No obstant aix\u00f2, els seus efectes travessen la vida de milers d&#8217;adolescents que veuen com la seva traject\u00f2ria escolar s&#8217;interromp entre&nbsp;<strong>despla\u00e7aments, retorns for\u00e7ats o migracions<\/strong>&nbsp;que poques vegades apareixen a les estad\u00edstiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;informe\u00a0<em>Educaci\u00f3 negada, futurs truncats: adolesc\u00e8ncies en mobilitat davant l&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia educativa a Centream\u00e8rica<\/em>, elaborat per la\u00a0<strong>Campanya Mundial per l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3<\/strong>, situa el focus en una realitat persistent: l&#8217;<strong>exclusi\u00f3 educativa<\/strong>\u00a0ha esdevingut una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia estructural de la mobilitat humana a la regi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes s\u00f3n m\u00faltiples i se superposen.\u00a0<strong>Viol\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0generalitzada,\u00a0<strong>pobresa<\/strong>\u00a0estructural,\u00a0<strong>crisis clim\u00e0tiques<\/strong>\u00a0o debilitat institucional empenyen cada any milers de joves a abandonar casa seva. En molts casos, el despla\u00e7ament es tradueix tamb\u00e9 en\u00a0<strong>abandonament escolar o en traject\u00f2ries educatives fragmentades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons l&#8217;informe, menys de la meitat dels adolescents aconsegueixen completar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria a pa\u00efsos com Hondures o Guatemala, una situaci\u00f3 que empitjora per als que migren o viuen en contextos d&#8217;extrema vulnerabilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a Pilar Orenes, directora general d&#8217;Educo i representant de la Campanya Mundial per l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, el problema \u00e9s doble: l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 reconeguda com a dret fonamental, per\u00f2 no sempre es garanteix en contextos de crisi. A parer seu, el moment actual exigeix \u200b\u200brefor\u00e7ar el comprom\u00eds global: &#8220;L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 protegeix, d\u00f3na salut i empodera. \u00c9s molt important no deixar-la per a una segona fase perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s el futur&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobilitat i abandonament escolar: traject\u00f2ries interrompudes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;informe descriu un patr\u00f3 que es repeteix als tres pa\u00efsos analitzats \u2014El Salvador, Guatemala i Hondures\u2014:\u00a0<strong>la mobilitat humana trenca les traject\u00f2ries educatives<\/strong>. Adolescents que fugen de la viol\u00e8ncia, joves deportats des dels Estats Units o M\u00e8xic, o fam\u00edlies que es desplacen dins del seu propi pa\u00eds es troben amb sistemes educatius poc preparats per acollir-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un testimoni recollit a l&#8217;estudi resumeix b\u00e9 aquesta realitat: &#8220;Jo no podia estudiar al lloc que volia perqu\u00e8 era territori contrari; estudiava a la nit perqu\u00e8 treballava de dia, i tot i aix\u00ed, calia sobreviure&#8230; La viol\u00e8ncia ens va fer fugir i buscar noves oportunitats, fins i tot fora del pa\u00eds&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mobilitat afecta de manera directa l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;escola secund\u00e0ria, on es concentren les taxes d&#8217;abandonament m\u00e9s grans. En molts casos, els estudiants tornen al seu pa\u00eds o arriben a un nou territori sense documentaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica, cosa que en dificulta la matr\u00edcula o els obliga a repetir cursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultat \u00e9s un cercle d&#8217;endarreriment educatiu. L&#8217;informe recorda que el retard de dos anys o m\u00e9s respecte al grau escolar corresponent augmenta significativament el risc d&#8217;abandonament definitiu i redueix les oportunitats laborals i socials a la vida adulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eldiariodelaeducacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/DSC066501.jpg\" alt=\"Una noia llegeix asseguda en una cadira. Elles m\u00e9s | CME<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viol\u00e8ncies i desigualtats que s&#8217;agreugen pel cam\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La crisi educativa s&#8217;entrella\u00e7a amb altres formes de viol\u00e8ncia i de desigualtat.&nbsp;<strong>Les adolescents, en particular, afronten riscos afegits<\/strong>&nbsp;durant els processos migratoris i l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>viol\u00e8ncia sexual, l&#8217;embar\u00e0s primerenc o les responsabilitats de cura<\/strong>&nbsp;familiar en limiten la continu\u00eftat escolar, mentre que les normes socials i les barreres econ\u00f2miques en reforcen l&#8217;exclusi\u00f3. En alguns casos, l&#8217;escola deixa de ser percebuda com a espai segur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons l&#8217;informe,&nbsp;<strong>les traject\u00f2ries migrat\u00f2ries a Centream\u00e8rica estan cada cop m\u00e9s feminitzades<\/strong>&nbsp;i, en molts casos, responen a necessitats de protecci\u00f3 davant de la viol\u00e8ncia o la pobresa. Tot i aix\u00f2, el viatge i el retorn multipliquen les vulnerabilitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nenes i joves s&#8217;exposen a viol\u00e8ncia sexual, tr\u00e0fic o explotaci\u00f3 durant els trajectes migratoris i, un cop tornen a les seves comunitats o en tr\u00e0nsit cap a un altre pa\u00eds, troben noves barreres per continuar estudiant. Julia L\u00f3pez, de Plan International, va recordar durant la presentaci\u00f3 que \u201cdarrere dels n\u00fameros hi ha hist\u00f2ries\u201d i que, quan la persona migrant \u00e9s una nena o una adolescent, les desigualtats pr\u00e8vies s&#8217;intensifiquen durant el viatge i tamb\u00e9 despr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aquestes viol\u00e8ncies se sumen&nbsp;<strong>obstacles estructurals dins del propi sistema<\/strong>&nbsp;educatiu. L&#8217;embar\u00e0s adolescent, les responsabilitats de cura o les normes de g\u00e8nere continuen limitant l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i la perman\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria, especialment a zones rurals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;informe assenyala que moltes joves deixen d&#8217;estudiar perqu\u00e8 les escoles&nbsp;<strong>no tenen mecanismes per donar suport a mares joves<\/strong>&nbsp;o perqu\u00e8 el trajecte fins al centre educatiu es percep com a insegur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de les organitzacions que han participat en la recerca insisteixen que abordar aquesta realitat requereix\u00a0<strong>pol\u00edtiques educatives amb perspectiva de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>: programes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 accelerada, atenci\u00f3 psicosocial especialitzada, serveis de salut sexual i reproductiva i mesures de protecci\u00f3 que permetin a les adolescents continuar la seva formaci\u00f3 sense quedar atrapades en cicles de viol\u00e8ncia i exclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3 de pobresa, viol\u00e8ncia i mobilitat genera aix\u00ed una situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat acumulada. Sense acompanyament psicol\u00f2gic ni suport educatiu, molts joves opten per abandonar l&#8217;escola definitivament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eldiariodelaeducacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/DSC0683911.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44797\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Katherine de 16 anys, va tornar de Texas, els Estats Units fa un mes al seu pa\u00eds, amb la seva mare i germans. Aquesta decisi\u00f3 va ser presa a causa de la pol\u00edtica migrat\u00f2ria de Trump, ja que corrien perill de ser deportats o que els separessin com a fam\u00edlia, ja que no tots estaven administrativament regularitzats. Els va tocar deixar tota la vida enrere i tornar nom\u00e9s amb la roba que tenien, la nena i els seus germans encara no estan estudiant i Educo reprendr\u00e0 el cas per donar suport en els tr\u00e0mits perqu\u00e8 pugui incorporar-se aviat als seus estudis | CME<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistemes educatius sense dades ni eines suficients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels problemes que identifica amb m\u00e9s claredat l&#8217;informe \u00e9s la manca d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 fiable sobre la magnitud del fenomen. Sense dades precises sobre adolescents despla\u00e7ats o retornats, els sistemes educatius no poden dissenyar pol\u00edtiques adequades ni anticipar la demanda escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paraules d&#8217;un actor clau entrevistat a El Salvador: &#8220;No hi ha un registre prec\u00eds d&#8217;adolescents retornats al pa\u00eds. Les dades p\u00fabliques sobre mobilitat i exclusi\u00f3 educativa solen ser incompletes o no reflecteixen la realitat.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies pr\u00e0ctiques. Les escoles reben estudiants amb traject\u00f2ries educatives interrompudes, amb necessitats pedag\u00f2giques espec\u00edfiques o amb experi\u00e8ncies traum\u00e0tiques associades a la migraci\u00f3, per\u00f2 sense prou recursos per acompanyar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aix\u00f2 se suma la rigidesa administrativa. L&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia de certificats escolars o proves d&#8217;anivellament, la manca de programes de refor\u00e7 i l&#8217;escassetat de suport psicosocial dificulten la reintegraci\u00f3 escolar i augmenten el risc d&#8217;aband\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 com a resposta estructural<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i el diagn\u00f2stic cr\u00edtic, l&#8217;informe insisteix que l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 es pot convertir en un motor de transformaci\u00f3 social.
