Continguts? Pensament cr\u00edtic!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un tema important, per\u00f2 que no genera gaire debat, ni se li dedica prou atenci\u00f3. L\u2019autora explica que l\u2019alumnat negre, sobretot el femen\u00ed, no es va poder sentir en pla d\u2019igualtat amb els blancs fins que hi va haver un <\/span><b>nombre significatiu de professores i professors no blancs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A casa nostra podr\u00edem pensar amb l\u2019alumnat gitano i l\u2019estranger. Quan podran trobar a les aules un nombre significatiu de mestres, professores, catedr\u00e0tiques que formin part dels grups de poblaci\u00f3 minoritaris?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Professorat no blanc ajudaria a disminuir les segregacions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a augmentar les relacions en pla d\u2019igualtat i faria palpable a tota la comunitat escolar la pres\u00e8ncia de les difer\u00e8ncies, que no han d\u2019esdevenir desigualtats com est\u00e0 passant avui dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un altre tema m\u00e9s punyent: el <\/span><b>fals dilema entre curr\u00edculum competencial versus continguts des de 2015.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> M\u2019hi estendr\u00e9 un xic m\u00e9s. He dit un fals dilema perqu\u00e8 cap coneixement (contingut) est\u00e0 ben assimilat si no es pot aplicar. I hom no pot ser competent en res que no conegui b\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per situar el context en el qual es donen les discussions caldria remarcar,<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> primer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que nom\u00e9s <\/span><b>una minoria de centres escolars est\u00e0 ensenyant per compet\u00e8ncies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Una cosa \u00e9s escriure la programaci\u00f3 competencial que demana el departament i una altra dur-la a la pr\u00e0ctica. Escriure-la no \u00e9s massa dif\u00edcil i el document es guardar\u00e0 en algun calaix de la inspecci\u00f3. La gran majoria de mestres i profes continua ensenyant com fa anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Segon<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>no hi ha dades serioses per avaluar l\u2019\u00e8xit o frac\u00e0s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de les diferents metodologies que es duen a terme en els centres escolars de Catalunya. Tampoc hi ha cap comparativa seriosa des de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la LOGSE (1996). Les generacions que han estat escolaritzades fins als setze anys, quan s\u2019ha superat l\u2019\u00e8poca en la qual els estudis superiors estaven destinats nom\u00e9s a una minoria, estan m\u00e9s preparades que les anteriors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tercer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>l\u2019\u00e8xit escolar no \u00e9s assimilable a \u00e8xit per la vida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Tothom que porti anys ensenyant en t\u00e9 prou exemples amb els seus antics alumnes. L\u2019anomenat \u00e8xit escolar va augmentant en la mateixa proporci\u00f3 que augmenten els nivells de coneixements de la societat. L\u2019exemple de Finl\u00e0ndia, que estava de moda, es basa m\u00e9s en els nivells de formaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies que en les metodologies escolars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quart<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, els pocs centres que estan duent a terme un ensenyament basat en projectes, per treball globalitzat, treball cooperatiu, aprenentatge servei&#8230; (o amb altres noms) aconsegueixen a les proves PISA o de compet\u00e8ncies que fa el departament a sis\u00e8 i quart d\u2019ESO <\/span><b>resultats similars o superiors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> als dels centres que treballen de manera m\u00e9s tradicional. Fins i tot algun centre que treballa amb aquestes metodologies al batxillerat assoleix a les PAUS resultats tan bons com la resta d\u2019instituts. Caldria afegir que en centres que he trepitjat i entrar a aules i passadissos, l\u2019ambient que s\u2019hi respira \u00e9s relaxat; les relacions entre professorat i alumnat s\u00f3n bones, la conflictivitat \u00e9s menor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cinqu\u00e8<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, no m\u2019agraden gens les <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/2016\/12\/07\/ha-arribat-el-circ-pisa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">proves PISA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> o del Departament: <\/span><b>q\u00fcestionaris iguals a tot l\u2019alumnat no ajuden a valorar els processos <\/b>q<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ue fa cadascun o cadascuna dels nois o noies. A m\u00e9s, aquesta mena de proves no avaluen l\u2019assoliment de capacitats com s\u00f3n treballar en equip, relacionar-se b\u00e9, ser solidari i no competitiu, ser capa\u00e7 de resoldre els inevitables conflictes que es donen arreu, saber parlar en p\u00fablic&#8230; aspectes b\u00e0sics per tenir \u00e8xit en la vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sis\u00e8<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, el professorat, com la majoria de persones, <\/span><b>tenim tend\u00e8ncia a repetir all\u00f2 que coneixem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que hem experimentat. La majoria hem estat escolaritzats amb uns m\u00e8todes determinats i tenim tend\u00e8ncia a repetir-los. A les fam\u00edlies tamb\u00e9 els agrada m\u00e9s all\u00f2 que coneixen de la seva experi\u00e8ncia escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ab<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Unir el coneixement adquirit a partir dels fets i les dades b\u00e0siques amb les aptituds socials \u00e9s un enfocament pragm\u00e0tic de l\u2019aprenentatge. Si utilitzem d\u2019una manera efica\u00e7 el coneixement dins i fora de l\u2019aula, desenvolupem una relaci\u00f3 org\u00e0nica amb el pensament cr\u00edtic i aprofitem els recursos que el pensament cr\u00edtic aporta a tots els \u00e0mbits de la\u00a0 nostra vida.<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">b<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ell hooks<\/span><\/i><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Es tracten els problemes reals a les aules?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Fa la impressi\u00f3 que s\u2019ha parlat poc de la guerra a Ucra\u00efna. \u00c9s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/profe-qui-son-els-dolents\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">b\u00e0sic parlar-ne<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, de la guerra i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosasensat.org\/profe-que-ha-passa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">d\u2019altres fets<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que afecten directament o indirecta l\u2019alumnat, canvi clim\u00e0tic, mem\u00f2ria hist\u00f2rica, desnonaments, crisi econ\u00f2mica, classes socials, \u00e8tnies, sexe&#8230; <\/span><b>Fer-ho \u00e9s competencial o de continguts?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Qu\u00e8 en diuen els curr\u00edculums? Fer-ho <\/span><b>\u00e9s promoure el pensament cr\u00edtic de l\u2019alumnat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. I dona eines per fer front a les ideologies esot\u00e8riques, al terraplanisme, a les creences conspiranoiques, a posar en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 les informacions que rebem&#8230; i ho fem tot posant a prova el nostre propi pensament perqu\u00e8, com a tothom, als docents ens influeix la nostra identitat, la nostra ideologia, les nostres actituds davant la vida, la nostra classe social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La conclusi\u00f3 que en trec \u00e9s que <\/span><b>les metodologies no s\u00f3n determinants per als aprenentatges.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> El fals dilema que he assenyalat al comen\u00e7ament pot emmascarar problemes m\u00e9s greus: segregacions, manca de recursos&#8230;<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cal ser conscients que \u00e9s determinant <\/span><b>la classe social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de l\u2019alumnat, que no \u00e9s senzill compensar-la. S\u00f3n determinants <\/span><b>els recursos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que es tenen. \u00c9s important augmentar el <\/span><b>nombre de professorat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, \u00e9s important reivindicar la <\/span><b>baixada de r\u00e0tios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> per tenir menys alumnat al grup classe o per fer codoc\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s necessari aconseguir menys horari lectiu per poder <\/span><b>augmentar les hores de coordinaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> del claustre i dels equips docents, i la dedicaci\u00f3 <\/span><b>a tasques tutorials o d\u2019orientaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a l\u2019alumnat. Cal anar eliminant els privilegis de les concertades. \u00c9s determinant invertir les pol\u00edtiques actuals que augmenten l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 i les segregacions escolars, fins i tot dins dels centres. Tot el sistema d\u2019ensenyament n\u2019est\u00e0 afectat, prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria, infantil, adults&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cal <\/span>canviar l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre i de les aules. I<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ntentar que l\u2019alumnat estableixi un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vincle personal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> amb el centre escolar, amb el seu professorat, aix\u00ed se sentir\u00e0 incl\u00f2s i el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge millorar\u00e0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Haur\u00edem de donar a l\u2019escola <\/span><b>la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 i alhora recordar que els aprenentatges m\u00e9s importants per a la vida els aprenem fora de l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. L\u2019ensenyament \u00e9s una part petita de l\u2019educaci\u00f3. Aprenem i ens eduquem al llarg de tota la vida i en tots els \u00e0mbits. Aprenem interactuant amb l\u2019entorn a tots els\u00a0 nivells. Si cada persona \u00e9s diferent, caldr\u00e0 tenir-ho en compte, caldr\u00e0 <\/span><b>personalitzar els aprenentatges<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> si volem assolir un m\u00ednim d\u2019\u00e8xit. Cal transformar l\u2019ensenyament per ajudar l\u2019alumnat a qu\u00e8 transformi i millori la societat que li ha tocat viure. No n\u2019hi ha prou en canviar les metodologies, <\/span><b>cal canviar tamb\u00e9 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre i de les aules. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cal intentar que l\u2019alumnat estableixi un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/hem-de-mantenir-els-vincles-aspectes-emocionals-en-temps-dincertesa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vincle personal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> amb el centre escolar, amb el seu professorat, aix\u00ed se sentir\u00e0 incl\u00f2s i el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge millorar\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I l\u2019administraci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 deures pendents: per a qu\u00e8 serveix la inspecci\u00f3? Ajuda a mestres i professorat a no sentir-se sols davant totes les situacions que han\u00a0 d\u2019afrontar al llarg dels dies i dels cursos?
