{"id":1843,"date":"2019-02-06T22:23:24","date_gmt":"2019-02-06T22:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/?p=907"},"modified":"2024-05-13T13:08:57","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T11:08:57","slug":"les-competencies-oblidades-labsencia-de-les-competencies-per-a-la-convivencia-al-curriculum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/2019\/02\/06\/les-competencies-oblidades-labsencia-de-les-competencies-per-a-la-convivencia-al-curriculum\/","title":{"rendered":"Les compet\u00e8ncies oblidades; l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de les compet\u00e8ncies per a la conviv\u00e8ncia al curr\u00edculum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Existeix un consens sobre la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en la construcci\u00f3 de la cohesi\u00f3 social i la conviv\u00e8ncia, i sembla que tamb\u00e9 existeix un consens en el marc de la comunitat educativa per entomar aquest repte. L&#8217;escola ha de ser capa\u00e7 d&#8217;esdevenir un espai inclusiu, en qu\u00e8 tothom hi tingui cabuda i hi trobi el seu espai, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ha de ser capa\u00e7 de generar individus reflexius i cr\u00edtics, compromesos amb el seu entorn i capa\u00e7os d&#8217;entendre i gestionar la societat en la que viuen i les relacions que s&#8217;hi produeixen. Per aix\u00f2 no sorpr\u00e8n que, davant de determinats esdeveniments (com per exemple els atemptats de l&#8217;agost de 2017 a Barcelona i Cambrils) s&#8217;interpel\u00b7li l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9: si efectivament un dels principals reptes de l&#8217;escola ha de ser educar per la conviv\u00e8ncia en la nostra societat diversa i complexa, no convindria que aix\u00f2 estigu\u00e9s contemplat expl\u00edcitament en el curr\u00edculum? Al meu parer, aquesta \u00e9s, justament, una de les principals mancances del nou curr\u00edculum competencial, malgrat l&#8217;oportunitat que suposa d&#8217;anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels continguts espec\u00edfics de les mat\u00e8ries cl\u00e0ssiques i d&#8217;incorporar continguts transversals que facilitin el desenvolupament integral dels infants i adolescents. *<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nostalgic-ishizaka.82-223-1-47.plesk.page\/senderi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/01\/pep9459fent-baldufes-copiasanderi-1_1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-912\" src=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/01\/pep9459fent-baldufes-copiasanderi-1_1-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/01\/pep9459fent-baldufes-copiasanderi-1_1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/01\/pep9459fent-baldufes-copiasanderi-1_1-150x225.jpg 150w, https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/senderi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/01\/pep9459fent-baldufes-copiasanderi-1_1.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>Les 8 compet\u00e8ncies clau per a l&#8217;aprenentatge permanent que es definien en la recomanaci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria 2006\/962\/CE (1), i que continuen essent refer\u00e8ncia per al model competencial, incorporaven espec\u00edficament les compet\u00e8ncies socials i c\u00edviques, b\u00e0siques per afrontar positivament la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;una conviv\u00e8ncia positiva i enriquidora:<\/p>\n<p><i>Estas competencias incluyen las personales, interpersonales e interculturales y recogen todas las formas de comportamiento que preparan a las personas para participar de una manera eficaz y constructiva en la vida social y profesional, especialmente en sociedades cada vez m\u00e1s diversificadas, y, en su caso, para resolver conflictos. La competencia c\u00edvica prepara a las personas para participar plenamente en la vida c\u00edvica gracias al conocimiento de conceptos y estructuras sociales y pol\u00edticas, y al compromiso de participaci\u00f3n activa y democr\u00e1tica.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, on s\u00f3n aquestes compet\u00e8ncies en els actuals decrets curriculars? \u00c9s evident que es tracta d&#8217;un tipus de compet\u00e8ncies que han de tenir un abast transversal i treballar-se durant tota l&#8217;etapa (tant a prim\u00e0ria com a secund\u00e0ria) i des de tota l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia educativa. Justament, una de les novetats que presenten els curr\u00edculums vigents (3) , per tal d&#8217;aprofundir i orientar el desplegament del model competencial, \u00e9s la definici\u00f3 de diversos \u00e0mbits de car\u00e0cter transversal, a m\u00e9s dels \u00e0mbits tem\u00e0tics que agrupen les \u00e0rees (a prim\u00e0ria) o mat\u00e8ries (a secund\u00e0ria) existents. Per\u00f2 aquests \u00e0mbits transversals garanteixen la incorporaci\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies socials i c\u00edviques?<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de l&#8217;ESO, una etapa especialment rellevant per treballar aquest aspecte, la pres\u00e8ncia de les compet\u00e8ncies clau socials i c\u00edviques al curr\u00edculum \u00e9s residual (4) . Vista aquesta abs\u00e8ncia i la indefinici\u00f3 del decret curricular pel que fa a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit transversal de les compet\u00e8ncies personals i socials, esperava amb candeletes el document d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 per al desplegament d&#8217;aquest \u00e0mbit (5), on finalment es defineixen 3 dimensions, \u00fanicament amb 4 compet\u00e8ncies:<\/p>\n<h4><b>Dimensi\u00f3 autoconeixement<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Compet\u00e8ncia 1. <\/strong>Prendre consci\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un mateix i implicar-se en el proc\u00e9s de creixement personal<\/p>\n<h4><b>Dimensi\u00f3 aprendre a aprendre<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Compet\u00e8ncia 2. <\/b>Con\u00e8ixer i posar en pr\u00e0ctica estrat\u00e8gies i h\u00e0bits que intervenen en el propi aprenentatge.<b><br \/>\nCompet\u00e8ncia 3. <\/b>Desenvolupar habilitats i actituds que permetin afrontar els reptes de l&#8217;aprenentatge al llarg de la vida<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dimensi\u00f3 participaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Compet\u00e8ncia 4.<\/strong>\u00a0Participar a l&#8217;aula, al centre i a l&#8217;entorn de manera reflexiva i responsable.<\/p>\n<p>Crec que cal un exercici d&#8217;honestedat. Les compet\u00e8ncies d&#8217;\u00e0mbit que tenen un desplegament clar en \u00e0rees o mat\u00e8ries amb un pes espec\u00edfic dins l&#8217;horari seran compet\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s treballades que les que nom\u00e9s es despleguen en mat\u00e8ries optatives o de poc pes horari (com les de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en valors). I, de la mateixa manera, les compet\u00e8ncies transversals que tinguin una definici\u00f3 espec\u00edfica i siguin f\u00e0cilment associables al conjunt d&#8217;\u00e0rees o mat\u00e8ries, tamb\u00e9 tindran m\u00e9s pes que les que no tinguin una definici\u00f3 clara. En aquest sentit, em sembla prou rellevant que per a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital es plantegin fins a 11 compet\u00e8ncies (en 4 dimensions) que cal treballar i avaluar al llarg de la secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria, enfront de les 4 compet\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit personal i social.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, a m\u00e9s, llegeixo el document, el rellegeixo, i em sorgeix una pregunta: On s\u00f3n els altres? On s\u00f3n les compet\u00e8ncies interpersonals? On s\u00f3n les compet\u00e8ncies interculturals (6)? Realment alg\u00fa creu que \u00e9s possible prendre consci\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un mateix sense prendre consci\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;altre? \u00c9s possible construir-se durant l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia sense la interacci\u00f3 amb els iguals (i amb els diferents!), i amb la comunitat?<\/p>\n<p>Interessant con\u00e8ixer i posar en pr\u00e0ctica estrat\u00e8gies i h\u00e0bits que intervenen en el propi aprenentatge&#8230;. per\u00f2, i l&#8217;aprenentatge dels altres? Com pretenem fer una escola inclusiva si demanem als alumnes que es facin responsables nom\u00e9s d&#8217;ells mateixos? Pretenem crear un sistema educatiu inclusiu(7) sense tenir en compte els processos d&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu? Pretenem que treballin en grup i cooperin sense tenir en compte com aprenen els seus companys?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed que \u00e9s cert que demanem participaci\u00f3, cooperaci\u00f3, que volem que facin coavaluaci\u00f3 i treball en grup&#8230; per\u00f2 ho aconseguim realment? Tenim clar com a docents per qu\u00e8 ha de servir el treball en grup? Tenim eines per ensenyar-los a cooperar? Som capa\u00e7os nosaltres de fer treball en equip?<\/p>\n<p>I, a secund\u00e0ria, en ple proc\u00e9s de definici\u00f3 identit\u00e0ria, amb els altibaixos propis de l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia, amb la complexitat de la composici\u00f3 sociodemogr\u00e0fica de la majoria de centres, quin pes ha de tenir la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes o la cultura de la pau al curr\u00edculum? Nom\u00e9s com una de les compet\u00e8ncies (sense gradaci\u00f3) de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en valors (que pot reduir-se a les mat\u00e8ries de cultura i valors o religi\u00f3)? \u00c9s nom\u00e9s a criteri dels docents o dels centres que s&#8217;hagi d&#8217;incorporar de forma realment transversal?<\/p>\n<p>Demanem responsabilitats a l&#8217;escola per fer una societat cohesionada, inclusiva, per construir la conviv\u00e8ncia, per\u00f2 no la dotem d&#8217;eines. O b\u00e9 canviem l&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia i, en tot cas, per exemple, li demanem comptes de si els adolescents que acaben la secund\u00e0ria s\u00f3n efectivament capa\u00e7os de desenvolupar-se en la societat tecnol\u00f2gica (que d&#8217;aix\u00f2 potser s\u00ed que ens en sortirem), o b\u00e9 ens creiem de deb\u00f2 que l&#8217;escola ha de desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies socials i c\u00edviques (personals, interpersonals i interculturals) i ho incorporem al curr\u00edculum amb una mica de cara i ulls.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>* L&#8217;autora argumenta aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 fent una an\u00e0lisi del curr\u00edculum a \u00abLes compet\u00e8ncies per a la conviv\u00e8ncia al curr\u00edculum actual\u00bb, a https:\/\/convivenciadificil.blogspot.com\/<\/p>\n<p>1 Definides en la recomanaci\u00f3 de la CE sobre les compet\u00e8ncies clau per a l&#8217;aprenentatge permanent (2006).
