aprenentatge en temps d\u2019incertesa no \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil per al conjunt de docents del nostre pa\u00eds.
