Com hem arribat fins aqu\u00ed?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">Llops vegetarians que ja no mengen porquets perqu\u00e8 s\u2019han fet amics, bruixes disfressades de fades dolces i complaents, cavallers bonhomiosos i comprensius que en lloc de matar dracs els expliquen que menjar princeses est\u00e0 malament\u2026 Si b\u00e9 no \u00e9s nova la preocupaci\u00f3 adulta per la relaci\u00f3 entre la literatura infantil i juvenil (LIJ) i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de les noves generacions,<strong> darrerament s\u2019observa la tend\u00e8ncia creixent a la correcci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica i la instrumentalitzaci\u00f3 dels llibres adre\u00e7ats a aquestes edats<\/strong>, <strong>un moviment a l\u2019al\u00e7a que s\u2019emmarca en el proc\u00e9s global de cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 cultural del nostre temps.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">La retirada d\u2019obres tradicionals d\u2019algunes biblioteques escolars de les nostres contrades, les nombroses depuracions de la llegenda de Sant Jordi \u00abdisbarats ben intencionats\u00bb (Duran, 2023), llegada de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3, o la reedici\u00f3 de cl\u00e0ssics com els llibres de Roald Dahl s\u00f3n algunes de les diverses accions empreses amb la intenci\u00f3 de <em>salvaguardar <\/em>la inf\u00e0ncia dels models que la literatura infantil i juvenil ofereix a les criatures.<strong> S\u00f3n decisions q\u00fcestionables \u2012i q\u00fcestionades (IBBYCAT, 2023)\u2012 que solen abordar amb m\u00e9s precipitaci\u00f3 que an\u00e0lisi la complexa relaci\u00f3 entre LIJ i pol\u00edtica<\/strong>, sotjada tant per \u00abl\u2019ombra de l\u2019adoctrinament\u00bb (Mart\u00ednez, 2023) com caracteritzada, sovint, per la voluntat d\u2019atendre temes com els rols de g\u00e8nere, la lluita contra el canvi clim\u00e0tic, la pobresa o la immigraci\u00f3 per afavorir la desitjada educaci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica d\u2019infants i joves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019actitud descrita arrela en una visi\u00f3 utilitarista de la literatura concebuda com a eina did\u00e0ctica m\u00e9s que no pas com a espai de fantasia i gaudi est\u00e8tic que recorre a la censura ideol\u00f2gica i a l\u2019autocorrecci\u00f3 per acabar empobrint l\u2019oferta editorial<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">Amb tot, <strong>aquesta problem\u00e0tica denota la infravaloraci\u00f3 de la LIJ com a demarcaci\u00f3 liter\u00e0ria i condescend\u00e8ncia envers les capacitats dels lectors a qu\u00e8 es dirigeix per explorar lectures que provoquen m\u00e9s preguntes que respostes.<\/strong> L\u2019actitud descrita arrela en una visi\u00f3 utilitarista de la literatura concebuda com a eina did\u00e0ctica m\u00e9s que no pas com a espai de fantasia i gaudi est\u00e8tic que recorre a la censura ideol\u00f2gica i a l\u2019autocorrecci\u00f3 per acabar empobrint l\u2019oferta editorial. En un context en qu\u00e8 infants d\u2019avui desconeixen el conte del Patufet o can\u00e7ons de la nostra tradici\u00f3, <strong>aquesta preocupaci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 adulta sol materialitzar-se en tres tipus d\u2019actuacions:<\/strong> la supressi\u00f3 de contes tradicionals perqu\u00e8 les criatures no els tinguin a l\u2019abast; la personalitzaci\u00f3 de textos sota un sed\u00e0s particular perqu\u00e8 no siguin ofensius; i tamb\u00e9, l\u2019acompanyament en la seva lectura o narraci\u00f3 amb advert\u00e8ncies per obrir els ulls als nens i nenes sobre fets i conductes que responen a unes coordenades espaciotemporals concretes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading justificado\" id=\"justificado\"><strong>Les grapes de l\u2019intervencionisme. Hem perdut el nord?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">\u00c9s convenient preguntar-se, en atenci\u00f3 a aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques, si liquidar <em><strong>La Caputxeta Vermella<\/strong><\/em> de les nostres biblioteques ens deslliurar\u00e0 del sexisme present en la nostra societat; si el desconeixement d\u2019un extens i variat corol\u00b7lari de contes populars que ha caigut en l\u2019oblit \u2012com <em><strong>El tresor de la muntanya blava<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Els follets i el sabater<\/strong> <\/em>o <em><strong>El pr\u00edncep Danilo<\/strong><\/em>\u2012 no contribueix, precisament, a prendre injustament la part pel tot i adobar el terreny per la cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 cultural d\u2019aquest llegat (Obiols, 2024). No correm el risc de privar els nens i nenes d\u2019una immillorable porta d\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019imaginari compartit que afavoreix l\u2019aprenentatge del llenguatge i de les formes liter\u00e0ries, i contribueix a la socialitzaci\u00f3 cultural a partir de les representacions del m\u00f3n que ens brinda la bona literatura? Tres funcions associades a la LIJ que haurien de refrenar aquest impuls per suprimir, reeditar o immiscir-se en la intimitat de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia liter\u00e0ria de petits i joves vinculada a <strong>obres que actuen com a cr\u00f2nica d\u2019un temps passat que ens serveix per comprendre com era el m\u00f3n abans de ser com \u00e9s ara. <\/strong>Tampoc ens sembla encertada, la deriva que fa anys assenyalava Teresa Colomer (2011) i que perviu en l\u2019actualitat: \u00abla banalizaci\u00f3n de la literatura de tradici\u00f3n oral en innumerables versiones modernas que juegan sin prop\u00f3sito con el imaginario colectivo y que lo reformulan superficialmente sin ampliar su eco interpretativo\u00bb (p. 3). Reescriptures i adaptacions que desemboquen en l\u2019esterilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest corpus format per contes i rondalles populars, obres honestes de gran c\u00e0rrega simb\u00f2lica que fa segles que acompanyen menuts i grans en la comprensi\u00f3 de la nostra complexitat interna acostant-los els grans temes de la vida mitjan\u00e7ant representacions arquet\u00edpiques de l\u2019inconscient col\u00b7lectiu (Mart\u00ednez, 2024). I <strong>davant del dubte de qu\u00e8 cal fer amb certes hist\u00f2ries, ens decantem per la prud\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">La rondalla i els seus detalls contextuals s\u00f3n poc importants en el moment m\u00e0gic d\u2019escoltar-la. El que s\u00ed que \u00e9s absolutament rellevant \u00e9s la seva escolta simb\u00f2lica, la qual, els grans, ja no som capa\u00e7os de fer [&#8230;] Les explicacions adultes a vegades poden ser maldestres perqu\u00e8 el que estan entenent \u00e9s molt diferent del que entenen els infants. <strong>La rondalla els explica quelcom intr\u00ednsec, a vegades terrible, mostrant un ventall molt ampli de fets i de situacions que poden viure les persones [&#8230;] Alterar aquest di\u00e0leg \u00edntim de l\u2019infant amb el seu propi conflicte \u00e9s poc prudent.<\/strong> No hi ha una an\u00e0lisi social o contextual quan un infant escolta una rondalla, hi ha un proc\u00e9s \u00edntim [&#8230;] Qu\u00e8 hi veuen? Qu\u00e8 els volta pel cap cada cop que l\u2019escolten? Francament, no n\u2019hem de fer res. Tancar el llibre \u2012o la mem\u00f2ria, si \u00e9s oral\u2012 i callar, llevat que facin preguntes (Obiols, 2024, p. 177-178).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contes populars? Ara m\u00e9s que mai!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">Per tot aix\u00f2, apostem per reivindicar i difondre aquest llegat entre les noves generacions, especialment des de <strong>l\u2019escola com a espai primordial d\u2019acc\u00e9s a la cultura lletrada i de foment de l\u2019h\u00e0bit i el gaudi lector. <\/strong>Mostrar-se contrari a l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 dels originals, tanmateix, no obsta per promoure la seva actualitzaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, sovint necess\u00e0ria per fer m\u00e9s properes i accessible aquestes hist\u00f2ries; per aix\u00f2 cal vetllar per versions acurades que en preservin el car\u00e0cter i el to amb el qual van ser escrites, i que excel\u00b7leixen a l\u2019hora d\u2019ampliar vocabulari i descobrir el poder creatiu i evocador de la paraula. Comptat i debatut, advoquem per mantenir vius els incomptables relats, rellegibles i perdurables, que afavoreixen la sorpresa i la capacitat de conformar imaginaris heterogenis que escapen al rodet de la instrumentalitzaci\u00f3 de la LIJ i el didactisme, del pol\u00edticament correcte i la uniformitzaci\u00f3 cultural. Relats per ser llegits en veu alta, sols o acompanyats com els que compartim en la selecci\u00f3 de recomanacions lectores que trobareu al final de l\u2019article i que dif\u00edcilment us deixaran indiferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advoquem per mantenir vius els incomptables relats, rellegibles i perdurables, que afavoreixen la sorpresa i la capacitat de conformar imaginaris heterogenis que escapen al rodet de la instrumentalitzaci\u00f3 de la LIJ i el didactisme, del pol\u00edticament correcte i la uniformitzaci\u00f3 cultural<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"justificado\">Enfront discursos paternalistes o repressius, acostem a infants i joves aquella literatura arriscada i compromesa amb la llibertat creativa que va convertir-nos en els lletraferits que som avui. <strong>Estem conven\u00e7uts que la millor manera de formar lectors m\u00e9s lliures i competents \u00e9s confiar en la seva capacitat per llegir i construir sentit personal del m\u00f3n que els rodeja convidant-los a transitar per obres diverses i de qualitat, inc\u00f2modes, desafiants o subversives que no eviten el conflicte ni l\u2019ofensa que pugui generar la seva recepci\u00f3.<\/strong> Com recordava Colomer (2002): \u00abNo s\u2019apr\u00e8n a llegir llibres dif\u00edcils nom\u00e9s llegint llibres f\u00e0cils\u00bb No prescindim de la complexitat, la ironia, la irrever\u00e8ncia, el simbolisme o la imaginaci\u00f3.
