El capitalisme \u00e9s la malaltia. Capitalisme o vida. Capitalisme o b\u00e9 com\u00fa. No hi ha neutralitat possible. Dos models educatius avancen a escala mundial en direccions oposades, i hem de triar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No hi ha neutralitat possible<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educaci\u00f3 com a inversi\u00f3 i b\u00e9 privat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera opci\u00f3 \u00e9s la que deriva de la progressiva imposici\u00f3 del neoliberalisme a escala mundial, i ve avalada per les directrius dels organismes supranacionals, com el Banc Mundial, l\u2019FMI, l\u2019OMC i la UE. Aquest model parteix de la base que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un b\u00e9 individual i el seu valor \u00e9s b\u00e0sicament econ\u00f2mic i, per tant, ha d\u2019estar subjecta a les lleis del mercat, com qualsevol altra mercaderia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;educaci\u00f3, entesa aix\u00ed, passa a estar al servei de l\u2019economia en un doble vessant:\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per una banda, ha de ser \u00abadaptada\u00bb a les necessitats de les empreses i del m\u00f3n laboral, i&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de l\u2019altra ha de ser \u00abrendible\u00bb, o sigui, gestionada amb criteris empresarials i susceptible de generar negoci privat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3n les persones individuals que hi estiguin interessades les que han d\u2019\u00abinvertir\u00bb en educaci\u00f3, amb la qual cosa es converteixen en els nous \u00abclients\u00bb, amb dret a escollir i a exigir resultats satisfactoris que rendibilitzin la seva \u00abinversi\u00f3\u00bb de manera \u00abefica\u00e7\u00bb: m\u00e9s resultats amb menys recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s el model que encoratja una pedagogia de l\u2019egoisme neoliberal, base i substrat del neofeixisme social que emergeix actualment i que estem veient que s\u2019est\u00e9n com un virus<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una bona escola \u00e9s la que t\u00e9 resultats a PISA i als r\u00e0nquings. \u00c9s el model que encoratja una pedagogia de l\u2019egoisme neoliberal, base i substrat del neofeixisme social que emergeix actualment i que estem veient que s\u2019est\u00e9n com un virus, una pesta que deia el fil\u00f2sof Camus, des de Meloni a It\u00e0lia fins a Abascal a Espanya o Milei a l\u2019Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per constatar-ho en tenim prou amb les propostes del guanyador de les eleccions a l\u2019Argentina, el neofeixista llibertari Javier Milei, que sost\u00e9 que la just\u00edcia social nom\u00e9s produeix d\u00e8ficit fiscal, que els impostos s\u00f3n una forma d\u2019esclavitud, que s\u2019ha de legalitzar la venda d\u2019\u00f2rgans i fins i tot de fills perqu\u00e8 cadasc\u00fa ha de disposar lliurement de la seva propietat, que el canvi clim\u00e0tic \u00e9s una mentida del socialisme o que els ciutadans haurien de poder portar armes pel carrer. Que s\u2019ha de suprimir l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i donar un <em>voucher<\/em> \u2014un val\u2014 a les fam\u00edlies perqu\u00e8 elles mateixes escullin l\u2019escola o instituci\u00f3 on volen estudiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educaci\u00f3 com a b\u00e9 com\u00fa i dret social<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019altre model considera que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un dret universal i un b\u00e9 com\u00fa al qual tots els ciutadans han d\u2019accedir i que la comunitat social (a trav\u00e9s de les seves institucions i administracions) t\u00e9 el deure de garantir en condicions d\u2019igualtat. Aquest model considera que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un factor de desenvolupament personal, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 de conviv\u00e8ncia col\u00b7lectiva, d\u2019emancipaci\u00f3 social i de just\u00edcia internacional i una de les eines per fer possible una societat cohesionada, inclusiva i justa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest model s\u2019emmarca en totes les tradicions que defensen una escola p\u00fablica, laica i inclusiva, que ofereixi una veritable igualtat d\u2019oportunitats i just\u00edcia de resultats i que miri de formar persones amb capacitat per viure i participar en una societat democr\u00e0tica per transformar el planeta en un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s habitable i millor. I centra la seva preocupaci\u00f3 a buscar <strong>els continguts, els valors i les metodologies que hi estiguin d\u2019acord, vinculades a una educaci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica i radicalment inclusiva.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gran debat, doncs, es refereix al futur de la nostra educaci\u00f3: cap a quin d\u2019aquests dos models volem avan\u00e7ar?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ens eduquen en la pedagogia de l\u2019obedi\u00e8ncia al sistema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El te\u00f2ric marxista Antonio Gramsci deia que, si ens controlen la ment, el nostre cor i les nostres mans seran seus. Passat el temps de la conquesta per la for\u00e7a, arriba el control a trav\u00e9s de la persuasi\u00f3. El capitalisme s\u2019ha adonat que la mcdonalditzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s profunda i duradora quan el dominat \u00e9s inconscient de ser-ho. De fet,<strong> tot imperi que vol perdurar el que pret\u00e9n \u00e9s \u00abdomesticar les \u00e0nimes\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No ens hem \u00abconvertit\u00bb al neoliberalisme espont\u00e0niament.<strong> Ha calgut instal\u00b7lar mecanismes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00abesperit\u00bb per convertir-nos en classe aspiracional. <\/strong>Com deia Margaret Thatcher: vull un pa\u00eds de propietaris i no de proletaris. Aquests mecanismes educatius, que impregnen tot el sistema educatiu, s\u00f3n mecanismes de \u00ablliure consentiment\u00bb que exigeixen la participaci\u00f3 activa dels involucrats mateixos. <strong>Se\u2019ns educa per \u00abescollir lliurement\u00bb, fins i tot per desitjar, pert\u00e0nyer al sistema. <\/strong>Es tracta incl\u00fas que cada persona s\u2019involucri activament en l\u2019\u00abexplotaci\u00f3 de si mateixa\u00bb (sigui una persona emprenedora).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La batalla cultural neoliberal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per\u00f2 no hem de mirar nom\u00e9s el que fan la dreta extrema i l\u2019extrema dreta. El gran problema de fons i un dels factors clau de l\u2019auge del neofeixisme actual \u00e9s que la socialdemocr\u00e0cia, i l\u2019anomenada \u00abesquerra\u00bb parlament\u00e0ria en general, ha assumit el relat neoliberal.<strong> El capitalisme ha guanyat la \u00abbatalla cultural\u00bb forjant un \u00absentit com\u00fa\u00bb que assumeix un programa de mesures similars arreu del m\u00f3n:<\/strong> pla de xoc de retallades massives en l\u2019\u00e0mbit social per al rearmament militar; demolici\u00f3 de serveis p\u00fablics; privatitzaci\u00f3 de b\u00e9ns col\u00b7lectius; q\u00fcestionament i acomiadament de funcionaris p\u00fablics; eliminaci\u00f3 de restriccions a corporacions i oligarques; expulsi\u00f3 de migrants; destrucci\u00f3 de regulacions que protegeixen la classe treballadora, les persones vulnerables i l\u2019ecosistema i el planeta en general; suport als propietaris contra els inquilins; criminalitzaci\u00f3 de la protesta pac\u00edfica; restricci\u00f3 del dret a la vaga; fins i tot consideraci\u00f3 dels drets laborals com a violaci\u00f3 de les llibertats, etc\u00e8tera etc\u00e8tera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el camp educatiu s\u2019est\u00e0 avan\u00e7ant en el mateix sentit: promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 concertada i justificaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta educaci\u00f3 (com a part del \u00abservei p\u00fablic\u00bb), impuls del xec escolar, inacci\u00f3 davant el PIN parental contra continguts d\u2019educaci\u00f3 afectivosexual, mem\u00f2ria hist\u00f2rica o igualtat, per\u00f2 sobretot i especialment l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de les futures generacions en continguts i valors lligats al triomf individual, l\u2019emprenedoria, la meritocr\u00e0cia, la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7, la submissi\u00f3 a l\u2019autoritat, l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, el biling\u00fcisme, la competitivitat, la formaci\u00f3 per al mercat laboral i l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 dels perdedors i diferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La disputa per la ideologia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aquesta batalla cultural reflecteix la disputa pel poder,<\/strong> al voltant de les ideologies que defineixen les pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques d\u2019educaci\u00f3 i socials que conformaran el nostre futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019oligarquia sempre ha considerat que el pa\u00eds, i el m\u00f3n en general, li pertany, i que s\u2019ha d\u2019educar la poblaci\u00f3 d\u2019acord amb la seva ideologia, amb la finalitat que naturalitzin els privilegis de la classe dominant com si els haguessin aconseguit gr\u00e0cies al seu esfor\u00e7 (ideologia de la meritocr\u00e0cia) i assumeixin el lloc que correspon a la classe dominada i explotada com el seu dest\u00ed natural (pedagogia de l&#8217;obedi\u00e8ncia i la submissi\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aconseguir-ho es fa servir la ret\u00f2rica de la meritocr\u00e0cia, encara que sempre es promet que alguns elegits podran accedir a aquests privilegis reservats a l\u2019elit (sense q\u00fcestionar, evidentment, el sistema de desigualtat). Per\u00f2 el que \u00e9s cert \u00e9s que no estan disposats a renunciar a ni un de sol dels seus privilegis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2, quan els recursos es van tornant escassos i veuen perillar els seus privilegis, deixen anar els seus \u00abgossos de la guerra\u00bb (la ultradreta). I posen el crit al cel quan es planteja que el professorat podr\u00e0 introduir continguts escolars que problematitzin les desigualtats de classe social, g\u00e8nere i \u00e8tnia. Continguts i valors lligats als drets humans. Per ells aquests s\u00f3n continguts comunistes. Continguts ideol\u00f2gics. Com si hi hagu\u00e9s algun contingut que no ho fos. Com si la ideologia liberal no ho fos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estem assistint a una \u00abguerra ideol\u00f2gica\u00bb sense quarter i sense presoners<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, estem assistint a una \u00abguerra ideol\u00f2gica\u00bb sense quarter i sense presoners. Una batalla de les idees finan\u00e7ada per fundacions privades, associacions \u00abculturals\u00bb, televisions de grans conglomerats, diaris lligats a grups empresarials, xarxes socials controlades per oligarques tecnofeudals, corporacions d\u2019emprenedoria educativa i <em>think tanks<\/em> vinculats a la Internacional Reaccion\u00e0ria (CPAC) que nodreixen l\u2019agenda ideol\u00f2gica del capitalisme neoliberal, que t\u00e9 en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 un dels terrenys de disputa centrals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disputar i construir el nou sentit com\u00fa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No nom\u00e9s pretenen influir en l\u2019agenda de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 formal, \u00e9s a dir, en les pol\u00edtiques i els sistemes educatius de tots els pa\u00efsos, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 informal, en la socialitzaci\u00f3 educativa de la poblaci\u00f3, especialment a trav\u00e9s dels mitjans i les xarxes socials de comunicaci\u00f3, que avui en dia constitueixen una esfera d\u2019influ\u00e8ncia clau en la construcci\u00f3 de l\u2019imaginari col\u00b7lectiu social, especialment de les generacions joves, que fan un \u00fas m\u00e9s constant d\u2019aquestes xarxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El que est\u00e0 en disputa, en definitiva, \u00e9s el model de societat: mantenir el model social del capitalisme neoliberal basat en el privilegi d\u2019uns quants i el saqueig de la majoria, o avan\u00e7ar cap a un model social basat en el b\u00e9 com\u00fa, la just\u00edcia social i la igualtat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hem d\u2019atrevir-nos a somiar en el b\u00e9 com\u00fa de manera radical<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ens hem de preguntar, com ho feia Luci Anneu S\u00e8neca al segle iv abans de la nostra era, si \u00abno ens atrevim a fer moltes coses perqu\u00e8 assegurem que s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils, per\u00f2 s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils perqu\u00e8 no ens atrevim a fer-les\u00bb.
