{"id":30,"date":"2016-11-04T07:25:08","date_gmt":"2016-11-04T07:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/transformarleducacio\/?p=30"},"modified":"2024-05-13T16:45:01","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T14:45:01","slug":"el-compromis-etic-del-professorat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/transformarleducacio\/2016\/11\/04\/el-compromis-etic-del-professorat\/","title":{"rendered":"El comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic del professorat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>&#8220;Nom\u00e9s si ets exigent amb tu mateix i respectu\u00f3s amb els altres ser\u00e0s veritablement lliure&#8221;.\u00a0<\/em>Miquel Mart\u00ed i Pol<\/p>\n<p>Se n\u2019ha parlat molt, del paper del professorat en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 actual i de futur. Posem sobre la taula el tema de l\u2019<strong>\u00e8tica del professorat i les necessitats de comprom\u00eds que implica<\/strong>. Un comprom\u00eds basat en uns principis \u00e8tics que ens condueixen cap a un model social democr\u00e0tic, lliure, cr\u00edtic i constructiu, pel qual creiem que hem d\u2019educar i que hem de fer evolucionar amb les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives per <strong>fer-los vius<\/strong> i, sobretot, <strong>vivencials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El perfil del docent d\u2019avui en dia ha d\u2019anar acompanyat d\u2019un alt component de comprom\u00eds social i col\u00b7lectiu, del treball en xarxa i de la comprensi\u00f3.\u00a0M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del fet d\u2019educar, <strong>la tasca que t\u00e9 \u00e9s, sens dubte, una tasca social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el treball realitzat al voltant del comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic del professorat, compartit amb tota la comunitat educativa i realitzat a trav\u00e9s de la FMRPC i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Fundaci\u00f3 Jaume Bofill, publicat el 2011, encet\u00e0vem un debat al voltant de la figura dels professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i el seu comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic i social.<\/p>\n<p>Avui volem compartir els <strong>sis compromisos \u00e8tics<\/strong> que van sorgir d\u2019aquest debat i que pensem que s\u00f3n <strong>ineludibles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb la inf\u00e0ncia i la joventut i la seva educaci\u00f3:<\/strong><br \/>\nCal entendre que en un m\u00f3n ple d\u2019incerteses, educar i aprendre en un nou escenari \u00e9s i est\u00e0 essent possible. \u00c9s a trav\u00e9s de la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge, posant el focus i la mirada en l\u2019infant i el jove, quan serem coherents amb all\u00f2 que fem. Conceptes com inclusivitat, treball globalitzat, educaci\u00f3 a temps complet, just\u00edcia social i valors, transversalitat, metodologies adequades a cada context, prendran sentit i rellev\u00e0ncia en el nostre dia a dia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb les fam\u00edlies, amb qui compartim responsabilitats educatives:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa coresponsabilitat, el paper del col\u00b7lectiu per entendre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com a quelcom que compartim, que exercim plegats i que fem fruir com un de sol. Anar de la m\u00e0 de tots els agents que es correlacionen amb els infants i joves ens far\u00e0 entendre millor el seu m\u00f3n, la seva dimensi\u00f3 \u00e0mplia de la vida i arribar a fites. La tribu com a quelcom que educa i que ens acompanya en el nostre creixement personal ha d\u2019impregnar la tasca i el rol del docent actual i de futur.<br \/>\nLa complicitat, la professionalitat (passi\u00f3 i vocaci\u00f3), l\u2019autonomia i l\u2019autoritat, enteses com a empatia, flexibilitat, coalici\u00f3, centrat en altes expectatives conjuntes produeix el sentiment de comunitat i la implicaci\u00f3 conjunta vers un projecte com\u00fa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb el centre educatiu:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa concepci\u00f3 de l\u2019escola com a lloc on s\u2019apr\u00e8n, no pas on s\u2019ensenya. El rol del docent pren una nova perspectiva: valors, estima, confian\u00e7a, respecte, conviv\u00e8ncia, implicaci\u00f3, participaci\u00f3, cooperaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n caracter\u00edstiques intr\u00ednseques.<br \/>\nCom a membre actiu d\u2019aquesta comunitat, el professional de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ha d\u2019actuar amb comprom\u00eds, inter\u00e8s, respecte i coher\u00e8ncia vers el projecte educatiu.<br \/>\nLa reflexi\u00f3 sobre la pr\u00e0ctica ha d\u2019anar lligada a generar comunitat de pr\u00e0ctica, dirigida a la realitzaci\u00f3 del projecte de centre, a la millora i a la transformaci\u00f3, amb un espai de formaci\u00f3 entre iguals, de renovaci\u00f3 i d\u2019innovaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8220;Les escoles han de preparar els estudiants per a feines que encara no s&#8217;han creat, tecnologies que encara no s&#8217;han inventat i problemes que sorgiran i encara desconeixem&#8221;<\/em>.(Zhao, 2012)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019entorn del centre educatiu:<br \/>\n<\/strong>El centre educatiu ha de ser sensible al que passa m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les seves parets, i \u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de la for\u00e7a de la xarxa que t\u00e9 la capacitat de liderar i acompanyar processos de transformaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament col\u00b7lectius.<br \/>\nEl comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019entorn, amb la comunitat educativa, arrelada al territori i de kil\u00f2metre zero, aporta un gran component de pertinen\u00e7a per generar infants i joves cr\u00edtics, compromesos i responsables amb el seu entorn m\u00e9s immediat, que genera uns valors m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que els \u00e9s proper. La inclusi\u00f3 social i els valors humans porten a la responsabilitat de veure la desigualtat com a situaci\u00f3 inacceptable \u00e8tica i socialment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds social des de l\u2019educaci\u00f3:<\/strong><br \/>\nEls canvis que cal induir afecten la manera d\u2019entendre la professi\u00f3 docent. Cal que tots els membres de la comunitat educativa assumeixin les seves responsabilitats, d\u2019aquesta manera s\u2019oferir\u00e0 un servei p\u00fablic d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s qualitat i generador d\u2019oportunitats i, per tant, m\u00e9s equitatiu.<br \/>\n\u00c9s el nostre deure com a professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 entendre el paper que realitzem socialment i que, al llarg dels 6 compromisos aqu\u00ed desglossats, sobrevolen la concepci\u00f3 del docent avui en dia.<br \/>\nEntenem que els processos de treball en xarxa amb tots els agents socials, procurant que l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 valgui per a tot el sistema amb un car\u00e0cter formatiu, no discriminatori, s\u00f3n elements de millora per a tot el sistema.<br \/>\nLa reflexi\u00f3 i el deure de construir una societat m\u00e9s justa, culta, solid\u00e0ria, competent i feli\u00e7, conformen la coher\u00e8ncia del paper del docent del futur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic amb nosaltres mateixes i mateixos, el professorat:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa concepci\u00f3 del professorat com a professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, posant el valor en la professi\u00f3 i en la tasca educativa que realitzen.<br \/>\nValorant la incid\u00e8ncia de la formaci\u00f3 inicial, col\u00b7laborant en la formaci\u00f3 de futurs professionals, participant de manera activa en f\u00f2rums de reflexi\u00f3, actuant amb l\u2019optimisme i des del comprom\u00eds que la nostra tasca requereix i que portem enumerant al llarg d\u2019aquest article.<br \/>\nEl docent que avui en dia gaudeix de la professi\u00f3 i ajuda a fer-la estimar i a qu\u00e8 sigui respectada, ofereix un professional amb inquietuds, que s\u2019adapta dia a dia als nous reptes que planteja la nostra societat i que \u00e9s resilient davant els nous horitzons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El document del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrp.cat\/inici\/20\/el-compromis-etic-del-professorat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Comprom\u00eds \u00c8tic del Professorat<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>aporta elements qualitatius, a partir del <strong>sentit<\/strong> i de les <strong>accions<\/strong> de la nostra professi\u00f3.
