Aquest \u201cencapsulament\u201d de l\u2019aprenentatge, i el fenomen educatiu, t\u00e9 innegables avantatges i contribucions, tamb\u00e9 limitacions. Una d\u2019elles \u00e9s la impossibilitat de circumscriure avui la riquesa potencial d\u2019agents, contextos i pr\u00e0ctiques susceptibles d\u2019oferir oportunitats educatives.<\/p>\n<p>Si entenem que l\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s un projecte de vida, un proc\u00e9s de construcci\u00f3 biogr\u00e0fica (ser reconegut com a pare, artista, cient\u00edfic, professor, pol\u00edtic, lampista), inconcl\u00fas i per naturalesa inacabat, hem de sostenir que aquest es d\u00f3na tant al llarg de la vida, com a l\u2019ample de la mateixa. Idea que ens condueix a la necessitat de considerar les traject\u00f2ries personals d\u2019aprenentatge com a generadores d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies significatives que permeten projectar la vida, tant a nivell personal, social, acad\u00e8mic, laboral o c\u00edvic. De fet, l\u2019aprenentatge sorgeix de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, de la necessitat, dels interessos, dels projectes identitaris que mobilitzen a les persones per transitar en contextos i pr\u00e0ctiques socioculturals espec\u00edfiques, ja siguin reals, virtuals o, en la majoria dels casos, una barreja d\u2019ambd\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Recentment, la Fundaci\u00f3 Bofill i la Federaci\u00f3 de Moviments de Renovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica de Catalunya (FMRPC), han re-vivat el debat sobre els horaris escolars. Un debat, al meu entendre, que ha d\u2019anar vinculat als temps educatius en un sentit ampli, per tant, els temps laborals, d\u2019oci i de vida. Tenim precedents en el Marc Unitari de la Comunitat Educativa de l\u2019any 1993, els textos del Consell Escolar de Catalunya sobre la jornada escolar de l\u2019any 2002 i l\u2019any 2009 o, m\u00e9s recentment, el Pacte per a la Reforma Hor\u00e0ria signat l\u2019any 2017. No obstant, els progressos en aquest \u00e0mbit disten de ser definitius. D\u2019aqu\u00ed la necessitat de considerar urgentment la proposta d\u2019 \u201cEducaci\u00f3 a l\u2019hora\u201d en el marc d\u2019una visi\u00f3 integral i sist\u00e8mica, 360, de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 a temps complet.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les novetats, en relaci\u00f3 als documents anteriorment citats, i que es troba en continu\u00eftat amb els ecosistemes educatius actuals, aix\u00ed com les exig\u00e8ncies d\u2019un m\u00f3n personalitzat, \u00e9s la necessitat de diversificar i flexibilitzar, com si d\u2019un rellotge dalini\u00e0 es tract\u00e9s, els horaris en funci\u00f3 de les motivacions, necessitats, interessos i, afegiria, decisions, dels aprenents i les seves fam\u00edlies. Igual que les traject\u00f2ries d\u2019aprenentatge s\u00f3n, per naturalesa, personals; per qu\u00e8 no oferir plans personalitzats que englobin no nom\u00e9s els espais, activitats, objectius sin\u00f3 els temps educatius en funci\u00f3 de les necessitats, interessos i contextos espec\u00edfics dels aprenents? Flexibilitzar l\u2019obertura del centre, aix\u00ed com uns temps raonables m\u00ednims i m\u00e0xims d\u2019estada, poden combatre l\u2019homogene\u00eftat i rigidesa d\u2019un sistema m\u00e9s proper a una f\u00e0brica, que a un context vital d\u2019ensenyan\u00e7a i aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 no va en detriment d\u2019un horari lectiu obligatori, pot ser no caldria que fos el mateix per a tothom, podent existir diferents franges i possibilitats segons l\u2019edat. En aquest sentit, en les 25 hores setmanes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria i 30 per a l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ESO vigents s\u2019haurien de comptabilitzar tamb\u00e9 altres temps educatius. De fet, la separaci\u00f3 entre temps lectiu i no lectiu, al igual que espai-context formal i informal, \u00e9s problem\u00e0tica doncs els continguts i aprenentatges d\u2019un context informal i no lectiu poden estar estructurats i estar en continu\u00eftat amb compet\u00e8ncies curriculars-escolars.<\/p>\n<p>En qualsevol cas, la personalitzaci\u00f3 dels temps educatius no \u00e9s un debat marginal, i t\u00e9 repercussions, i va acompanyat, com el mateix informe apunta, a la transformaci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema que malgrat els processos existents de canvi i transformaci\u00f3 segueix ancorat a l\u00f2giques d\u2019una societat que ja no \u00e9s la nostra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivim moments de gran transcend\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu.
