Una allau de cr\u00edtiques als docents posant en dubte la seva professionalitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els resultats de les proves PISA s\u00f3n una cirereta que augmenta l&#8217;atac vora\u00e7 i punyent a l\u2019escola, als instituts i, de retruc, als docents, sobretot d&#8217;alguns mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, ansiosos de titulars catastrofistes i culpabilitzadors.<strong> Les proves externes haurien de ser eines d&#8217;ajuda, unes dades m\u00e9s de totes les que es recullen per analitzar l\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/span><strong>. Cal saber-les posar en context, desgranar-les <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>i saber trobar solucions<\/strong> a aspectes concrets que es podrien detectar. Aquesta an\u00e0lisi \u00e9s complexa, no es pot fer sense un estudi previ dels condicionants, de l&#8217;entorn, del moment social i dels recursos de qu\u00e8 es disposa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Les proves PISA estan pensades per avaluar un nivell productiu de la societat, avaluen les compet\u00e8ncies que suposen rendibilitat pel sistema, obvia totes aquelles habilitats que suposen capacitat cr\u00edtica, treball en equip i organitzaci\u00f3 davant d&#8217;un problema.<\/strong> Joan M. Girona ho explicava en el seu article publicat el 2016 al bloc de Rosa Sensat del diari de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/2016\/12\/07\/ha-arribat-el-circ-pisa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;Ha arribat el circ PISA&#8221;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">; ell ho analitza i ens ajuda a ser prudents a l\u2019hora de fer sent\u00e8ncies que defineixen una educaci\u00f3 i la seva deriva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els resultats de<strong> les recents proves parlen d&#8217;una defici\u00e8ncia greu en comprensi\u00f3 lectora<\/strong><\/span><strong>; <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>aquesta dada ja la sab\u00edem. Estem d&#8217;acord que cal revisar-ho<\/strong>, ja hem parlat de la import\u00e0ncia de la lectura, de les biblioteques escolars, de tornar al paper i redescobrir aquest plaer per la lectura que aporta m\u00e9s ganes de llegir per submergir-se en lletres, paraules i frases a comprendre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per\u00f2 no ens equivoquem, <strong>avan\u00e7ar aquest aprenentatge a edats d&#8217;infantil fent de la lectura un m\u00e8tode que no respecta maduraci\u00f3, sense sentit, sense una descoberta d&#8217;un entorn lector pausat i ben acompanyat, pot provocar problemes de base greus<\/strong> i automatitzar una lectura que podria sorgir ben consolidada si la base es fa amb la calma que l&#8217;edat i la maduraci\u00f3 demana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Que les alarmes no ens facin prendre decisions equivocades, escoltem els experts, els ling\u00fcistes que coneixen els processos maduratius dels infants <\/strong>i establim quines activitats, sempre contextualitzades, poden millorar el proc\u00e9s lector. Tot el que fem, que sigui aportant sentit, que les criatures comprenguin qu\u00e8 fan, ho facin seu i ho consolidin per passar a una nova fase d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tamb\u00e9 es reben forces cr\u00edtiques atribuint aquesta manera de fer com a protectora i poc estimulant per un aprenentatge profund. Els mestres sabem que dotar de sentit els aprenentatges tamb\u00e9 requereix rigor i m\u00e8tode, cal planificar activitats que abans han estat parlades amb l&#8217;equip de mestres. Preveure<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">uns objectius el m\u00e0xim d&#8217;individualitzats tamb\u00e9 suposa exigir uns esfor\u00e7os quan sabem que madurativament tot est\u00e0 a punt. Ho decidim nosaltres \u2013no les persones tertulianes\u2013, els i les mestres que som a l&#8217;aula i sabem qu\u00e8 fem i perqu\u00e8 ho fem en cada moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Ens preocupa molt com els resultats d&#8217;aquestes proves tamb\u00e9 aixequen alarma social q\u00fcestionant el m\u00e8tode de &#8220;treball per projectes&#8221;.<\/strong> Es tracta d&#8217;una metodologia que cal explicar b\u00e9. S&#8217;aprenen continguts pactats i s&#8217;utilitzen llibres de coneixement per consultar i recollir dades i conceptes, els aprenents no s&#8217;abandonen o no s&#8217;haurien d&#8217;abandonar a una recerca poc rigorosa i no contrastada amb els docents. El paper del mestre \u00e9s clau, guia i crea en tot moment contextos per seguir els aprenentatges escollits i tamb\u00e9 dirigits si \u00e9s necessari. Una metodologia gens f\u00e0cil d&#8217;articular a l&#8217;aula, per\u00f2 interessant i molt prop\u00edcia per aprendre a cercar informaci\u00f3, triar-la i comprendre all\u00f2 que cal fer en cada pas de la recerca, un m\u00e8tode que prepara per a la vida. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atribuir el frac\u00e0s de les proves PISA a aquesta metodologia \u00e9s gratu\u00eft i gens professional, no existeixen prou elements per constatar que aix\u00f2 sigui aix\u00ed. <strong>Un aspecte real que no hem d&#8217;oblidar \u00e9s que aquestes proves es van passar al 2022, al grup d&#8217;edat que durant la pand\u00e8mia tenia 13 anys.<\/strong> No obviem aquesta dada, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s rellevant. Joves que han passat part de la seva adolesc\u00e8ncia arrossegant moltes defici\u00e8ncies que es van fer evidents en el moment viscut durant el 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una altra dada que sabem i considerem important\u00edssima, estretament lligada als resultats PISA \u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccma.cat\/324\/espanya-es-el-pais-de-la-ue-amb-la-taxa-de-pobresa-infantil-mes-alta-segons-unicef\/noticia\/3265048\/\">l&#8217;alta taxa de pobresa infantil<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> que registra l&#8217;Estat espanyol.<\/strong> Criatures amb unes necessitats b\u00e0siques no cobertes, fam\u00edlies amb situaci\u00f3 molt prec\u00e0ria que no poden atendre les demandes d&#8217;una escola exigent en continguts. Poden sentir-se ateses i rebent petites ajudes per resoldre situacions de vida que van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;aprendre matem\u00e0tiques o lleng\u00fces, per\u00f2 poc eficaces en termes m\u00e9s acad\u00e8mics. No deixem de banda aquest fet i no l&#8217;analitzem de forma a\u00efllada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Davant d&#8217;aquest malestar provocat per diverses interpretacions, des de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Mestres Rosa Sensat volem mantenir oberts els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 amb el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 per fer-ne una an\u00e0lisi. \u00c9s cert que <strong>la millora de recursos \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria, ho reivindiquem, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 apuntem a una necessitat d&#8217;optimitzar els que ja tenim.<\/strong> Necessitem m\u00e9s treball en equip, m\u00e9s formaci\u00f3 de qualitat per comprendre aquestes metodologies que no coneixem en profunditat, i que fa que alguns les interpretin com a poc eficaces i gens generadores de coneixement. Formacions en centre, que suposin reflexi\u00f3 i consens per alinear conceptes i mirades cap als projectes educatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Centrem-nos en el que ens ocupa, no ens perdem en debats poc fonamentats que es regeixen per sensacions i no per evid\u00e8ncies clares.<strong> Lluitem per aconseguir els recursos que ens ajudin a un tractament de la diversitat complexa que tenim dia a dia dins les aules, per\u00f2 siguem capa\u00e7os d&#8217;organitzar de forma efica\u00e7 el que ja tenim: EAP, CRP, assessors, mentors.<\/strong> Trobem la funci\u00f3 i el lloc prec\u00eds que ocupen dins les escoles i reforcem als equips directius que sostenen un sistema complex amb moltes responsabilitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pensem en recerca educativa, omplim de dades reals tot all\u00f2 que fem per generar una base d&#8217;evid\u00e8ncies clares que ens allunyin d&#8217;un debat de safareig i fem de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 un espai rigor\u00f3s i fort davant de PISES i avaluacions de qualsevol mena<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No ens polaritzem en metodologies bones i dolentes, tenim unes lleis educatives que ofereixen un tractament especial a l\u2019aprenentatge per compet\u00e8ncies. Analitzem el curr\u00edculum, interpretem-lo segons la realitat de cada centre, fem-ho amb el consens del claustre, expliquem a les fam\u00edlies tot all\u00f2 que canviem, argumentant cada decisi\u00f3, teixim confian\u00e7a. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Busquem bones formacions, no nom\u00e9s aquelles que ens proporcionen una vida m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil perqu\u00e8 ens ho resolen tot sense massa pensament i sense preguntes inc\u00f2modes. <strong>Siguem exemples d&#8217;una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat que no permet fissures on proves externes troben lloc per fer esquerdes que desestabilitzen els fonaments d\u2019una educaci\u00f3 que \u00e9s deure i dret que sigui de qualitat.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorpr\u00e8n escoltar afirmacions contundents de tot all\u00f2 que s&#8217;hauria de millorar quant a metodologies, organitzacions i maneres de fer dins les escoles i instituts.
